DESCRIPTION

<This patent relates to data detection and processing systems in general> of various types and in particular it concerns a new system / computer system for data collection and storage (biometric, personal, economic, access and statistic), online and on a transportable support, in favor of the residents of homes such as a single house or an apartment in a <residential complex.>

The system we describe is designed to be installed in specific housing units that can vary from the apartment of a residential complex to a single house. Depending on the equipment of the structure and the spaces available in the housing unit, the system can be installed more or less completely, starting <from the basic module only to get to the installation of all the peripherals> available.

The new system has, among its objectives, that of making residents / users aware of the importance of a) regularity and constancy in physical exercise and b) the importance of regular control of the energy balance as well as of some physiological indicators. in order to maintain a good physical shape and ultimately a better> health over time.

A further object of the present invention is to act as a pretext, support, and offer amusing opportunities to those sedentary or occasionally active people, so that they can choose, for health or for leisure, a lifestyle that involves regular and constant physical exercise in the time.>

PART ONE: THE SYSTEM IN GENERAL

The system

The resident has a transportable media equipped with rewritable memory, card with micro chip, electronic key or other, capable of communicating with the <network system.>

In the house we find some multifunction devices connected to each other in the network. These devices are integrated into specific devices or have their own destination. As collectors of information, they all report the data on a central database that acts as an archive.

<The electronic medium or card or key is assigned to a specific resident> of the housing unit, who, when entering or leaving the home, puts it away or removes it from the specific device for housing the keys. In doing so, the resident informs the system of their arrival or departure from their home.

<The electronic key can act as a door opener key for entry into the house and> connected rooms, garages, gate, cellar, etc. In this case, these gates will be closed by an electric lock connected to a multifunction device and from this to the network, as illustrated below (see for example gate opening and cigarette opening devices).

<The system consists of one or more central elements and one or more peripheral elements, which> vary according to whether it is installed in an apartment in a residential complex or in a single house.

The system for a single house or residential unit

In case it is installed in a single house we find the following elements.

3) a central unit of a residential unit connected to the central database or directly to the internet.

Said optional peripheral elements include:

1) an appliance connected to a scale;

2) a device dedicated to recording home activities;

3) a gate opener;

<4) an aprigarage appliance;>

5) a device for lifting the shutters;

6) a device for raising and lowering the awnings;

7) an appliance connected to a timer / alarm clock for measuring sleep or rest time in bed;

<8) of the devices integrated into the control panels of the exercise equipment aimed> at strengthening the musculoskeletal system;

9) a device for the pool dedicated to measuring swimming time. In the case of a single house, the system is designed to work both in small housing units and in larger units, which therefore have, for example, <the swimming pool, the exercise room or gym, the park or garden> private.

The system for a residential complex with or without concierge service If the system is installed in an apartment in a residential complex, we must distinguish two types of residences, those with <concierge service and those that do not have this service.>

A - Without concierge service

If the residential complex does not have a concierge service, the system is installed inside each apartment.

Inside the apartment we will find the following elements.

<Said core elements include>

1) the resident's electronic key,

B - With concierge service

If the residential complex has a concierge service, we distinguish <a basic installation and a richer installation with numerous optional elements> both within the housing unit and at the service of the entire complex. The basic configuration

The basic configuration includes the central elements and some peripheral elements serving the entire residential complex and the essential elements <inside each housing unit.>

More specifically, the basic configuration includes the following components. Central elements serving the entire residential complex:

1) desk appliance connected to a personal computer located in the concierge;

<2) central server of the residential complex connected to a local database or> directly to the internet and to the desk device;

3) electronic cards or keys for residents;

4) control point or check point located in the atrium next to the concierge; 5) devices for recording the ascent through the "One Way" stairwell. <In addition, the basic installation includes the essential components inside each housing unit,> which include:

1) a device for housing the keys;

2) a central appliance of a housing unit;

3) a device dedicated to the electric lock for opening the <access door;>

4) a device integrated into the intercom or the bell of the entrance door of the housing unit.

In the residences with concierge service we will then have a series of optional elements that can be inserted both within the housing unit and at the service <of the entire complex.>

Inside the housing unit, the owner can choose to place the following optional appliances:

<5) a device dedicated to recording home activities;>

6) a device for lifting the shutters;

7) a device for raising or lowering the awnings;

8) a device connected to a timer / alarm for measuring the time of sleep or rest in bed.

