Il trovato è un sanitario simile al W.C. tradizionale, che, con opportune variazioni, viene trasformato in uno strumento più sofisticato, in grado di svolgere un numero maggiore di funzioni. In sostanza, sul corpo principale in ceramica, viene applicata una tavoletta in acrilico sagomata anatomicamente che, chiusa e riempita di acqua premiscelata può essere utilizzata come un normale bidet. L'acqua tiepida sarà miscelata alla fonte da un comune miscelatore monocomando e riempirà il bidet dopo la rotazione del rubinetto. Lo scarico dell'acqua di lavaggio avviene nel rimozione del tappo all'interno del vaso del W.C. Alla base di questo nuovo W.C. è posta una vaschetta lavapiedi in acrilico colato imperniata, su di una base fissa che ne permette la rotazione di 180°, permettendone l'uso come lavapiedi/pediluvio con l'utente seduto sul W.C. Il trovato riguarda il disegno di un nuovo sanitario che integra le funzioni sinora svolte dal wc e dal bidet, il sanitario presentato completo quindi — pur nelle ridotte dimensioni — le funzioni classiche wc-bidet e svolge inoltre compiutamente le funzioni di lavapiedi-pediluvio. In pratica, ad un corpo ceramico, simile per forma-funzione al tradizionale, viene applicata una tavoletta in acrilico, incernierata ed anatomicamente sagomata. Aperta permette le normali funzioni del wc, chiusa è utilizzabile come chiusura del vaso, riempita d'acqua permette di essere utilizzata come bidet e lavapiedi da una persona in piedi. L'acqua tiepida è miscelata a muro da un miscelatore monocomando e riempie la vaschetta /bidet dopo che l'utente ha ruotato la doccetta posta sul sanitario. L'acqua di lavaggio è scaricata all'interno del vaso del wc. La superficie del bidet in plastica non entra mai a contatto con la superficie interna del vaso. Questa integrazione permette di svolgere con ingombri ridotti due funzioni (solitamente svolte da due distinti sanitari) con risparmio di costi e permette di ridurre lo spazio della casa dedicato al bagno di circa 0,60 mq. Il successivo elemento di novità e risparmio consiste nella vaschetta lavapiedi posta alla base del wc e realizzata in plastica. In pratica, seduti sul wc (senza l'ingombro di sgabello od altro) ci si può comodamente lavare i piedi o fare un comodo pediluvio. Il carico dell'acqua avviene con miscelatore a parete. Lo scarico è posto sulla base murata e collegato ad una scatola sifonata. Sia il carico che lo scarico dell'acqua avvengono con il lavapiedi in posizione aperta. Al momento attuale non esiste in produzione e commercio un oggetto che assolve tutte le funzioni suddette. Esiste al più un wc con doccetta incorporata che permette un sommario lavaggio. L'ipotesi presentata può essere considerato il risparmio di spazio utilizzato soprattutto in seconde case, ristrutturazioni, secondo bagno, edifici per uso pubblico. At the present time there is no object in production and trade that fulfills all the aforementioned functions. There is at most a toilet with a built-in shower that allows a summary wash. The hypothesis presented can be considered the saving of space used above all in second homes, renovations, second bathrooms, buildings for public use.
