SUMMARY

The present invention relates to a trowel for working surfaces, consisting of a quick disassembly handle, which can be coupled with tool-holder plates equipped with different accessories.

TEXT OF THE DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a trowel for working surfaces.

These trowels are normally supplied in different versions, to effectively fulfill the various needs of cleaning, abrasion, filling of joints, etc.

Normally a single type of handle is fixed with screws to different types of tool holder plates, to which the right bottom is joined for the machining to be carried out.

To replace the plate, use a tool that removes the fixing screws and reassembles the handle on a new plate. This is all very inconvenient for two main reasons:

A first reason lies in the need to find the tool for removing the fixing screws.

A second reason concerns the notches of the fixing screws, which over time fill up with dirt, making it difficult to remove.

Furthermore, the economic aspect of the time required for replacement should not be underestimated.

The object of the present invention is therefore to eliminate the aforementioned drawbacks. The invention as it is characterized by the claims solves the problem of allowing rapid replacement of the tool holder plate, without the need for tools.

To obtain this result, a handle (1) equipped with a centering (2) on the coupling face (3) is used; this centering (2) is coupled with a corresponding centering (2 ') on the tool holder plate (4-4').

At this point, by rotating the handle (1) with respect to the tool holder plate (4-4 '), the two parts are coupled in a stable and irreversible way.

Should the need arise to replace the tool holder plate (4-4 ') with another version, simply press a button (S) which releases the handle (1) from the tool holder plate (4-4'), allowing its removal. with a rotation in the opposite direction.

The invention is explained in more detail with the help of woods which represent a purely exemplary and non-limiting form in which:

- figure 1 shows the tool holder plate in the small version, according to a perspective view in which you can see both the centerings (2-2), the coupling retainers (6-6'-6 "-etc) and the anti-disassembly stop (7 ).

Figure 2 shows the handle according to a perspective view in which both the centering area (2) and the notch (8) for the anti-disassembly stop (7) can be seen.

As can be seen from the figures, the invention relates to a handle (1) of ergonomic shape, with recesses (9) which allow an anti-rotation grip for the operator's hand.

- The handle (1) is equipped with a centering (2) in relief for coupling with the tool holder plate (4-4 ').

- The two narrower edges (10-10 ') of the coupling part have a semicircular profile that allows them to slide under the retainers (6-6'-6 "-etc) of the tool holder plate (4-4') with precision.

- On one of the two semicircular edges (10-10 ') there is a notch (8) for

the housing of the anti-disassembly clip (7).

The tool holder plate (4-4 ') is equipped with a centering (2') in bas-relief, corresponding to that of the handle (1). On the tool holder plate (4-4 ') there are: both retainers (6-6'-6 "-etc) that hold the semicircular edge (10-10') of the handle (1), and some stops (11- 11 ') limit switches, either one or more anti-disassembly stop (7) with inclined plane. The anti-disassembly stop (7) with inclined plane is located on the plate (4-4') in a notched area (12), to give flexibility. the anti-disassembly stop (7) may contain a button (5) to be pressed to lower the anti-disassembly stop (7) and allow the disassembly of the two components.

The invention thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept. Furthermore, all the details can be replaced by technically equivalent elements.

In practice, modifications and / or improvements are obviously possible, in any case falling within the scope of the following claims.