<At the service of the entire complex, on the other hand, we can install these other optional peripheral elements:

1) devices dedicated to the various electric locks for opening doors and accesses to condominium areas available to the specific resident (gym, swimming pool, library, indoor and outdoor children's playground, etc.) and <to private areas (doors of gates, garages, cellars, etc.);>

2) appliances serving the special registration lift;

3) equipment for recording activity times, integrated in the equipment of the condominium gym;

4) devices for recording the times dedicated to swimming in the <condominium;> pool

5) device for recording the caloric amount of meals positioned at the bar / restaurant of the residential complex;

6) luminaires of the external course for walking or running;

7) device placed in the studio for the evaluation of physical fitness.

The objectives

The system has three objectives.

1) The first objective is to provide the owner / resident with a single "electronic pass" or "magnetic key" that allows him to access his home unit and the connected premises (garage, gate, cellar, etc.); >

2) The second objective is to allow the resident to use the different devices of the house to memorize and archive some information on their lifestyle day by day in relation to physical activity, food intake, the measurement of some biometric parameters (for example of body weight) and of <some behaviors (for example the amount of hours of sleep);>

3) The third aim is to guide the owners / adult users of these homes to give a special priority, compared to other occupations, to a) tasks involving physical activity and practice of exercises and b) to the regular control of the energy balance as well as some physiological indicators. All this in order to keep <active, in good physical shape and healthy over time.>

The middle

The resident has the possibility to record, when he deems it appropriate, more or less continuously, more or less precisely and from period to period, his own activity, some of his habits and some of his own physiological indices. The <multifunctional devices used to collect information, act as an interface between> the user and the network system.

When the system is installed on a residential building complex, equipped with various services, these same devices are also located outside the housing units, in the common areas such as the stairwell, the concierge, the swimming pool, the gym <the common restaurant , the park or private garden.>

The result

The residents of these housing units have at their disposal a self-motivation system that follows them for the period of time in which they decide to record the information on the network. The user can regularly memorize his weight, <monitor the time dedicated to physical activity, have the calories calculated and recorded> taken in the last meal, for a certain period of time, and then stop the habit of recording and resume it later, when you want.

The occupants of the homes where our system is installed will be <to be more sensitive and aware of the importance of taking charge of the choices underlying their health and fitness. It will therefore improve their well-being in terms of "perceived health" and reduce the risk of contracting chronic diseases such as hypertension, osteoporosis, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, etc.

The data base

<The server connected to the central unit of the housing unit or the server located> in the concierge, keeps in its database or sends to the database of the website, the recordings made by each resident of the home or residential complex.

The data that can be detected, imputed and stored in the database can be: a) personal or personal data, b) access data (or access limitation), c) biometric data, d) statistical data.

Looking at them in more detail, the data detected by the devices and stored and updated on the network can include:

5) a device integrated into the control panel of an electronic exerciser dedicated to the activation of the cardiovascular system (treadmill, cycle ergometer, etc.),

<6) a device dedicated to recording the caloric amount of meals,> 7) a device serving the special mat for exercises on the ground ("grounding"),

In addition, depending on the conformation and the spaces available in the structure, we can find the following additional elements:

<1) a gate opener,>

2) an aprigarage appliance,

3) a device dedicated to recording home activities,

4) an appliance connected to a scale,

5) a device connected to a timer / alarm for measuring the time of <sleep or rest in bed,>

6) a device for lifting shutters,

7) a device for raising or lowering the awnings; 8) of the devices integrated into the control panels of the exercise equipment aimed at strengthening the musculoskeletal system,

<9) a device for the pool dedicated to measuring calories and> swimming time.

The configuration

At the time of installation of the system in the single house, the technician will configure the software with some information regarding the inhabitants of the <housing unit and the characteristics of the residence.>

The system must in fact know, for example, the names of the residents, their height, their weight, their degree of training (activity class) and as regards the home, the number and type of devices installed and to which devices are connected, for example to a scale to a treadmill, to the swimming pool and so on. <The system guided by the resident automatically records and archives> the activity of the same in the database of the system software.

Basic appliances for the single house resident

A - The arrival at home with the basic equipment

Upon arrival at the house, the resident who has the basic equipment can use his <own electronic key (pass, card or magnetic key) to open the electric locks> of the various accesses. Upon entering the house, he will insert his pass (his card or card or magnetic key) on the device for housing the keys that is connected to the central device of the housing unit.

