BAG FOR NEWBORN KIT

Field of invention

The present invention refers to a bag provided inside it with a newborn clothing kit, to be used in particular in the first days of the newborn's life, in a clinic or hospital.

State of the art

When the last months of pregnancy are approaching, one of the needs is to prepare a series of clothes that will be used for the unborn child in the first days of life.

Generally the mother, helped when possible by the closest relatives, buys a series of new clothes and provides to wash and iron them, placing them in a bag that she keeps ready in case of emergency, if it is necessary to go urgently to the clinic or hospital.

However, all this preparation requires a considerable amount of time, which is not always available today.

Furthermore, this solution does not guarantee perfect sanitation of the garments that the unborn child will have to wear.

Today the market does not offer a practical solution to these problems and therefore the need is felt to create a bag equipped with a newborn clothing kit that allows to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks.

Summary of the invention

The primary purpose of the present invention is to make a bag, containing a newborn clothing kit, ready with everything that is required by the hospital or clinic for the first days of the newborn.

A further purpose of the invention is to make a structured and prepared bag with clothes that have been washed, ironed and sanitized and sealed in special bags. The present invention, therefore, aims to achieve the objects discussed above by making a bag with a newborn clothing kit which, according to claim 1, comprises:

a lower compartment comprising a bottom of the bag;

an upper compartment comprising a lid of the bag;

said lower and upper compartments being divided by a dividing wall when the bag is closed,

the lower compartment can be opened by at least a first zip system,

the upper compartment can be opened by at least a second zip system,

the upper compartment being hinged to the lower compartment at the dividing wall and lifting together with said dividing part once the first zip system has been opened,

in which the lower compartment is provided with a plurality of bags provided with a respective opening;

and in which each bag contains inside at least one sterilized, sealed envelope, provided with a writable label and containing at least one washed and sanitized garment, said at least one envelope being extractable from said respective opening.

Advantageously, the bag, object of the present invention, is very practical for the mother who takes care of her newborn, without wasting any time in preparing everything that is needed for the first days in the hospital.

The bag contains the bare minimum required by the hospital, generally four complete changes, but can be integrated according to the needs of the mother.

The clothing line, provided inside the bag, includes basic clothing, such as, for example, t-shirts, underpants, tank tops, gaiters, blankets, bathrobes, scratch-resistant muslin gloves, cap and body.

All garments are extremely comfortable, of the highest textile quality, 100% natural and hypoallergenic in full compliance with the needs of children and the environment. They are made with non-toxic materials and natural fibers (such as cotton, linen, silk) suitable for maintaining the natural body temperature.

Advantageously, all the garments, arranged inside the bag, have been previously washed, to eliminate the toxic and allergenic substances that are found in residue on the garments that have just come out of a factory, and placed in very practical transparent plastic bags labeled, for example by a white space on which the mother can write the name of the unborn child.

In a preferred variant of the bag of the invention, each transparent bag contains the complete, sanitized and ready-to-use change that the child needs for a day.

Each transparent envelope is placed inside a fabric bag also provided with a label on which to write the name of the unborn child. These cloth bags or plastic bags will be delivered by the mother day by day to the nurses to provide for the daily change of the baby.

The dependent claims describe preferred embodiments of the invention.

Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention With reference to the Figure, there is represented an embodiment of a bag, generally indicated with the numerical reference 1, provided with a newborn clothing kit.

The bag, object of the present invention, includes:

- a lower compartment 2 comprising the bottom 4 of the bag;

- and an upper compartment 3 comprising the lid 5 of the bag.

The lower 2 and upper 3 compartments have the same geometric shape, for example substantially cylindrical or parallelepiped, and are divided by a dividing wall 6 when the bag is closed. The upper compartment 3 is preferably of less depth (height) than the lower compartment 2. The lower compartment 2 can be opened by at least one zip system 8. Preferably, two zip systems 8 are provided, where the two respective hinges meet at a central area of the bag.

The upper compartment 3 can be opened using at least one zip system 7. In the figures, by way of example, there are two zip systems 8 and a single zip system 7.

The upper compartment 3 is hinged to the lower compartment 2 at the dividing wall 6 and can be lifted together with the dividing part 6 once the two zip systems 8 have been opened.

The lower compartment 2 is provided with a plurality of bags 9, preferably in fabric (eg muffle).

