STRUMENTO PER RIMUOVERE MATERIALI ADESIVI TOOL FOR REMOVING ADHESIVE MATERIALS
- DESCRIZIONE - - DESCRIPTION -
This is a tool that removes adhesive materials (printed and not) from various surfaces, such as panels, plates, road signs, advertising products and vehicles, stand walls, windows, etc. It is well known to all operators in the sector that the removal of these materials from the various supports is a burdensome job. At present, this operation is performed manually or with the aid of heat guns and chemicals, but with modest results. For this reason, this work is not very convenient and it is often preferred to dispose of these supports in landfills. The use of this machinery, on the other hand, makes this operation quick and with minimal physical effort on the part of the operator. A further advantage consists in the reduction of the volume of waste, because the removed adhesive material transformed into many small reels, takes up little space. This invention allows you to save time, physical energy and money, because by recovering these expensive supports, you do not buy new ones, thus also eliminating the costs of their disposal. These, after being cleaned, return practically new and reusable several times, thus providing, in addition to considerable economic savings for your company, also a concrete and responsible contribution in defense of the environment. This tool consists of two parts, precisely two tubes assembled together which, by means of a coupling, are connected to a common screwdriver drill, which exploiting the force of the rotary movement is able to easily remove digital or other types of prints. of adhesive material. Lxf instrument consists of a coupling tube (fig.1), and a core tube (fig.2) that fit into each other (fig.3). Their measurements may vary, without affecting their functionality. Both can be made of plastic, metal or any other material suitable for the purpose. The coupling tube (fig. 1) is equipped with a metal pin with the function of coupling to a common drill / screwdriver. It is also equipped with two pins with the function of locking the core tube. The core tube (fig. 2) is equipped with two slots with the function of interlocking with the pins of the coupling tube. The operation of the instrument is as follows: The core tube (fig. 2) is attached to the adhesive material to be removed, previously sectioned into horizontal strips. After inserting one tube into the other (fig.3), these are connected to a common drill / screwdriver (fig.4), or other type of tool suitable for the purpose. By exploiting the force of the rotary movement, it removes the material by rolling it up, attaching it to itself and detaching it from the support (fig. 5). Finally, once a certain amount of material has been removed, the core tube (fig. 2) is released to engage a new one and continue the work. The previously disassembled tube together with the material already removed is freed from it with a common cutter to be reused again. With the use of a core tube made of flexible material, it is possible to more easily remove materials from curved surfaces, such as vehicles, signs and advertising elements with concave or convex faces (fig. 6).