From that moment on, the displays of the devices connected to the network with the appliance <central unit of the housing unit (fig. 03) will show, if turned on, the Name (or Surname> Name depending on the configuration) of the person who has just entered the house. It is possible, for example, to configure the system in such a way that when no one is at home, the displays of the devices connected to the central unit of the housing unit, even if switched on, are not illuminated. When the first resident returns home <and places the key in the key housing device, all the> displays of the switched on devices light up (for example dimly).

B - The device for housing the keys

We said that, upon entering the house, the resident will place their electronic key in the device for housing the key. At that moment the <system is informed that that resident is at home. This housing device can be integrated into the central unit of the housing unit, which is equipped with a display for viewing various information, (for example the names of the residents present in the house at that time).

When the resident decides to leave, leaving the home, the electronic key housed in the device will be taken back and the system will record the> total time that the specific user has spent at home and will store it on the network under:

- total amount of time spent inside the housing unit (one figure per month).

<C - Central unit of housing unit and the connected server>

The device for housing the keys, as we have already said, is integrated or is located next to the central unit of the housing unit. This appliance is equipped with a fairly large display and some buttons for selecting objects on the display and for confirming selections (for example <5-way navigator, fig. 2d).>

Through this display the resident can view the information concerning him, such as the total amount of the month.

The central device is connected to the server and / or to the internet and stores locally and / or sends the various information to the internet.

<When the information is stored only locally it will be possible, by connecting> to the server a laptop, to extract data from the mass of information, data that may concern a single user, a certain period of time, certain activities and other combinations of information that can be of interest to users. Otherwise, when the information is stored via the internet, it is sufficient to <connect to the specific internet site to view that information> summarized relating to a specific user.

D - The electronic exerciser

Inside the house we can find an electronic exerciser (for example a treadmill or a cycle ergometer) in which a <multifunction device connected to the network with the central unit of the housing unit is installed (fig.>

07).

When the resident decides to use the tool, they can select their name on the device display, and start training. At the end of the use of the tool, the device will memorize the total calories spent, the total of the <dedicated time and if the user has used the heart rate monitor, the cardiovascular efficiency index obtained by the user in that specific session. . All this information is stored on the network software database and assigned to the specific user under the following items:

F - Device dedicated to recording the caloric amount of meals

Near the kitchen area we find a device dedicated to <displaying and recording the caloric amount of meals.>

After selecting their name from the list of names on the home screen, the resident will present a list of dishes. B - Device dedicated to recording home activities

The device dedicated to recording home activities will be located in a suitably chosen area of the home.

The resident, after selecting their name from the list of names on the <home screen, accesses a list of home activities. Among these activities> we find various types of housework such as: cleaning floors, washing windows, making beds, etc. and other activities that take place in the garden or in the neighborhood, such as gardening, cycling in the neighborhood, going out for shopping, working in the vegetable garden or in the garden, etc.

<The user can, having selected the activity carried out, assign it a duration (for example 30> minutes, 1 hour, etc.) and the software will calculate the total calories spent in the activity and store this value on the network, connected to the day and at the time and to the specific user under:

- total amount of time spent doing physical exercise or activity (one figure per month);>

- total amount of calories consumed, with activity or physical exercise (one figure per month).

D - The scale for weight measurement / control

The professional scale, placed in the bedroom or bathroom and connected to a <multifunction device, can be used by the owner / user to weigh himself> (fig. 09). This appliance is equipped with directional arrows and a confirmation button. The owner / user can set the alarm to sound at a certain time in the morning and has displayed the time of day.

G - Apparatus for raising or lowering the awnings There are motorized systems on the market for raising / lowering the awnings. Next to the button for activating the <motorized mechanism, we find a device with a display in which the name of the> resident appears. When the user selected and confirmed his name on the device display acts manually to raise and / or lower the awning, he will have counted the calories and the time spent in this activity under the items:

There are already devices on the market which, when applied to this type of> tools, are able to monitor the number of movements and the kilograms that are lifted overall during exercise and which report this information on a monitor or control panel with which the user interfaces with. In these tools, our multifunction device is integrated into the <control panel and connected to the network. The user, to record his activity> on the tool, once the display is on, must select his name and start performing the exercise. H - Device for the swimming pool dedicated to the measurement of calories and time in swimming

Some single homes have a swimming pool, indoor or outdoor. The user can use the multifunction device specially prepared for <the pool area. This device is able to detect the time spent> swimming by each resident and can calculate the amount of calories burned during this activity.

