L’invenzione concerne un dispositivo di chiamata per il sollecito dello spostamento di automezzi in sosta d'intralcio, adatto a risolvere civilmente frequenti situazioni di contrasto, dovute al caotico sviluppo della motorizzazione particolarmente nelle grandi città.
