CLAIMS 1) Dispenser (10) for food products of various sizes, particularly for pasta to be cooked or the like, characterized in that it comprises at least - a tank (11), for products to be dispensed by gravity, - a frame (12) for supporting said tank (11), - a hopper (13), provided on the bottom of said tank (11), - a chute (15) connected to said frame (12), in a pivoting manner according to a pivoting axis (A), said chute (15) placed under said hopper (13) being in use to receive products to be unloaded by gravity, said chute (15), at one of its ends (16) for discharging the product, having a lip (17) abutting a lower edge (18) of a wall (19) of said frame (12), - tilting means (14) of said slide (15) around a tilting axis (A), said tilting means (14) being operable by the user for the passage - from a first configuration having said lip (17) in abutment against said edge (18), in contrast to the outflow between them of the products coming from said tank (11), - to a second configuration having said lip (17) separated from said edge (18) to define between them a discharge opening (20), by gravity, of the products contained in said tank (11), in said second configuration said chute (15) substantially defining a descent for the products coming from said hopper (13), - and viceversa.

2) Dispenser, according to claim 1, characterized in that in said first configuration, in use, said chute (15) defines an ascent for the products coming from said hopper (13), in contrast to their movement along said chute (15) ) towards said lip (17).

3) Dispenser, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least one pin (21) for connecting said slide (15) to said frame (12), the axis of said at least one pin (21) defining said tilting axis (A), said tilting axis (A) being substantially parallel to a support plane (B) of said dispenser (10).

4) Dispenser, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said tilting means (14) comprise elastic means (23) for contrasting the spreading of said lip (17) from said edge (18).

5) Dispenser, according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that said elastic means (23) comprise a spring (24) connected to said slide (15) and to said frame (12) so as to oppose the spreading of said lip (17) from said edge (18).

6) Dispenser, according to claim 5, characterized by the fact that said spring (24) is a leaf spring (24) having an end fixed to said frame (12), by means of a modular preloading device (25), and an end abutting against a first face (26a) of said chute (15) opposite to the second face (26b), adapted to receive the products to be unloaded in sliding.

7) Dispenser, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said tilting means (14) comprise a tilting lever (31) of said slide (15), integral with it, projecting from said frame (12) to be operated by a user.

8) Dispenser, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it provides a channel (29) shielded from the outside of said dispenser, in descending use, said channel (29) extending from said edge (18) to a window dispensing (30) of the product, arranged in use below said chute (15).

9) Dispenser, according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a screen (34) connected to said frame (12) and itself defining said channel (29), in contrast to the accessibility of said discharge opening ( 20) when it is open, said screen (34) at one end of it defining said dispensing window (30) of the products, in use arranged below said chute (15), said screen (34) also providing support hooks (35) of a container for receiving the products leaving said dispenser through said dispensing window (30).

10) Dispenser, according to one or more of claims 8 and 9, characterized in that said tilting means (14) comprise a button (36) sliding inside said channel (29) and engaging said lip (17), to spread it from said edge (18), in contrast with said elastic means (23), by action of the user on said button (36).