The multifunction devices of our network system can be applied to tanks of various sizes (fig. 11). Each appliance must know the <dimension, in the sense of the length, of the tank to which it is applied and this> information will reside in its local memory.

These devices will be positioned on the edge of the pool and must be legible by the user while in the water. For this reason they are made of water-repellent materials and must be impermeable to water and humidity.

<The device is placed on one of the two short sides of the pool, the one closest> to the entrance to the pool level. The devices are equipped with a start button (red) and an arrival button (green) and have a display with six viewers that will render six information:

1. surnames and names of users present in the house;

<2. total amount of time spent swimming;>

3. total amount of rest time in the water between one tank and another;

4. time taken to cover the last journey (outward lap plus return lap);

5. total amount of the traversed tanks;

<6. total amount of calories burned during the activity.>

When the user arrives in the pool, he can occupy the device by selecting his name using the green button and with a long press of the same button he will confirm it. From this moment on, the six displays of that device will turn on, marking the value "00.00" which indicates the status of ready for <departure, while the first display will only show the surname name of the user.>

The user, once in the water, just before leaving to swim the first pool, can press the red button (start). The timers, from this moment, will begin to perform their own count and on the displays you will be able to see the units pass.

The user must, while swimming, reach the opposite side of the pool taking care <not to stop or stop as little as possible, both during the crossing,> and at the end of the outward pool, before starting the return pool. This is in order not to distort the total time spent swimming compared to the total time spent at rest.

Back in the vicinity of the appliances, once the return tank has been completed, the user can <press the green button (arrival). The display relating to the number of completed tanks> will thus mark two units (forward tank plus return tank). The user can then immediately resume swimming by pressing the red button (start) again, or rest by deciding to face the next pool after a few minutes.

<When the user decides to end their swimming session> he can press the green (finish) button for the last time, press the red and green buttons at the same time. The displays relating to the values (excluding the one with the names of the residents), once the network storage operation is complete, after a few moments they will turn off and <the device will be ready to be used by another user.>

PART THREE: THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE RESIDENT OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX WITHOUT DOOR SERVICE

As for the single house, even in the residential complex without a porter's lodge, the system is divided into basic devices and optional devices.

<Equipment>

The basic equipment for the resident of the residential complex without concierge includes:

1) a device for housing the keys;

2) electronic keys for residents;

<3) a central unit of the housing unit and the connected server;>

4) a device dedicated to the electric lock for opening the access door;

5) a device integrated into the control panel of an electronic exerciser dedicated to the activation of the cardiovascular system (treadmill, <cycle ergometer, etc.);>

6) a device dedicated to recording the caloric amount of meals;

7) an appliance serving the special mat for grounding exercises.

In addition, depending on the conformation and the spaces available in the structure, <we can find the following additional elements:>

1) a device dedicated to recording home activities,

2) an appliance connected to a scale,

3) a device connected to a timer / alarm for measuring the time of sleep or rest in bed,

<4) a device for lifting shutters;>

5) a device for raising / lowering the awnings;

The configuration

At the time of installation of the system in the apartment, the technician will configure the software with some information regarding the inhabitants of the <housing unit and the characteristics of the residence.>

The system must in fact know, for example, the names of the residents, their height, their weight, their degree of training and as regards the home, the number and type of devices installed and to which devices they are connected, for for example to a scale, a treadmill, roller shutters and so on.

<The system guided by the resident automatically records and archives the activity of the> resident in the database of the system software.

Basic appliances for the resident of the apartment without concierge service

A - The arrival at home with the basic equipment

<Upon arrival at the house, the resident who has the basic equipment, can use> their electronic key (pass, card or magnetic key) to open the electric lock of the entrance door. Upon entering the house, he will insert his pass (his card or card or magnetic key) on the device for housing the keys that is connected to the central unit of the housing unit (fig.06).

<From that moment on, the displays of the appliances networked with the appliance> central unit of the housing unit will show the Name (or Surname Name depending on the configuration) of the person who has just entered the house (fig. 04). It is possible to configure the system in such a way that when no one is at home the displays of the appliances connected to the central unit of the residential unit are switched off. key holder, all connected devices switch on.

