Il trovato riguarda un particolare tipo di imballo in grado di assumere dimensioni variabili atte a contenere prodotti di dimensione diversa sia in altezza che in sezione orizzontale, e atto ad essere ricomposto, compattato e ripiegato dopo l'impiego ed essere riutilizzato per imballare prodotti di dimensioni differenti. Come e' noto, per 1’imba1lagg io di un elettrodomestico quale un frigorifero, una lavatrice, una cucina o simile si impiegano normalmente imballi costitutiti da una scatola di cartone irrobustita nelle zone soggette ad urti. In particolare nella scatola vengono introdotti angolari in materia plastica espansa posizionati in corrispondenza degli spigoli verticali, mentre alla base ed alla sommità' della stessa macchina vengono disposte rispettive piastre di protezione di cartone e/o di materia plastica espansa. Questo tipo di imballaggio presenta alcuni noti inconvenienti ben conosciuti dall'esperto del settore. In particolare tale tipo di imballaggio non consente la sua riutilizzazione ma deve essere abbandonato, perdendo il valore economico associato alle materie impiegate e generando problemi ecologici per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Allo scopo di realizzare degli imballi completamente riutilizzabili, e' noto dal brevetto italiano (domanda) n. PN91A000034 della medesima richiedente un particolare tipo di imballaggio completamente riutilizzabile, composto da piu’ parti staccabili e formate in modo che, dopo la loro separazione, esse possono essere ricomposte ad incastro in modo da formare un volume finale complessivo molto inferiore al volume originale e di forma a parailelopipedo. In tal modo detto imballaggio cosi’ ricomposto può’ essere facilmente ed economicamente rispedito al produttore per poter essere completamente riutilizzato, senza perdere alcuna parte di materiale. PN92000022, della medesima depositante, un imballo riutilizzabile comprendente una base inferiore, una base superiore e quattro angolari atti ad essere ordinatamente applicati ai quattro angoli del1 ’elettrodomestico, detti elementi essendo realizzati con materiale sostanzialmente rigido ma con proprietà’ antiurto. Detti angolari sono separabili ed estraibili dagli altri elementi dell’imballo e sono formati con geometria e dimensioni tali da poter essere associati tra di loro in un unico fascio atto ad essere alloggiato in diagonale all’interno della nicchia che viene creata tra detta base inferiore e detta base superiore quando queste vengono avvicinate fino a toccarsi reciprocamente con i rispettivi angoli sporgenti verso l’interno. Ciò' costringe a moltiplicare il numero dei tipi di imballo con conseguenti ovvi maggiori costi di gestione, di mancata standard!zzaz ione e di magazzino. Allo scopo di evitare di doversi dotare di imballi specifici in funzione dell'altezza dei prodotti da spedire, e' stato trovato estremamente vantaggioso utilizzare coppie di imballi del tipo descritto i quali presentino caratteristiche dimensionali simili almeno sul piano orizzontale e comunque tali da consentire che uno di detti imballi possa essere calzato all'esterno dell’altro imballo, in modo che l'intercapedine in ogni punto tra detti imballi interno ed esterno sia estremamente ridotta. Claims

2) Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the second pair (2, 3) of vertical walls has a horizontal section having a broken "fret" profile (4, 5, 6).

3) Packaging according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least the vertical walls which have a corrugated profile are elastically extensible and flexible.
