And the rotating roller 10 on the reference support and the rotating roller 10 on the sliding support are connected with each other, the rotating rollers 10 on the two adjacent sliding supports are also connected with each other, all realized by arranging a limiting block 13 between the left and right adjacent fixing plates 12, when the driving arm 14 is rotated clockwise, the rotating roller 10 on the reference support and the rotating roller 10 on the sliding support rotate simultaneously, the standard base cloth after glue spraying is unreeled from the rotating roller 10, the positioning seat 9 plays a supporting role for the standard base cloth after glue spraying, the distances between the standard base cloth unreeled by the rotating roller 10 and the base cloth to be inspected are controlled to be the same, the standard base cloth and the glue on the base cloth to be inspected can not be pasted due to the overlong unreeled standard base cloth at a certain position, the unreeling and reeling of the standard base cloth are controlled in a unified manner, and the inspection efficiency is improved.
The invention adopts two groups of spot cutting equipment to perform spot cutting on the base cloth which is subjected to glue spraying and is rolled, wherein the first group is longitudinal spot cutting which is completely cut, the base cloth with the width of 1.8m is cut into the base cloth with different widths, and the width of the conventional base cloth is 21.3cm or 13cm at present. The second group is transverse point cutting, only one part is transversely cut, the base cloth is transversely cut by the second group of blades to be cut into non-woven fabrics with standard length, and the conventional length is 15cm at present. And after the point cutting is finished, the base fabric is rolled by using the paper core, the number of the rolls is controlled by a counter, and 250 sheets of the base fabric are rolled into a roll of finished non-woven fabric. The width and the length of the finished product are controlled by point cutting, and the market demand is met.
The glue on the front and back sides of the base fabric can be attached with dust, hair, stains and sand grains, the adsorption capacity of the product is enhanced, meanwhile, the glue cannot be left on the ground, the glue is convenient to use and cannot be adhered, the front and back sides can be used, the glue can be used by matching with conventional tools such as mops, dusters and the like on the market, the application range is wide, the product is disposable, the glue is directly discarded after being used, and the operation is convenient and simple.

d. spraying glue on the reverse side of the base cloth:
the reverse side of the base cloth is upward through the two groups of rollers, the reverse side of the base cloth is sprayed with glue through the nozzles of the second group of glue spraying equipment, and the glue spraying mode is the same as that of the nozzles of the first group of glue spraying equipment for spraying glue on the front side of the base cloth;
e. c, adopting the same detection method in the step c to carry out detection work on the reverse side of the base cloth, and then removing impurities on the surface of the base cloth;
f. coiling:
the base cloth after glue spraying is rolled into rolls by two groups of rollers, the width of each roll is 1.8m, and the total length of each roll is 120 m;
g. point breaking:
firstly, placing base cloth which is subjected to glue spraying and is rolled on a rack, driving the base cloth through two groups of rollers, longitudinally cutting the base cloth through a first group of point cutting blades, cutting the base cloth with the width of 1.8m into base cloth with different widths, conveying the base cloth to a second group of point cutting blades through the two groups of rollers, transversely cutting the base cloth through the second group of blades to cut the base cloth into standard lengths, rolling the base cloth with paper cores after the point cutting is finished, and controlling the number of rolls through a counter;
h. packaging;
the checking operation of the step c and the step e is as follows:

(2) installing standard base cloth after glue spraying: rolling the standard base cloth sprayed with the glue on a rotating roller of the positioning seat, taking the standard base cloth sprayed with the glue as reference base cloth, and welding the positioning seats on the reference plate and the sliding plate;
(3) carrying out surface inspection work on the base cloth: fixing shafts on two sides of a rotating roller on a sliding plate are in threaded connection with fixing plates, then a driving arm is in threaded connection with a fixing shaft on the left side of the rotating roller on a reference plate, then the fixing shaft on the right side of the rotating roller on the reference plate is in threaded connection with the fixing plates, a limiting block is arranged between the two adjacent fixing plates on the left and right, a limiting bulge of the limiting block is inserted into a limiting hole of each fixing plate, the driving arm is rotated clockwise, standard base cloth after glue spraying is unreeled from the rotating roller, a positioning seat plays a supporting role on the standard base cloth after glue spraying, the distance between the standard base cloth after glue spraying and base cloth to be tested which is horizontally conveyed is controlled to be 30-40cm, then a steel pipe is introduced into a through hole of the driving arm, a clamp on a machine body is adopted to clamp the end part of the steel pipe, and then surface glue;