B - The device for housing the keys

We said that, upon entering the house, the resident will place their electronic key in the device for housing the key. At that moment the <system is informed that that resident is at home. When the resident decides to leave, leaving the home, the electronic key housed in the device will be taken back and the system will record the> total time that the specific user has spent at home and will store it on the network under:

<C - Central unit of housing unit and connected server> The device for housing the keys, as we have already said, is integrated or is located next to the central unit of housing unit. This appliance is equipped with a fairly large display and some buttons for selecting objects on the display and for confirming selections (5-way navigator).>

Through this display the resident can view the information concerning him, such as the total amount of the month.

The central device is connected to the server which stores the various information locally or sends it to the remote database via the internet.

<If the database is on the local server, by connecting it to a laptop, it will be possible> to extract data from the information mass. Extractable data may concern a single user, a certain period of time, certain activities and other combinations of information that may be of interest to users. Similarly, if the data resides on a remote database, the extraction of the information <can be carried out at the internet address to which the specific site is connected.> D - The electronic exerciser

Inside the house we can find an electronic exerciser (for example a treadmill or a cycle ergometer) in which a multifunction device connected to the network with the central unit of the housing unit is installed (fig.

<07).>

When the resident decides to use the tool, they can select their name on the device display, and start training. At the end of using the tool, the device will store the total calories spent, the total time spent and if the user has used the heart rate monitor, the cardiovascular performance index obtained by the user in that specific session. All this information is stored on the network software database and assigned to the specific user under the following items:

- Cardiovascular index of performance during physical exercise performed with a heart rate monitor, index of the ratio between average heart rate and average "work" or "resistance" measurable during outdoor training or with> one or more gymnastic equipment equipped with specific monitoring systems , extended for at least 15 minutes, associated with the survey date (one data for each survey date);

- total amount of time spent doing physical exercise or activity (one figure per month);>

- total amount of the number of sessions or workouts completed in the current calendar year (only one data);

- total amount of calories consumed, with activity or physical exercise (one figure per month).

<E - Device serving the special mat for exercises on the ground> ("grounding")

If the user decides to relax with "grounding" exercises on the special mat, he can select his name on the display of the multifunction device positioned next to it (fig. 08). Using the <commands, he can select the exercise he is interested in, indicate the number of> repetitions or movements he intends to do of that exercise (for example 10 or 15 or 20 movements) or the time he wishes to dedicate to it (for example 1 or 3 or 4 minutes) and execute. You can then move on to select a subsequent exercise, confirming the number of movements made in the previous exercise. 2) the total number of strength exercises selected and confirmed,

3) the total number of selected and confirmed stretching exercises,

4) the total number of selected and confirmed relaxation exercises.

<F - Device dedicated to recording the caloric amount of meals>

Near the kitchen area we find a device dedicated to displaying and recording the caloric amount of meals.

After selecting their name from the list of names on the home screen, the resident will present a list of dishes. The user can select and <confirm the dishes he has just consumed during the meal just> consumed (he can also indicate whether he has consumed a large, normal or small portion of that dish). The software will calculate the total caloric value of the meal consumed and this value will be recorded on the network software connected to the day and time and to the specific user under:

A - Device dedicated to recording home activities

The device <dedicated to recording home activities will be located in a suitably chosen area of the home.>

The resident, after selecting their name from the list of names on the home screen, accesses a list of home activities. Among these activities we find various types of housework such as: cleaning floors, washing windows, making beds, etc. and other activities that take place in the garden or in the neighborhood, such as <gardening, cycling in the neighborhood, going out for shopping etc.>

The user can, having selected the activity carried out, assign it a duration if it is not reset (for example 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.) and the software will calculate the total calories spent in the activity and store this value on the network, connected per day and time and to the specific user under:

<- total amount of calories consumed, with home activity (one data per month).> B - Unified device dedicated to recording the caloric amount of meals and home activities

It is possible to have a single device near the kitchen area that acts both as a device dedicated to viewing and recording the caloric amount <of meals and to recording home activities.>

After selecting their name from the list of names on the home screen, the resident can select "meal registration" or alternatively "activity registration". In this case, the same device covers both recording functions.

<C - The scale for weight measurement / control>

The professional scale, placed in the bedroom or bathroom and connected to a multifunction device, can be used by the owner / user to weigh himself (fig. 09). By selecting your name and pressing the button located on the device, you will be able to store in the network, through the "home unit" central device, the weight detected together with the date and time of the measurement (date and> system time) referred to to the specific user under:

- weight measured in kilograms, associated with the survey date (one data for each survey date).

