MACCHINARIO PER RIMUOVERE MATERIALI ADESIVI MACHINERY FOR REMOVING ADHESIVE MATERIALS
- DESCRIZIONE - - DESCRIPTION -
This is a machine that removes adhesive materials (printed and not) from various flat surfaces, such as panels, plates, etc. It is known to all operators in the sector that the removal of these materials from the various supports is a burdensome job. At present, this operation is performed manually or with the aid of heat guns and chemicals, but. with modest results. For this reason, this work is not very convenient and it is often preferred to dispose of these supports in landfills. The use of this machinery, on the other hand, makes this operation quick and with minimal physical effort on the part of the operator. A further advantage consists in the reduction of the volume of waste, because the removed adhesive material transformed into many small reels, takes up little space. This invention allows you to save time, physical energy and money, because by recovering these expensive supports, you do not buy new ones, thus also eliminating the costs of their disposal. These, after being cleaned, return practically new and reusable several times, thus providing, in addition to considerable economic savings for your company, also a concrete and responsible contribution in defense of the environment. This machine consists of a series of rollers, one of which is driven by a motor with specific characteristics: low number of revolutions and high power. This machine, exploiting the strength of the rotating movement of its rollers, is able to easily remove digital prints or other types of adhesive material from various supports. In detail, this machine is characterized by a drive roller (fig.1) and two or more sliding rollers (fig.4) with the function of supporting and guiding the supports to be processed. An integral part of this machine is a support surface (fig. 5). The drive roller (figs) is equipped with two or more slots, on one side and the other, with the function of coupling to the pins of the motor cylinder (fig.2) and the spring cylinder (fig.3). The engine cylinder (fio .2). equipped with two or more pins, it is driven by an electric motor (fig. 6). The spring cylinder (fig. 3), also equipped with two or more pins, is freely rotating and is also equipped with a spring to allow quick disassembly of the drive roller (fig. 1). The length of the rollers, the diameter and the material for their construction (metal, plastic, etc.) can vary without affecting their functionality. The operation of the machinery is as follows: the drive roller (fig. 1) is attached to the material to be removed which, through the force of its rotating movement and in combination with the sliding rollers (fig. 4), rolls it up and attaches it on itself, detaching it from the support (fig. 7). To further facilitate the removal of the material, it is possible to mount a ventilated heating system (fig. 8), which by heating the adhesive decreases its strength. Finally, once a certain quantity of material has been removed, the drive roller (fia.1l is released to engage a new one and continue the work. The previously disassembled roller together with the material already removed is freed with a common cutter to be used again. drive unit, consisting of the motor (fig. 6), the drive roller (fig. 1), the motor cylinder (fig. 2) and the spring cylinder (fig. 3) _, are adjustable in height, also using an automatic system , - thus facilitating the operations of "putting in the machine".
