La mia invenzione (“Drop baby seat”) può essere collocata nel “Modello utile e pratico” poiché rende meno faticose e meno stressanti quelle operazioni giornaliere semplici ma necessarie, che possono diventare però complicate e pericolose se hanno per oggetto un neonato di pochi mesi. Per entrare nel dettaglio occorre indicare in quale ambito fa capo il mio trovato. Questo oggetto nuovo che cercherò di illustrare è indirizzato alla cosa più preziosa che abbiamo al mondo, appunto i bambini, in questo caso dai 5 ai 24 mesi. Esso può essere utilizzato nelle palestre, nelle piscine, negli asili e in casa, poiché è di grande praticità e sicurezza. In dettaglio è un seggiolino imbottito dove posizionare il bambino quando c’è la necessità di disimpegnarsi per un certo periodo di tempo per svolgere altre attività e quindi si vuole tenere il bambino in un luogo sicuro e senza pericoli; tale seggiolino è allo stesso tempo pratico, robusto e sicuro. Ci sono momenti nella giornata di una mamma o di chi lavora con i bambini, in cui esiste la necessità di fare delle operazioni semplici e allo stesso tempo obbligatorie, come fare il bagnetto al bambino, asciugargli i capelli, tagliargli le unghie o semplicemente concedersi una doccia in tranquillità e senza fretta, con la certezza che il bambino è al sicuro e anche eventualmente davanti ai tuoi occhi. Inoltre può capitare che l’operatrice o la mamma abbia un problema alla schiena o alle spalle o alle braccia e quindi non possa lazare o tenere pesi molto a lungo e pertanto abbia la necessità di appoggiare quanto prima il bambino in un posto protetto e riparato in tutta tranquillità. E’ molto utile anche quando si porta il bambino in piscina e bisogna asciugargli i capelli oppure dopo averlo vestito c’è la necessità per il genitore di prepararsi e quindi di avere le mani libere; il bambino può essere messo nel seggiolino con un gioco in mano e si è sicuri che non rischia di farsi male, di prendere cose pericolose o di sdraiarsi sul pavimento dello spogliatoio che solitamente non è pulito ed igienico come può essere quello di una abitazione privata. Furthermore, it may happen that the operator or the mother has a back or shoulder or arm problem and therefore cannot lazare or hold weights for very long and therefore needs to place the child as soon as possible in a protected and sheltered place. all tranquility. La piastra di appoggio va fissata ad una parete esclusivamente in muratura, tramite 5 viti M16 (riferirsi al disegno allegato) e questa costituisce la base fissa. Una volta fissata la piastra, viene inserita la parte amovibile costituita da un braccio pieghevole che sostiene il seggiolino imbottito fatto a “mutandoni”; il sistema di aggancio è un meccanismo di innesto/disinnesto rapido e costituisce l’elemento specifico e distintivo derivante dall’attività inventiva del sottoscritto e che pertanto ne richiede la protezione. Riferendosi al disegno allegato, il seggiolino nella condizione di utilizzo deve essere tenuto in posizione orizzontale, mentre nella condizione di non utilizzo può essere ripiegato nella posizione “salva-spazio” oppure rimosso semplicemente agendo su una delle due leve di sgancio (componente 3) presenti ai lati del supporto fisso (vedere particolare A); le due leve sono rese antagoniste tramite un leverismo (componente 8) che permette lo sblocco contemporaneo del meccanismo e vengono richiamate in posizione da un’apposita molla (componente 11) come indicato nel dettaglio del meccanismo di apertura/bloccaggio. Nel caso si rimuova il seggiolino, questo può essere agganciato ad altre piastre eventualmente presenti all’interno della casa o dell’edificio in genere. Si consiglia di posizionare il seggiolino ad una altezza da terra di non superiore ad 1 metro; relativamente al fine di poter sfruttare la piastra fissa anche per altri servizi, e specialmente per le abitazioni con problemi di spazio, invece del seggiolino è possibile installare anche un tavolino sempre ripiegabile in posizione salvaspazio. Questo mio trovato pertanto è suscettibile di evoluzione in tante altre varianti e quindi risulta essere utile (specialmente in una casa) a seconda dell’utilizzo che più necessita in quella abitazione; può quindi essere utilizzato come piccolo tavolino, come mensola per appoggiarci oggetti vari e infine, se installato non troppo alto dal pavimento, come seggiolino pieghevole salvaspazio. Il seggiolino inoltre, grazie alla predisposizione degli staffaggi sulla piastra (tipo seggiolino da tavolo) può essere agganciato anche ad un muretto o altra superficie sporgente (vedere particolare B).