D - The timer / alarm for measuring the time of sleep or rest in bed names of the owners / resident users of that home (fig. 10). The software of this appliance allows you to configure it in such a way that it is always assigned to only one person, the one who sleeps in the bed next to the specific appliance (there will be as many appliances of this type as there are beds that can be occupied by> adults), the information that the device itself records. In this way, once configured, each device of this type will show a name only among those of the occupants of the house.

This device is equipped with directional arrows and a confirmation button. <The owner / user can set the alarm to sound at a certain time in the morning and displays the time of day.

In addition, every evening, before falling asleep, you can decide to record the sleep / rest time that you will spend in bed the next night. To do this, you can confirm the words "start of sleep / rest" that appears on the display <of the device, using the appropriate button, just before going to bed. The> display will show the timer assigned to count the "sleep / rest" time and which takes into account hours, minutes, seconds (hh.mm.ss). During the night, the display shows "end of sleep / rest time? Yes No.".

When the user decides to get up, he will be able to confirm "Yes" on the display <of the device and for a few moments (ten seconds) the indication of the total time> spent sleeping will flash, after which the timer will reset. In this way, the value of the total time spent sleeping can be stored on the network via the central unit of the housing unit, which will be added, connected to the specific owner / user, under the item:

<- amount of hours (hh.mm e.g. h 11.14) spent sleeping or resting lying down (one> given per month).

The user who usually gets up with the alarm sound can omit selecting "Yes" on the display to stop the sleep / rest time counting timer. In fact, if the user does not select and confirm "No" to the question <"end of sleep / rest time? Yes No." (text that will start flashing> at the same time as the start of the alarm sound) within one minute of the wake-up alarm being activated, the device will automatically stop and record on the network software, at the end of that minute from the activation of the alarm, the sleep / rest time of the night or of the <just elapsed.> period

In the event that the user, in the morning, forgets to select "Yes" at the words "end of sleep / rest time? Yes. When the resident chooses the manual system, the calories consumed for lifting the rolling shutter are recorded on the network, referring them to the specific user, under the items:

- total amount of time spent doing physical exercise or activity (one figure per month);>

- total amount of calories consumed, with activity or physical exercise (one figure per month);

- total amount of calories consumed, with home activity (one figure per month). F - Apparatus for raising or lowering sunshades <There are on the market motorized systems for raising / lowering> sunshades. Next to the activation button of the motorized mechanism we find a device with a display in which the name of the resident appears. When the user selected and confirmed his name on the device display acts manually to raise and / or lower the <awning, he will have counted the calories and the time spent in this activity under the items:>

PART FOUR: THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE RESIDENT OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX WITH CONCIERGE SERVICE

Residences that already host a concierge service can insert a range of different services, consistent with the objectives of our plant / system to <which a specific terminal device can be connected.>

In the residential complex with the concierge, we therefore distinguish a central system unit, located for example in the concierge and different peripheral units. Among these peripheral units we will have the apartment units and service units available to the entire complex (for example the swimming pool, the gym, <the garden or private park, etc.).>

Endowment

The basic equipment for the resident of the residential complex with concierge includes some basic central elements serving the entire residential complex, located in the concierge and the specific basic elements of the housing unit (fig. 05).>

There are also optional elements, which can be inserted or not, and are divided into elements serving the residential complex as a whole and elements to be installed in the single housing unit.

The basic central elements serving the entire residential complex <include:>

1) desk appliance connected to a personal computer located in the concierge;

2) central server of the residential complex connected to a local database or directly to the internet and to the desk device;

<3) control point or check point located in the atrium next to the concierge;> 4) devices for recording the ascent through the "One-Way" stairwell. The optional peripheral elements of the residential complex include:

1) devices dedicated to the various electric locks for opening doors and accesses to condominium areas available to the specific resident <(gym, swimming pool, library, indoor and outdoor children's playground, etc.) and> private areas ( doors of gates, garages, cellars, etc.);

2) equipment for the registration lift;

3) equipment for recording activity times, integrated into the equipment of the condominium gym;

<4) devices for recording the times dedicated to swimming in the> condominium swimming pool;

5) device for recording the caloric amount of meals positioned at the bar / restaurant of the condominium complex;

6) luminaires of the external course for walking or running;

<7) device placed in the condominium office for the evaluation of> physical fitness.

