Di un brevetto per invenzione industriale avente per titolo: Of a patent for industrial invention entitled:

“TESTA LEVIGATRICE MARMO, GRES PORCELLANATO E GRANITO”. “MARBLE, PORCELAIN STONEWARE AND GRANITE SANDING HEAD”.

Riassunto: si tratta di una nuova testa per levigare il marmo, il grès porcellanato e il granito, dotata di un ingranaggio conico grande, centrale e di piccoli ingranaggi satelliti (da quattro a 8) ognuno solidale al proprio asse. Summary: it is a new head for polishing marble, porcelain stoneware and granite, equipped with a large, central bevel gear and small planetary gears (from four to 8), each one integral with its axis.

Nella parte sotto testa viene avvitata la mola diamantata, di forma circolare conica con un diametro che può variare da 120 a 200 mm. The diamond wheel, of circular conical shape with a diameter that can vary from 120 to 200 mm, is screwed into the part under the head.

Per risolvere questi problemi si è studiata una nuova testa avente quattro o più platorelli che ruotano su se stessi a forte inclinazione (L) e larga fascia di taglio dell’utensile sul materiale. A titolo di esempio si illustra una pratica realizzazione del trovato. By way of example, a practical embodiment of the invention is illustrated.

L’albero (A), dotato di cavità per il passaggio dell’acqua, viene fatto ruotare dal motore della macchina, mentre la flangia (B) è fissa e resa solidale alla macchina, dove può muoversi solo in senso verticale assieme alla testa. Detti platorelli a fascia larga diamantata e a grande inclinazione danno un ottimo risultato sulla superficie da levigare. Tale problema viene così risolto con il mio sistema di rondelle (H) a facce NON parallele e di forte inclinazione (L), interposte tra il gruppo porta-platorello (F) e la piastra (D). This problem is thus solved with my system of washers (H) with NOT parallel faces and with strong inclination (L), interposed between the pad-holder unit (F) and the plate (D).

Nella concreta applicazione potranno esservi delle varianti senza pregiudizi alla sostanza del concetto innovativo. In the concrete application there may be variations without prejudice to the substance of the innovative concept.

Pertanto con riferimento alia descrizione che precede ed al disegno allegato, si esprimono a continuazione le seguenti rivendicazioni. Therefore, with reference to the preceding description and the attached drawing, the following claims are expressed hereinafter.

Claims

CLAIMS 1, Pad head for roughing and polishing marble, i! stoneware and granite, characterized by the fact of having a plate-support where the sharply inclined pad-holder groups are fixed.

2. Head with backing pads for roughing and polishing marble, stoneware and granite, as per claim in point 1 °, characterized by the fact of having a washer with non-parallel faces with a strong inclination interposed between the plate-support and the door unit - pads.

3. Pad head for roughing and polishing marble, stoneware and granite as per claims 1 and 2, characterized in that it has a conical pad with a wide diamond band.

4. Pad head for roughing and polishing marble, stoneware and granite, as per claims 1, 2 and 3, characterized by the inclination of the pads towards the inside as indicated in the drawing.

5. Pad head for roughing and polishing marble, stoneware and granite as per claims 1, 2, 3 and 4, characterized by the fact that its manufacture and marketing are protected by this patent for industrial invention , all as described and illustrated for the specific purposes.
