DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

La presente invenzione si riferisce ad una macchina lavastoviglie comprendente una guida per cestelli perfezionata. The present invention relates to a dishwashing machine comprising an improved basket guide.

Come macchina lavastoviglie si intende indicare in questa descrizione e nelle rivendicazione che seguiranno una macchina preposta ad effettuare operazioni di lavaggio su stoviglie quali pentole, posate, vasellame, piatti e simili ad uso tipicamente domestico. A dishwasher machine is intended to indicate in this description and in the claims that follow a machine designed to carry out washing operations on dishes such as pots, cutlery, crockery, plates and the like for typically domestic use.

Le macchine lavastoviglie comprendono usualmente una vasca apribile frontalmente e chiusa da uno sportello, allâ€™interno della quale sono disposti degli irroratori che spruzzano acqua ed agenti di lavaggio sulle stoviglie poste allâ€™interno di due cestelli, uno superiore ed uno inferiore. Dishwashing machines usually comprise a tank that can be opened from the front and closed by a door, inside which sprinklers are arranged that spray water and washing agents on the dishes placed inside two baskets, one upper and one lower.

Al fine di permettere allâ€™utente di caricare e scaricare le stoviglie dai cestelli in modo confortevole si prevede normalmente di rendere questi ultimi estraibili attraverso lâ€™apertura frontale della vasca. Un ulteriore inconveniente Ã ̈ dato dal fatto che in condizione di cestello parzialmente inserito (ovvero con due coppie di ruote posteriori allâ€™interno della guida), una manovra accidentale di chiusura dello sportello genera un elevato momento torcente sulle guide, rischiando di danneggiarle: parte del cestello Ã ̈ infatti ancora in appoggio sullo sportello ed una rotazione di questâ€™ultimo si trasmetterebbe al cestello. La presente invenzione si propone di risolvere questi ed altri inconvenienti mettendo disposizione una macchina lavastoviglie comprendente una guida per cestelli perfezionata come da rivendicazione 1 allegata. Lâ€™idea alla base della presente invenzione Ã ̈ quella di predisporre una macchina lavastoviglie provvista di un sistema di sicurezza che impedisca alle guide di essere danneggiate da un movimento di chiusura dello sportello qualora il cestello fosse in condizione estratta o parzialmente estratta. The idea behind the present invention is that of providing a dishwashing machine equipped with a safety system that prevents the guides from being damaged by a closing movement of the door if the basket is in an extracted or partially extracted condition.

Quando il cestello 3 si trova in condizione estratta (come in fig. 3c) o parzialmente estratta (come in fig. 3b) una non tempestiva manovra di chiusura dello sportello 2 comporterebbe uno sforzo sulla guida 5, che invece in questa soluzione Ã ̈ prevenuto dalla presenza del sistema di sicurezza appena descritto: infatti, con riferimento alle figg. 4a e 4b, nel caso in cui venga effettuata una manovra di chiusura dello sportello 2 o comunque una rotazione del cestello 3, lâ€™incavo di impegno 92 si disimpegna a scatto dal dente 91, rendendo pertanto il cestello 3 libero di ruotare attorno allâ€™asse orizzontale definito dal perno 95. Si fa notare che in tal modo anche lâ€™intero supporto di sicurezza sganciabile 51 ruota in modo solidale con il cestello 3, impedendo vantaggiosamente il disimpegno del supporto di sicurezza sganciabile 51 dal cestello e rendendo piÃ¹ semplice il ritorno in posizione di lavoro. CLAIMS 1. Dishwashing machine of the type comprising a tank (1) that can be opened from the front and closed by a door (2), inside which tank (1) houses at least one removable basket (3), and also comprising at least one guide sliding guide (5) to guide the basket (1) during an extraction phase in a remote position from the tank (1), in which said sliding guide (5) is fixed to one of the vertical side walls of the tank (1) characterized by the fact that the sliding guide (5) comprises at least one fixed support (52) applied to the side walls of the tank and a releasable safety support (51) adapted to guide the basket during said extraction step in a remote position from the tank, and in which the releasable safety support (51) is snap-coupled to the fixed support (52) so as to release from the latter in case of rotation around a horizontal axis of the basket (3).

Dishwashing machine according to claim 1, wherein the basket (3) comprises several pairs of wheels (41,42,43), and wherein the releasable safety support (51) extends inside the tub and comprises a housing groove (51a) for said wheels (41,42,43), so as to guide them during said basket extraction step in a remote position from the tub.

Dishwashing machine according to one or more of the preceding claims, wherein said sliding guide (5) comprises a fixing plug (53) which can be positioned externally to the tub to fix the fixed support (52) to a side wall of the tub, which the fixing plug (53) has a plan shape and an extension substantially equal to that of the said fixed support (52).

Dishwashing machine according to one or more of claims 2 to 5, in which the releasable safety support (51) constitutes an upper track for all pairs of wheels (41, 42, 43) of the basket and in which the releasable safety (51) includes a support portion (54) which constitutes a lower rail, at least in the passage area between the tub and the door, for those pairs of wheels (41) which are placed at the front end of the basket ( 3) facing the door and the pairs of intermediate wheels (43) placed between the first and those (42) associated with the rear end of the basket (3).
