Sino ad oggi, sulle calzature da passeggio, sulle cosiddette scarpe da sera, sulle borse ed in genere su numerosi indumenti, sono stati adottati vari ornamenti per accrescerne la valenza estetica ed accentuarne la particolarità e l’individualità. Nastrini, collanine, ornamenti in pelle e colorazioni differenti e particolari adornano ormai da decenni la porzione superiore della scarpa stessa ed il margine superiore di molte borse, conferendogli una particolare e ben identificabile valenza estetica. Detti ornamenti, sono presenti anche su borse, valigie e cinture, indipendentemente dal materiale e dalla foggia che hanno assunto nelle numerose realizzazioni presenti sul mercato. Detti ornamenti sono però da sempre relegate alla sola sfera estetica o al massimo, servono unicamente per serrare i due lembi di una scarpa, la chiusura di una borsa o l’allaccio di una cintura. Il loro scopo, la loro funzione principale, è stata ed è comunque quella di abbellire e caratterizzare lo stile e la valenza estetica dell’oggetto che adornano. La presente domanda di brevetto intende descrivere un nuovo tipo di fermaglio, capace di fungere contemporaneamente da ornamento, da mezzo di chiusura e da contenitore. Detto fermaglio può essere utilizzato su innumerevoli oggetti: calzature, indipendentemente che queste siano scarpe sportive, da passeggio, o da sera, può efficacemente essere utilizzato come chiusura e ornamento delle borse da donna oppure nelle cartelle da uomo. Alternativamente, può anche essere applicato come sistema di bloccaggio per qualsiasi tipo di cintura o bretella, oppure, utilizzato per l’ornamento o il serraggio del bavero di un cappello. Il fermaglio oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto, è caratterizzato dalla capacità di associare alla semplice e piacevole valenza estetica, tipica di un qualsiasi oggetto ornamentale, la funzionalità intrinseca di un accessorio pratico atto ad espletare due specifiche funzioni tecniche, ovvero, il serrare due porzioni di una scarpa, di una cintura o di una borsa oltre a fungere da contenitore segreto di piccoli oggetti di cui il proprietario non intende separarsi. Detto fermaglio quindi, oltre a possedere una funzione puramente estetica, possiede anche molteplici funzioni pratiche. La prima, come già ricordato, è quella di consentire la chiusura stabile e reversibile di una qualsiasi borsa, cintura, bretella, scarpa, cappello o un qualsiasi indumento inteso nel senso più generico ed ampio del termine come ad esempio una giacca, un soprabito o un impermeabile. Indipendentemente che siano stati ideati per una donna o per un uomo. La seconda funzione pratica del fermaglio oggetto della presente invenzione, è invece quella di consentire il deposito, all’interno del corpo centrale del fermaglio stesso, di uno o più oggetti di ridotte dimensioni. La capacità di celare, all’interno di uno spazio protetto centrale ed invisibile, piccoli oggetti solidi di cui il proprietario non intende in alcun modo separarsi, è una prerogativa esclusiva del fermaglio descritto nella presente invenzione. L’utilizzatore, per accedere a detto spazio protetto posto nel corpo del fermaglio stesso può utilizzare, svitandolo, il perno di apertura del fermaglio stesso oppure, alternativamente, utilizzare un’apposita apertura indipendente che, quando aperta, schiude detto spazio protetto. Detto accesso indipendente, è apribile e richiudibile con un comune meccanismo ad incastro oppure, alternativamente, con delle piccole viti simili a quelle utilizzate per serrare il quadro di un orologio da polso. Una volta depositati all’interno del corpo centrale del fermaglio l’oggetto o gli oggetti desiderati, è possibile richiudere ermeticamente detta apertura così da consentire di ripristinare l’integrità, l’invisibilità e se richiesta anche l’impermeabilità, di detto spazio protetto. All’interno di detto spazio protetto ricavato nel corpo centrale del fermaglio, è pertanto stivabile reversibilmente un qualsiasi oggetto solido di cui l’utilizzatore non intende separarsi. Naturalmente, il volume interno di detto spazio è strettamente correlato alla grandezza ed alla foggia assunta dal corpo centrale del fermaglio stesso ed è comunque simile al volume del corpo centrale di un comune fermaglio per abbigliamento. Detto spazio centrale è ricavabile nel cuore del corpo centrale del fermaglio. Ciò è possibile in quanto il fermaglio oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto, non è tenuto a sopportare nessun elevato carico di lavoro. Ricordiamo infatti che le forze in gioco sono in ogni caso di scarsa entità ed essendo il corpo di detto fermaglio realizzato in metallo, il carico di lavoro massimo di detto fermaglio è sempre nettamente inferiore a quello della cintura, della scarpa, della bretella o dell’indumento sul quale è montato. In sostanza, il fermaglio cavo oggetto della presente invenzione, non deve resistere ad alcun particolare carico statico o dinamico durante il suo utilizzo, dovendo dal punto di vista prettamente funzionale, eseguire il semplice compito di tener chiusa una borsa o allacciata una cintura. Grazie ai ridotti carichi cui viene sottoposto, il corpo centrale può pertanto essere reso cavo, ricavando così lo spazio vuoto sopra descritto. Uno spazio apribile capace di accogliere gli oggetti desiderati. I materiali con i quali detto moschettone cavo può essere realizzato, possono essere molteplici: metalli di vario genere quali acciaio, ottone e ferro; polimeri plastici rigidi quali il PVC, la vetroresina e la fibra di carbonio e le leghe di vario genere come l’ergal o l’alluminio. Materiali che comunque devono avere una buona resistenza e rigidità. Alternativamente, utilizzando però adeguati spessori, possono anche essere utilizzati polimeri naturali quali la cellulosa ed il legno. Detti materiali possono essere utilizzati singolarmente o in associazione tra loro, nel loro colore naturale oppure possono essere verniciati con colorazioni mono o pluricromatiche così da conferire al fermaglio cavo oggetto della presente invenzione, l’apparenza e la valenza estetica desiderata. Detto fermaglio cavo, può essere stabilmente fissato su di un qualsiasi punto della superficie di una comune calzatura, di una borsa o di una cintura. Il fissaggio sull’oggetto può avvenire tramite una catenella, un occhiello di pelle o un qualsiasi altro materiale unito al fermaglio stesso. In ogni caso, almeno un’estremità di detto fermaglio cavo, dovrà necessariamente essere saldamente vincolata all’oggetto da utilizzare. 3. Hollow clip (1) suitable for adorning and reversibly closing any object or item of clothing, characterized by having a hollow space inside its central body (2) and being said hollow space accessible through a tight opening with at least one screw.

4. Hollow clip (1) suitable for adorning and reversibly closing any object or item of clothing, characterized in that it is made of any metal such as steel, brass and iron.

5. Hollow clip (1) adapted to adorn the upper part of any object or garment, characterized in that it is made of any plastic polymer such as PVC, fiberglass and carbon fiber.
