RIVENDICAZIONI I 1) Il sistema della scheda “fantoccio” a), di cui si rivendica l’idea,
rappresenta il fulcro del dispositivo da brevettare, dal momento che tramite
essa, e utilizzando la fiat circuit board ti), si riesce semplicemente a
trasportare all’esterno del telefono i contatti necessari alla lettura della carta.
v < In questo modo e’ possibile operare avendo tutto lo spazio necessario a propria disposizione, e ideare il sistema di commutazione fra le carte piu’ adeguato alla tecnologia che si vuole utilizzare, alle spese che si vogliono intraprendere, allo spazio che si vuole occupare, alla comodità’ che si vuole avere e cosi’ via. La similitudine fra la scheda “fantoccio” e le normali SIM Card telefoniche rende il dispositivo estremamente semplice e veloce da montare.
2) 11 sistema della scheda “fantoccio” quindi rende possibile ideare e sviluppare un numero infinito di dispositivi moltiplicatori/selettori di card di varia sofisticazione, sia monoblocco che modulare, sia su un singolo piano che su piu’ piani sovrapposti, utilizzando qualsiasi sistema di commutazione o selezione sia manuale che elettrico che elettronico, con elementi circuitali sia attivi che passivi, con un numero qualsiasi di lettori secondari di SIM Card posizionati su una o entrambe le facce della basetta contenente il circuito per il sistema di commutazione, sia inglobato nella batteria del cellulare che separato da essa, con un qualsiasi tecnica di trasferimento del segnale dal lettore primario che preveda la presenza di una carta “fantoccio”, sia con il sistema composto da alloggiamenti per le card di tipo “caldo”, rappresentato dal dispositivo indicato in Figura 1, che con quello ad alloggiamenti “freddi” schematizzato in Figura 2. La novità’ sostanziale di ognuno di questi dispositivi cosi’ ideati e di cui si vuole rivendicare l’idea, consiste nella possibilità’ di aggiungere piu’ schede telefoniche contemporaneamente nello stesso telefono cellulare e di selezionarle una alla volta in maniera semplice, veloce, comoda e sicura. I limiti tecnici a tale possibilità’ sono dettati solo dairingombro massimo desiderato.
3) La possibilità’ di comporre il proprio moltiplicatore/selettore multiplo modulare portatile di SIM Card aggiungendo dei moduli separati contenenti 1 o piu’ ulteriori lettori secondari di SIM Card rende il dispositivo molto versatile ed adattabile a qualsiasi esigenza in termini di numero di SIM Card contemporaneamente presenti e singolarmente utilizzabili sul proprio telefono cellulare. Tale possibilità’ di composizione tramite moduli aggiuntivi, ovvero la caratteristica che di qui’ in avanti chiameremo “ modularità’ ”, viene rivendicata.
4) Va sottolineata l’idea, da proteggere e rivendicare, di un dispositivo portatile, di semplice montaggio e utilizzo, capace di aumentare ovvero moltiplicare il numero di schede telefoniche (o SIM Card e/o Smart Card) disponibili contemporaneamente in un telefono cellulare, e per mezzo del quale sì possa selezionare, tramite opportuni sistemi di commutazione o selezione, una determinata scheda telefonica scelta fra un numero non minore di 2 schede presenti contemporaneamente e utilizzabili selezionandoli singolarmente su un telefono cellulare, in maniera semplice e senza dover manualmente e fisicamente accedere, ogni volta che si vuole utilizzare una carta telefonica diversa o si opera una selezione di una card, al lettore primario o ai lettori primari presenti nel cellulare. This possibility of composition through additional modules, or the characteristic that hereinafter we will call "modularity", is claimed.
4) It should be emphasized the idea, to be protected and claimed, of a portable device, easy to assemble and use, capable of increasing or multiplying the number of telephone cards (or SIM Cards and / or Smart Cards) available at the same time in a mobile phone , and by means of which it is possible to select, through suitable switching or selection systems, a specific telephone card chosen from a number of no less than 2 cards present at the same time and usable by selecting them individually on a mobile phone, in a simple way and without having to manually and physically access, every time you want to use a different phone card or select a card, to the primary reader or primary readers present in the mobile phone.