Each bag (Figure 4) is provided with a respective opening 10, preferably but not necessarily provided in the center of one of the two faces of the bag 9. This opening 10 can be of the tear-off type, for example with Velcro.

Alternatively, the bag 9 can be made of plastic and in this case the opening 10 can be of the double-sided adhesive type.

Each bag 9 is also provided with its own external writable label 13 on which to write the name of the unborn child.

Advantageously, each bag 9 contains inside at least one sterilized, sealed plastic bag 11, provided with a writable label 12, on which to write the name of the unborn child, and containing at least one previously washed and sanitized garment. The envelopes 11 can be easily removed from the opening 10 of the bag 9. The envelopes are sealed by means of a double-sided adhesive seal 17, or another suitable and convenient seal. In Fig. 5 a square-shaped envelope 11 is represented, but any other suitable shape can be provided.

Advantageously, each envelope 11 can contain, depending on its size, at least one but also all of the following garments:

- shirt of luck (silk or batiste);

- t-shirt or body;

- gaiter;

- it fits;

- headbands / heart warmer.

The following accessories, also previously washed and sanitized, can also be provided inside other sealed bags:

- bathrobe;

- cover;

- scarf;

- bonnet;

- bibs.

The bags 9 or the individual bags 11 can be delivered by the mother day by day to the nurses to provide for the daily change of the child. The bags 9 have a shape equal to the shape of the bottom of the lower compartment 2 and are preferably stacked on the bottom of the bag, arranged free inside the lower compartment or detachably fixed to a tape, for example of velcro or adhesive, fixed to a side wall of the lower compartment.

In the case of a cylindrical-shaped bag 1, the bags 9 are substantially flat and round.

In the case of a rectangle parallelepiped-shaped bag 1, the bags 9 are substantially flat and quadrangular. In the particular case, the bag 1 can be cube-shaped and the bags 9 are substantially flat and square.

The lower compartment 2 and / or the upper compartment 3 are provided with elastic pockets 14 adhering to at least one of their walls, to contain any accessories.

In particular, the bottom of the bag and / or the inside of the lid 5 of the bag and / or the dividing wall 6 are provided with at least one mesh pocket 15 which can be opened by means of a further zip system 20.

The handle 16 of the bag is preferably provided on an external lateral surface of the lower compartment 2. In a preferred variant the handle is substantially flattened and will rise from said lateral surface at the moment of its use.

Claims (10)

CLAIMS 1. Bag (1) with newborn clothing kit comprising a lower compartment (2) comprising a bottom (4) of the bag; an upper compartment (3) comprising a lid (5) of the bag; said lower and upper compartments being divided by a dividing wall (6) when the bag is closed, the lower compartment (2) being openable by means of at least a first zip system (8), the upper compartment (3) being openable by means of at least a second zip system (7), the upper compartment (3) being hinged to the lower compartment (2) at the dividing wall (6) and lifting together with said dividing part (6) once the first zip system (8) has been opened, in which the lower compartment (2) is provided with a plurality of bags (9) provided with a respective opening (10); and in which each bag (9) contains inside at least one sterilized, sealed bag (11), provided with a writable label (12) and containing at least one washed and sanitized garment, said at least one bag (11) being removable from said respective opening (10). Bag with newborn clothing kit according to claim 1, wherein said bags (9) have a shape equal to the shape of the bottom of the lower compartment (2) and are arranged stacked on the bottom of the bag. Bag with newborn clothing kit according to claim 2, wherein the shape of the bags (9) is flat and round and the shape of the lower compartment (2) is cylindrical, or the shape of the bags (9) is flat and quadrangular and the shape of the lower compartment (2) is essentially that of a rectangular parallelepiped. Bag with newborn clothing kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the opening (10) of each bag is tear-off, preferably with velcro. Bag with newborn clothing kit according to claim 2, in which the tear-off opening (10) is provided in the center of one of the two faces of the bag (9). Bag with newborn clothing kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which each bag (9) is provided with its own external writable label (13). Bag with newborn clothing kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which each bag (9) is made of fabric and each bag is made of plastic, preferably transparent. Bag with newborn clothing kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the lower compartment and / or the upper compartment are provided with elastic pockets (14) adhering to at least one of its walls. Bag with newborn clothing kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which two first zip systems (8) are provided where the hinges meet at a central area of the bag. 10. Bag with newborn clothing kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the bottom of the bag and / or the inside of the bag lid and / or the partition wall (6) are provided with at least one opening mesh pocket by means of an additional zip system.
