DESCRIZIONE DELL’INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Con la presente invenzione si intende semplificare la messa in opera e i costi di rivestimenti in mattoni a faccia a vista. The present invention intends to simplify the installation and the costs of facing brick facing.

Lo scopo è quello di fornire un pannello che può essere posato con estrema facilità, ben adattandosi quindi alla posa fai-da-te, ovvero senza l’impiego di manodopera specializzata. La posa risulterà rapida, ma con effetto estetico e il costo finale del rivestimento molto vantaggioso. The aim is to provide a panel that can be installed with extreme ease, thus adapting well to do-it-yourself installation, that is, without the use of skilled labor. The installation will be quick, but with an aesthetic effect and the final cost of the coating is very advantageous.

I pannelli ideati consistono in una struttura composta da tavolato e lamine di diversa forma; tavolato e lamine possono essere entrambi in materiali tipo plastici, lignei, metallici ecc. (vedi Fig.l) The panels conceived consist of a structure made up of planking and foils of different shapes; planking and foils can both be in plastic, wooden, metallic materials, etc. (see Fig.l)

I pannelli possono essere applicati alle pareti esterne, alle pareti interne, a pilastri ecc. con tassellatura, collante o altro. The panels can be applied to external walls, internal walls, pillars etc. with tessellation, glue or other.

Una volta fissati l’uno vicino all’altro sulla parete da rivestire, formeranno una pannellatura regolare dove poter inserire in un secondo tempo i mattoni di rivestimento. La struttura in lamine è posizionata longitudinalmente sul pannello con tecnica a seconda del tipo di lamine e materiale utilizzati, in modo tale da permettere l’inserimento dei mattoni e la successiva formazione di una parete regolare. Le lamine infatti risultano flessibili tanto da tendere, dopo l’inserimento del mattone, a ritornare alla posizione iniziale e di conseguenza a bloccare il mattone, (vedi Fig.6) In fact, the sheets are flexible enough to tend, after inserting the brick, to return to the initial position and consequently to block the brick, (see Fig. 6)

E’ da sottolineare che una delle particolarità di suddetta invenzione, consiste proprio nella funzionalità e nella flessibilità delle lamine, che portano al blocco del mattone di rivestimento. Dopo l’inserimento dei mattoni si procede con la fase finale di stuccatura tra i mattoni stessi, fino ad arrivare al completamento della parete rivestita, (vedi Fig.5) It should be emphasized that one of the peculiarities of the aforementioned invention consists precisely in the functionality and flexibility of the sheets, which lead to the block of the facing brick. La malta utilizzata per la stuccatura, grazie alla dentellatura della struttura in lamine, entra in profondità, tanto da unire la stessa struttura in lamine con il mattone. Con il principio inventato si possono utilizzare molteplici forme di rivestimento tra cui, per esempio, mattoni a vista interi o listelli ricavati da mattoni; dal diverso spessore del rivestimento ne consegue l’utilizzo di adeguate lamine di giusta lunghezza. Il pannello inventato, nel caso si richieda la coibentazione della parete da rivestire, può essere dotato di retrostante pannello di isolante di diverso spessore a seconda delle normative vigenti.(vedi Fig.7-8) The invented panel, if the insulation of the wall to be covered is required, can be equipped with a rear panel of insulation of different thickness according to the regulations in force. Claims

CLAIMS Panel for facing brick facing, characterized by the fact that it can simplify the installation and costs of facing brick facing, thanks to the ease of installation.

2. Panel according to claim 1, characterized in that it can be fixed to any type of external wall, internal wall, pillar or other.

3. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can be fixed to the walls with adhesives, plugs or other.

4. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is formed by two main elements: panel and sheet structure.

5. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is possible to apply various shapes of foils according to the material used.

6. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sheet structure allows easy insertion and subsequent blocking of the cladding bricks, without the aid of adhesives or other fixing agents.

7. Panel according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the sheets are flexible enough to tend, after the insertion of the brick, to return to the initial position and consequently to block the brick.

8. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that by changing the length of the sheets, the coating can be of different thickness.

9. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sheet structure allows to obtain a regular coating ready for grouting without the use of other elements.

10. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the indentation of the sheet structure allows the lime to slide in depth.

11. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lime used for grouting, once hardened, tends to block the brick with the structure.

12. Panel according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can also be used for insulation, by applying to the structure an insulating panel of thickness according to the regulations in force.
