The invention adopts two groups of spot cutting equipment to perform spot cutting on the base cloth which is subjected to glue spraying and is rolled, wherein the first group is longitudinal spot cutting which is completely cut, the base cloth with the width of 1.8m is cut into the base cloth with different widths, and the width of the conventional base cloth is 21.3cm or 13cm at present. The second group is transverse point cutting, only one part is transversely cut, the base cloth is transversely cut by the second group of blades to be cut into non-woven fabrics with standard length, and the conventional length is 15cm at present. And after the point cutting is finished, the base fabric is rolled by using the paper core, the number of the rolls is controlled by a counter, and 250 sheets of the base fabric are rolled into a roll of finished non-woven fabric. The width and the length of the finished product are controlled by point cutting, and the market demand is met.
The glue on the front and back sides of the base fabric can be attached with dust, hair, stains and sand grains, the adsorption capacity of the product is enhanced, meanwhile, the glue cannot be left on the ground, the glue is convenient to use and cannot be adhered, the front and back sides can be used, the glue can be used by matching with conventional tools such as mops, dusters and the like on the market, the application range is wide, the product is disposable, the glue is directly discarded after being used, and the operation is convenient and simple.

the reverse side of the base cloth is upward through the two groups of rollers, the reverse side of the base cloth is sprayed with glue through the nozzles of the second group of glue spraying equipment, and the glue spraying mode is the same as that of the nozzles of the first group of glue spraying equipment for spraying glue on the front side of the base cloth;
e. c, adopting the same detection method in the step c to carry out detection work on the reverse side of the base cloth, and then removing impurities on the surface of the base cloth;
f. coiling:
the base cloth after glue spraying is rolled into rolls by two groups of rollers, the width of each roll is 1.8m, and the total length of each roll is 120 m;
g. point breaking:
