Il presente brevetto è attinente al settore dell'ottica ed in particolare concerne le montature per occhiali. The present patent relates to the field of optics and in particular it concerns frames for spectacles.

Sono noti vari tipi di occhiali: da vista, da sole, protettivi per il lavoro, la guida, lo sport, eccetera. Gli occhiali da sole e/o da vista sono rigidi, in materiale duro e solitamente dotati di aste incernierate. Attualmente esistono degli occhiali particolarmente per bambini, in materiale plastico morbido realizzati in un corpo unico; sono dotati di lenti di materiale plastico, che si deformano facilmente anche in conseguenza agli urti e non sono pertanto ideali per la correzione della vista del bambino. A causa di tale elasticità la montatura, con le relative lenti, muta continuamente di posizione rispetto agli occhi del bambino. Inoltre, essendo l'occhiale realizzato in corpo unico, difficilmente si adatta perfettamente alle diverse caratteristiche di ogni bambino; in particolar modo, la lunghezza delle aste è standard e quindi il rapporto fra la lunghezza delle aste e la distanza fra orecchie e naso del bambino non sempre è ottimale. Per ovviare a tutti i suddetti inconvenienti si è studiato e realizzato un nuovo tipo di montatura per occhiali particolarmente per bambini. In order to obviate all the aforesaid drawbacks, a new type of spectacle frame has been studied and realized, particularly for children.

La nuova montatura è realizzata in due materiali con caratteristiche differenti. The new frame is made of two materials with different characteristics.

In particolare uno dei due materiali ha caratteristiche di buona rigidità e resistenza fisica alle deformazioni, mentre il secondo materiale ha caratteristiche di notevole morbidezza. Il materiale rigido e resistente funge da struttura portante delle lenti e delle aste ed assolve alla funzione di mantenere le lenti nella posizione corretta, garantendo l'allineamento degli assi visivi degli occhi con i centri ottici delle lenti. Il materiale morbido rende più confortevole il contatto dell'occhiale sul viso e ammortizza tutti gli impatti e gli urti; tale materiale ricopre anche eventuali parti sporgenti presenti sui lati interni dell'occhiale. Sostanzialmente la parte in materiale rigido ha la caratteristica forma di occhiale con le aste incernierate. Basically the part in rigid material has the characteristic shape of glasses with hinged temples.

La parte in materiale morbido è rivolta verso il viso, in particolare la parte delle cerchiature rivolte verso gli occhi e gli zigomi e la parte delle aste rivolta verso le tempie e a contatto con la parte temporale anteriore all'orecchio. Praticamente sul bordo delle cerchiature è presente un rilievo piano orientato verso le orecchie e dotato di foro verticale; le aste, all'estremità di unione con le cerchiature, presentano una nicchia incavata, priva della parete rivolta verso il naso, entro cui alloggia il rilievo piano della cerchiatura; una vite applicata all'estremità di unione della asta assicura l'unione fra asta e cerchiature e funge da perno di rotazione. La cerchiatura (1) è composta da due parti o strati (3, 4) accoppiati. La parte anteriore (3) è in materiale plastico rigido che trattiene saldamente le lenti (5). Claims

CLAIMS 1. Spectacle frame particularly for children characterized in that it is made of two materials, one rigid and one soft and where said soft material has the same shape as the frame and is applied on the side of the frame facing the face.

2. Spectacle frame particularly for children as per claim 1, characterized in that the hinges between hoops and temples consist of a flat relief on the outer edges of the hoops facing the ear which are housed in special niches made in the ends of the temples facing the hoops and without the wall facing the nose, and where a vertical screw holds the rods together with the hoops and acts as a rotation pivot without protruding from the plastic parts.

3. A frame for spectacles particularly for children as per the preceding claims, characterized in that its production and its marketing are understood to be protected by the present patent, all as described and illustrated.