As for the home, the number and type of appliances installed and which devices are connected, for example to a scale, a treadmill, roller shutters and so on.

The system guided by the resident automatically records and archives the activity of the <same resident in the database of the system software.>

Basic appliances for the resident of the apartment with concierge service

A - The first registration at the reception

The resident who takes possession of the house can register at the concierge.

<The owner / user receives from the concierge staff, a pre-printed paper> which he can fill in indicating his data: the tax code, personal data (surname, name and date of birth, residence and other equivalent to those reported on the document of identity) as well as one's height expressed in centimeters, one's weight expressed in kilograms, and the C.D.A. (activity class or <degree of training) based on the declaration of the number of activity sessions,> (sessions or training) carried out in the last year (for example = <of 12 pink "sedentary" group, from 13 to 36 = group of “active” orange, from 37 to 76 = group of “trained” yellow, from 77 to 120 = group of regulars green, => of 121 group of sportsmen (blue).

<The concierge attendant will have entered through the Personal Computer (connected to the> local network via the multifunction device without display) (fig. 12) all the information available regarding the owner / user in the network software. The same employee will then pass the information from the network to the transportable support, equipped with rewritable memory acting as a key, by bringing the support <to a multifunction device (writer) connected to the network which will write the information on the support itself. The owner / user is therefore equipped with the transportable support (equipped with rewritable memory) which will be used first of all to open the door and access his own housing unit, but secondarily to access various other service areas of the structure.

Box 3): indication of the maximum and minimum training heart rate, calculated based on age and C.D.A. declared by the user linked to the declaration date, inserted (after a calculation) in a graph (fig. 15);

Box 4): the indication of the activity class ("Sedentary", "Active", "Trained", "Regular", "Sportsmen") of the user, highlighted by a five-step graph (fig.

16);

<The owner, by re-appropriating the transportable support, will make the> images of the "control point" monitor related to the "screen saver" reappear.

B - Apparatus for recording the ascent through the stairwell called "One Way" or "registration stairs"

At the service of all the residents of the complex, a special <wired staircase, called "One-Way" or "registration staircase" that leads to> each floor (we specify that this staircase cannot be the only one, there must also be a normal safety ladder). This special ramp can only be traveled uphill and has a barrier at the various entrances (for example on the ground floor or porter level or in the basement garage) (fig. 19) which, for example, can only be opened at the entrance (not it can, for example, be opened in> exit by the user). The barrier on the porter's floor is opened when the customer places the transportable support on the multifunction device placed at the entrance to the stairwell. This device (fig.2d) reader, display, and performer, shows the customer / user various information, for example: 1) the last name, 2) <a timer, 3) an indicator of the number of calories consumed.>

The porter level appliance is connected to the network and is in turn connected to the appliances located at the entrance of each housing unit (fig. 20 and 22a) which act as appliances for opening the access door into the house and, for example, they integrate the bell function. When a resident / user has entered <the "One-Way" ramp and is directed to a specific apartment, the display> of the device of the housing unit to which the resident must arrive will be illuminated and will show, for example, three pieces of information: 1 ) the surname name of the user, 2) the timer with the time (minutes and seconds,, mm.ss) that continues to elapse since the barrier to the entrance floor was opened, 4) the calories consumed by the resident / user <since the barrier on the ground floor has opened.>

The user approaching the support to the reader of their home unit will hear a sound signal, which will cause the timer to stop and the entrance door to the house to open. The display of the entrance device will show the time taken and the calories consumed.

<The system knows an average time to get to each specific floor. There will then be> for each specific housing unit a maximum time. Beyond that time, which in any case provides for the fact that even very old and very slow people can climb, upon arrival the display will show the words "maximum time reached", no information will appear on the display anymore and the climb will be <considered as not done.>

The time taken and the calories consumed will for example be displayed in flashing mode in order to be more noticed. The total time spent and calories consumed will be written on the system network referring them to the specific resident / user under the items:

<- total amount of time spent exercising or doing activities (one data per month); and under the heading:

- total amount of calories consumed, doing activity or physical exercise from the moment of arrival at the facility (one figure per month).

