The present patent application for invention refers in general to the sector

bathroom furniture and in particular bathroom fixtures, more particularly,

the invention concerns an innovative multipurpose kit to be used as an accessory

combined with any type of bathtub and more preferably with one

bathtub with door.

The invention is applicable to any industry where such a type of device can

be advantageously used, but preferably this concerns the sector

sanitary facilities for use by the elderly and / or disabled.

Known technique

As is well known, the bathroom in the tub is no longer a simple and exclusive space for the

care of personal hygiene, but it has become more and more in recent times a way

to relax.

Currently part of the bathtubs, they are designed to offer experiences

high-level sensory oriented to the well-being of the body and mind. From here

derive sensory bathtubs, in which well-being is generated exclusively by the emotions deriving from water.

The tubs can be of various sizes and shapes, able to adapt to

every type of bathroom. The most used are the rectangular ones, usually resting on

a wall long or in a corner, but there are also some at the corner,

circular or even irregularly shaped.

However, regardless of the various shapes and sizes, a fundamental distinction of bathtubs consists of two main types, including simple bathtubs and those with a door. The door of this last type of tub is, in fact, watertight so that the water that fills the tub itself does not escape. Tubs of this type have many different uses. Suffice it to say that if the bathroom is small, there are models of bathtubs with very small doors, which can be installed in very little space.

Conversely, we also find models of bathtubs with very large doors, which have

all the comfort of normal tubs. Although the tubs with doors are very popular with the elderly and people with disabilities, because it is easy to enter without running the risk of slipping and getting hurt, it does not mean that they can be used by anyone. Mainly, thanks above all to fashion and advertising, the use of the bathtub with door has increased compared to ten years ago, and it is also highly recommended by interior designers, since this type of bathtub represents a safe, comfortable and above all very long lasting.

However, all these creations known to the public up to now, and despite the exceptional convenience and functionality of the aforementioned bathtubs with door, present, as all users know, some drawbacks that will be examined and attempted to overcome through the realization of the present invention, consisting of in the provision of a kit capable of being installed

on said bathtubs, in order to make them even more suited to the real needs of elderly people or those with disabilities in general.

Other advantages of the invention will result from the detailed description of several exemplary and non-limiting embodiments, illustrated below.

Description of the invention

The innovative concept underlying the present invention consists in predicting

a multipurpose bathtub kit capable of providing a multiplicity of

additional functions.

The rationale of the present invention basically consists in preventing the

main drawback attributable to the tubs with door of the known art,

consisting in the fact that the user can access it through the appropriate opening

of the door only when said tank is obviously without water and only in

then wait, lying inside, for filling with water. Such

this feature is actually a source of serious malaise, as the user will have to

wait undressed from a few minutes to tens of minutes for the filling of the

tub for the use of a bath, initially leading to the same serious

health problems due to the inevitable and constant thermal shock e

Therefore, the specific object of the present invention forms the supply of a

kit that can preferably be installed on a tank with a door able to reduce or

better to eliminate the aforementioned problems ascribable to the known art, or by simplifying the immersion of the body in the water of all those elderly and / or affected subjects

from disabilities, which require a more facilitated structure for the use of the bathroom

and all this not neglecting, but rather amplifying the feelings of well-being

obtained through the possible numerous inventive devices.

Basically the present invention consists of a main device having

the function of a tank that can be applied to the wall, on the wall facing the tank

bathroom, capable of storing hot water and / or possibly heating it

to the set temperature and then quickly enter it as you like

bathtub, through at least two slits made at the base of the tank

is achievable on an industrial scale, whose components are of a standard type and perfectly available on the market and whose production is fully sustainable from an economic and environmental point of view.

Another characteristic of the structure according to the present invention is that it is subjected to stresses mainly of a static type, therefore it will be provided with suitable suitable chemical and / or mechanical anchors to the wall of the structure, which will have to safely support mainly the weight of stored water well beyond its extreme fill level.

The invention must also comply with all current safety standards for electrical devices in contact with water, providing for shielding, waterproofing, voltages and voltages perfectly compatible with said specific standards.

As regards the constituent materials of said inventive multipurpose kit for bathtub, these can be chosen by the person skilled in the art in order to satisfy the technical characteristics in this particular sector, among which we mention solidity, resistance, anticorrosion (the resistance to prolonged contact with water) and lightness, however said materials may include those of the metal type, preferably steel and / or aluminum and / or polymers of the plastic type. As regards the dimensions of said inventive multipurpose kit for

bathroom, it should be noted that these are purely indicative and not limiting

of the invention, since the technical characteristics constituting the inventive kit

will involve the realization of both a more elongated inventive device and

can be installed laterally to the bathtub and both of a minus device

elongated and therefore can be installed at the feet or on the underside of the tub

Description of some preferred embodiments of the invention

We want to underline how they will be illustrated below, by way of example

but not limiting, only some of the possible embodiments of the present invention, it being possible to describe many others on the basis of the particular technical solutions identified.

As shown in Figure 1, the inventive multipurpose kit for bathtub consists of its basic version, that is the cheapest and therefore designed to be easily installed without connection to the electrical network and without the help of specialized workers, of a main body 100 which can be installed on the wall by means of suitable chemical means, of the glue type, or by means of common fixing means 600, consisting of a lower portion 110 with a regular profile and an upper portion 120 with a rounded profile, which as can be seen in the Figure 2 consist inside the accumulation chamber 180 and before which

The present invention provides for further alternative embodiments in correspondence with some variants of its structure and of the shape of its components.

As can be seen in Figs. 5-9, the aforementioned inventive kit embodiments provide for further accessories capable of increasing the enjoyment of the use of a bathroom, and consisting of at least one monitor 810, preferably concealed inside the aforementioned watertight service housing 590 or in the main body 100, suitable for receiving TV channels and / or viewing photo-videos and / or surfing the net, from the 820 hot air outlets capable of heating and drying the user of the tub at the end of the bath and / or heating the environment, from compartment 900 containing a microphone and / or loudspeaker and / or devices suitable for detecting the main vital parameters such as arterial pressure and / or pulse and / or respiratory rate and / or blood oxygenation.

As can be observed specifically in Figure 7, a further alternative construction aimed at an even more exclusive clientele provides that said upper portion 120, or aforementioned upper portion 520, has a lower profile that is more squared, consisting of at least two steps 850 overturned on the lower face of which luminous spotlights and or hot air diffusers are preferably provided.

A further aspect, aside from all the technical solutions described so far, but of particular relevance in the realization of the invention, is that as specifically represented in Fig. 6, it is envisaged that a suitable 650 electromechanical emptying pump that can be activated by the user, able, once the bath is finished, to empty the bath tub more quickly, making the opening phases of the tub door and therefore discharge from the tub faster.

From the foregoing it is understood that all the aforementioned characteristics preferably orient the aforementioned inventive kit to elderly users and / or people suffering from disabilities who will be able to qualitatively fully benefit from it, however this should not be considered preclusive and / or limiting of the present invention since © of these characteristics will be able to clearly benefit also all those who without uncomfortable conditions will equally want to take advantage of a bathroom and all the innovative features characterizing said inventive kit.

Obviously, the data provided herein are purely illustrative and absolutely not limitative of the scope of the present invention, since they serve exclusively to enable a person skilled in the art to understand some possible applications and embodiments of the invention. Various and obvious modifications could clearly be made by the average person skilled in the art to the previous exemplary and non-limiting embodiments described with reference to the figures, without this implying an extension beyond the inventive concept that is the basis of the present invention as defined from the following dependent claims.
