Lâ€™invenzione concerne il settore dei tappeti erbosi precoltivati, utilizzati in ambito floro-vivaistico per il rifacimento o la realizzazione exnovo di spazi verdi quali giardini, parchi pubblici, campi sportivi ed opere analoghe. The invention concerns the sector of pre-cultivated lawns, used in the nursery field for the renovation or the exnovo construction of green spaces such as gardens, public parks, sports fields and similar works.

PiÃ¹ in particolare concerne un dispositivo per lâ€™asportazione del substrato terroso da rotoli di tappeto erboso precoltivato. More specifically, it concerns a device for removing the earthy substrate from rolls of pre-cultivated turf.

Eâ€™ noto come i terreni ad uso prativo vengano coltivati con tecniche agricole note fino al raggiungimento dellâ€™etÃ adulta dello strato erboso superficiale e successivamente lavorati con appositi macchinari in grado di ricavare dagli stessi, sotto forma di singole zolle o di rotoli continui, tappeti erbosi pronti per essere posti in opera in altra sede. Scopo della presente invenzione Ã ̈ quello di realizzare un dispositivo atto a determinare lâ€™alleggerimento, e la riduzione degli ingombri, di tappeti erbosi realizzati sotto forma di rotoli continui, attraverso lâ€™asportazione del substrato terroso trattenuto, dalle radici dello strato erboso superficiale dei medesimi. The purpose of the present invention is to realize a device able to determine the lightening, and the reduction of the dimensions, of lawns made in the form of continuous rolls, through the removal of the earthy substrate retained by the roots of the grassy layer superficial of the same.

- una postazione di carico, provvista di mezzi preposti al convogliamento dei rotoli di tappeto erboso verso le postazioni di trattamento atte a determinarne il processo di alleggerimento; - a loading station, equipped with means for conveying the rolls of turf towards the treatment stations suitable for determining the lightening process;

- un gruppo disavvolgitore, provvisto di mezzi atti a determinare lo srotolamento del singolo rotolo di tappeto erboso fornito ciclicamente dalla suddetta postazione di carico; - an unwinding unit, provided with means suitable for causing the unrolling of the single roll of turf supplied cyclically from the aforementioned loading station;

- una coppia di postazioni di lavaggio, provviste di mezzi adibiti allâ€™asportazione del substrato terroso dalle radici dei tappeti erbosi, distesi dal suddetto gruppo disavvolgitore, ed al lavaggio dello strato erboso superficiale degli stessi; - a pair of washing stations, equipped with means used to remove the earthy substrate from the roots of the lawns, spread out by the aforementioned unwinder unit, and to wash the surface grassy layer of the same;

- una postazione di asciugatura, provvista di mezzi atti a rimuovere dai suddetti tappeti erbosi lâ€™acqua assorbita durante le fasi di lavaggio; - un congegno avvolgitore, provvisto di mezzi atti a restituire ai medesimi lâ€™originaria forma di rotoli continui. - a drying station, equipped with means to remove the water absorbed during the washing phases from the aforementioned lawns; - a winding device, equipped with means capable of returning to the same the original shape of continuous rolls.

Lâ€™invenzione presenta i seguenti vantaggi: The invention has the following advantages:

- permette di ridurre il peso complessivo, ed il volume dâ€™ingombro, di tappeti erbosi realizzati sotto forma di rotoli continui; - it allows to reduce the overall weight, and the overall volume, of lawns made in the form of continuous rolls;

- una postazione di asciugatura D, provvista di mezzi atti ad eliminare dellâ€™acqua assorbita dai tappeti erbosi durante le fasi di lavaggio, dotata di un nastro trasportatore 12 passante attraverso un aeratore 13, atto a determinarne una prima asciugatura mediante getti dâ€™aria, ed attraverso un serie di rulli di strizzatura 14, atti a determinare il completo drenaggio dellâ€™acqua ancora trattenuta dagli stessi; - a drying station D, equipped with means to eliminate the water absorbed by the lawns during the washing phases, equipped with a conveyor belt 12 passing through an aerator 13, able to determine a first drying by means of jets of water air, and through a series of squeezing rollers 14, suitable for determining the complete drainage of the water still retained by them;

- un congegno avvolgitore E, provvisto di mezzi atti a restituire ai tappeti erbosi Î“ originaria forma di rotoli continui, dotato di un elemento basculante 15 portante un nastro dentato 16 premuto, da apposite molle 17, sullâ€™estremitÃ anteriore del tappeto erboso uscente dalla postazione di asciugatura D, il cui movimento risulta contrapposto a quello del nastro trasportatore 12 della medesima. - a winding device E, equipped with means suitable for returning the original form of continuous rolls to the turf, equipped with a pivoting element 15 carrying a toothed belt 16 pressed, by special springs 17, on the front end of the outgoing turf from the drying station D, the movement of which is opposed to that of the conveyor belt 12 thereof.

Il dispositivo presenta inoltre una pluralitÃ di pompe oleodinamiche 18, preposte allâ€™azionamento dei nastri trasportatori e degli apparati complementari costituenti le succitate postazioni di trattamento A-B-C-D-E, ed una singola pompa idraulica 19, preposta allâ€™azionamento degli erogatori 8-9 delle postazioni di lavaggio C, facenti capo ad un comune gruppo motore 20 atto determinarne il funzionamento. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Device for removing the earthy substrate from rolls of pre-cultivated turf, characterized in that it includes: - a loading station (A), equipped with means (1-2-3) for conveying the rolls of turf towards the treatment stations suitable for determining the lightening process; - a winding unit (B), equipped with means (4-5) suitable for causing the rolling of the single roll of turf supplied cyclically by the aforementioned loading station (A); - a pair of washing stations (C), equipped with means (6-7-8-9-10-11) used to remove the earthy substrate from the roots of the lawns, extended by the aforementioned unwinder group (B), and washing the surface grassy layer of the same; - a drying station (D), equipped with means (12-13-14) suitable for removing the water absorbed during the washing phases from the aforementioned lawns; - a winding device (E), equipped with means (15-16-17) suitable for restoring the original shape of continuous rolls to them.

2) Device according to rev. 1, characterized in that the loading station (A) comprises a conveyor belt (1) formed by a plurality of cylindrical elements (2) suitable for delimiting seats (3) for supporting the rolls of turf.

3) Device according to rev. 1, characterized in that the unwinder assembly (B) comprises motorized rollers (4), and a photocell (5) for stopping the loading station (A).

4) Device according to rev. 1, characterized in that the washing stations (C) comprise conveyor belts (6), with reticular conformation, passing through box-like structures (7).