In the event that two or more people heading to the same housing unit go up through <the "registration ladder" together or at the same time, the display of the home access device> will show the information relating to the first user who registered in ticket. From the moment the first person's arrival at the access device of the housing unit is detected, the display will show his name and his travel time. As soon as the other users arrive, the <display will alternate between views.>

C - Arrival at home with the basic equipment

Upon arrival at the house, the owner / user will use the transportable support (or key) to open the door.

From that moment on, the displays of the various devices inside the apartment networked with the central unit of the housing unit will show, if turned on, the Surname Name of the person who has just entered the house. It is possible to <configure the system in such a way that when no one is at home, the displays of the> appliances on, connected to the central unit of the housing unit, are not illuminated. When the first resident returns to the house and places the key in the device for housing the keys, all the displays of the switched on devices light up dimly.

E - The device dedicated to the electronic exerciser

Inside the house we can find an electronic exerciser (for example a treadmill or a cycle ergometer) in which a multifunction device connected to the network with the central unit of the housing unit is installed (fig.

<07).>

When the resident decides to use the tool, they can select their name on the device display, and start training. At the end of using the tool, the device will store the total calories spent, the total time spent and if the user has used the heart rate monitor, the cardiovascular performance index obtained by the user in that specific session. The resident, for example, with the same transportable support, or key, can also open other gates in addition to that of his own home. These passages can <be: main doors, gates, access doors, garage or cellar doors> and all those private or common transits that we can find in the complex.

Each of these gates will be equipped with a device connected to the network that recognizes the key and activates the door opening mechanism.

B - Lift with registration

<The user who has the transportable support equipped with a rewritable memory> can call / book the lift, bringing the support near the multifunction device placed next to the entrance doors of the lift and will have displayed his / her surname, name and confirmation of the validity of the pass on the relevant display (fig. 17).

This control operation of the number of people registered and ready to go up, takes place for example by means of proximity photocells that are distributed over the entire surface of the ceiling of the elevator shaft (let's imagine at a distance of> 2/3 cmq between photocell and photocell ) (fig. 18).

The photocell is able to "feel" those masses that are at a certain distance from the ceiling and will be adjusted to "perceive" the mass at the height of a head of a person of medium / low height entered in the elevator. D - Equipment for recording the times dedicated to swimming in the condominium swimming pool

Let's assume that the pool is divided into swimming lanes and that, given the length <(25 m) of the pool, it is expected that no more than> four people can swim at the same time for each lane.

If the pool were 12 meters long, there would be a maximum of 2 people per lane and up to 6 people per lane could swim in a 50-meter pool.

<The multifunction devices of our network system can be applied to> tanks of various sizes. Each appliance must know the size, in the sense of the length, of the tank to which it is applied and this information will reside in its local memory.

These devices will be positioned on the edge of the pool, and must be legible <by the resident / user while in the water. For this reason, they must necessarily> be made of water-repellent materials and must be impermeable to water and humidity.

For convenience, we will describe the operation of the system in a 25-meter pool divided into 4 lanes, this does not mean that the same system, as we have already said, <is applicable to tanks of different sizes.>

On one of the two short sides of the pool, the one closest to the entrance to the pool level, there are four detector devices for each lane (if there are four lanes, then we will have a total of 16 devices). The training must last at least 25 continuous minutes and the intensity must be kept constantly at least at a moderate level ".

Point m) method of exercise. This field contains the description of the method <and the type of exercise performed. The indication may be expressed by indicating sports> and specific exercises (tennis, swimming, back gymnastics, etc.) as well as indicating more general exercises (e.g. general gymnastics, running, gym, fitness, mountain walk, sport walking, etc.).

Point n) mediator / author of the registration. This field is <mandatory and indicates the author of the registration. The author may be the same> user who self-records the activity practiced. Or a qualified technician (e.g. the teacher of the fitness center of the residences authorized to register and transfer information relating to the user's training to the database by the website administrator). Registration is also performed automatically <by the local system that detects and transfers information relating to the user's activity>. In this case, the indication will also contain abbreviations that identify the plant that carries out the registration.

Point o) calories spent. This field is not mandatory. However, when the local system performs the direct registration this field is always <filled in.>

Point p) medium intensity. This field is not mandatory. The intensity is recorded referring to five levels, intensity: very light (1), light (2), moderate (3), high (4), very high (5). The software of the same system, when specifically configured, based on the average speed maintained and the <activity class of the user, calculates and records the level of intensity> of the training.

Point q) percentage of time dedicated to the type of exercise for strength.
