Abstract

CAPTURE, is the assemblage of two particular hooks which are joined together by a mechanism that gives a rotation of 180° of one hook in respect to the other. This mechanism of movement can be built in various ways, the innovation consists in the rotation described above.

Description

DESCRIPTION CAPTURE
Technical field :
The tecnology regarding fishing with a fishing rod and in particolar the hooks.
Background art :
The current classical techniques of fishing, using a double, triple or single static hooks which are attached to the fishing line to trap the fish.
Disclosure of invention :
CAPTURE, is the assemblage of two particular hooks ( fig. 4 sheet 4/5 ) which are joined together by a mechanism that gives a rotation of 180° of one hook in respect to the other ( fig.5 sheet 5/5 ). In the fishing action when the fish eats the bait, the fisherman pulls quickly on the fishing line rod where CAPTURE is attached, doing this movement it opens the first hook next to the second hook, with a rotating movement, creating more opportunity in catching fish. Hook n.l ( fig.4) has a helicoidal mechanism at the top. Hook n.2 ( fig. 4 ) has a helicoidal shape in the second half of the total length, which allows it to move inside the mechanism hook n.l.
The designs do not include measurements as the mechanism can be applied to various forms and dimensions of hooks.
Brief description of drawings :
Sheet 1/2/3 describes the joining/union and movement of the hook
Sheet 4 shows the two hooks separately
Sheet 5 describes the six movement of CAPTURE

Claims

CLAMING THE COPY RIGHTS OF CAPTURE
1 CAPTURE puts in evidence the movement of one hook in respect to the other .The mechanism of the union ( fig. 1/2/3 ) allows a rotation of 180° and transforms one hook into a double hook, not static but rotating.
2 This mechanism of movement can be built in various ways, the innovation consists in the rotation described above.
