Il presente trovato si riferisce ad una apparecchiatura atta a sostenere e mantenere in posizione utile un qualsiasi telefono portatile (cordless, GSM, etc) consentendo la completa libertà di mani e braccia dell'utente. Il problema è stato risolto, per l'uso in automobile, con l'adozione del "Viva Voce" che però, rispetto al trovato in oggetto, presenta alcuni svantaggi; i più eclatanti sono l'impossibilità di riservatezza della conversazione nel caso di passeggeri presenti in auto e la presenza di rumori ambientali elevati dovuti al traffico ed ai rumori di marcia del veicolo (solo per citarne alcuni). Per l'uso domestico il sistema "Viva Voce" è inutilizzabile perchè costringerebbe l'utente a servirsi del sistema in postazione fissa, quindi rendendo svantaggioso l'utilizzo del telefono portatile in confronto a quello solito munito di filo. Il vantaggio del trovato è quello di consentire, con poca spesa, di utilizzare un qualsiasi apparecchio telefonico portatile di dimensioni comprese fra 22 e 70 mm in larghezza, 10 e 30 mm di spessore e di 120 e 250 mm. di lunghezza, sia in ricezione che in chiamata, mantenendo la più assoluta libertà di movimento degli arti inferiori e superiori nonché la libertà uditiva di un orecchio, così da consentire: di guidare un'auto, un ciclomotore, una bicicletta con le mani libere e l'orecchio pronto a recepire i rumori ambientali; alla massaia di svolgere una qualsiasi attività casalinga mentre conversa; al lavoratore di continuare la propria attività manuale; al professionista di essere libero di consultare carteggi, scrivere, disegnare e muoversi in assoluta libertà. Nell'ambito di quanto sopra esposto, il trovato consiste in: una cuffia, indicata con "1" nello schema indicativo ma non vincolante, che può essere realizzata in metallo od in materia plastica; un apparato di regolazione per adattare il sistema allo spessore dell'apparecchio telefonico portatile onde mantenere il contatto tra l'orecchio dell'utente e l'auricolare del succitato apparecchio telefonico portatile, indicato con "2" nello schema indicativo ma non vincolate; di una vite o altro sistema di bloccaggio dello spessore necessario indicato con "3" nello schema indicativo ma non vincolante; un supporto atto a sostenere e bloccare nella posizione più idonea qualsiasi apparecchio portatile di dimensioni comprese tra quelle precedentemente indicate senza che sia necessario mantenere in alcun modo l'involucro dell'apparecchio stesso ma affidandone la tenuta ad un sistema elastico di pinzatura indicato con "4" nello schema indicativo ma non vincolante; di un sistema a vite od altro, atto a regolare l'inclinazione verticale e trasversale dell'apparecchio telefonico portatile, per consentire allo stesso di aderire all'orecchio con la parte destinata all'ascolto ed avvicinarsi alla bocca dell'utente con la parte destinata al microfono indicato con "5" nello schema indicativo ma non vincolante.
