CLAIMS 1. Improved approach hook, to remotely pass a line into a ring, eyebolt, or the like, including a hook structure with a loop defined between a first and a second opposing prongs, a first and a second reciprocal coupling element respectively mounted on the first and second tines, the first element being capable of being fixed to a top and removably retained at the free end of the corresponding tine, the second element being pivoted at one end on the opposite tine and provided with an opposite tine end of a coupling system to the first element, a harpoon with trigger extended in said loop and spring means active between said structure and said second element to urge the second element from an armed position in which it is held by said harpoon close to the corresponding tine towards a coupling position in which said second element is released by said s-hook following the actuation of the trigger to be oscillated with respect to the corresponding tine until the coupling system of the second coupling element is engaged with the first coupling element.
