Abstract
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a malfunction and interruption of traction control of a motorcycle even when power supply shortage occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor driving voltage is prepared on the basis of a battery output voltage for supplying it to a front wheel speed sensor and a rear wheel speed sensor. When a sensor voltage based on the sensor driving voltage or a power supply voltage based on an output voltage of the battery is out of a predetermined voltage range set as a voltage range in which at least the front wheel speed sensor and the rear wheel speed sensor normally operate, a wheel slip state is determined on the basis of rotation acceleration of an engine, and the engine output is controlled on the basis of an engine control variable calculated on the basis of the determination results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
