La legatura con il sistema fac garantisce eguale tenuta e stabilità della struttura realizzata secondo il progetto e come nella legatura con il fil di ferro può essere ben sopporta la gettata di cemento con la quale diventa un tutt'uno. Questa invenzione garantisce la legatura così come da manuale, con notevole risparmio di tempo, in quanto indurre una pressione su un fermo di plastica o di acciaio, comporta la spendita di un tempo più breve rispetto al legare i tondini di ferro con il fil di ferro oppure unirli con la saldatura. Inoltre, vi è il grosso vantaggio della realizzazione della legatura senza rischio per la salute dell'operatore, infatti l'operaio si limita ad imprimere una spinta al fermo per consentire lo scatto che andrà ad unire le barre.
