DESCRIPTION

The present patent relates to the building sector and in particular concerns prefabricated elements for creating ventilation and / or insulation cavities.

Prefabricated elements or formworks or preformed or prefabricated disposable elements for the construction of ventilated floors for the construction of raised floors are known.

These elements generally have a dome shape with four legs and are placed side by side and connected to each other to form a continuous mesh structure of elements. The reinforcing iron rods (such as the electro-welded mesh or ribbed bars) are laid on this structure and the cement conglomerate is cast. A monolithic floor is obtained, ventilated below and accessible in the ventilation compartment for pipes, ducts and cables.

The floor thus obtained with these elements however has the drawback of being particularly thick, fragile and not withstanding high pressures.

The subject of the present patent is a new prefabricated modular element of limited thickness consisting of a series of small domes and equipped at the bottom with a multitude of supports.

The new modular element, thanks to its limited thickness and

to its constitution of a multitude of domes, it can be

conveniently used in all situations in which it is made

it is necessary to create an aerated and / or insulated layer in cases where

the total thickness of the floor must be limited and / or must

withstand a high load.

The new prefab element has a top surface

substantially flat and composed of a series of concave domes

downward.

Each area in common between four domes, for the central portion

of the new element, or between two domes, for the sides of the new one

element, is arched up to the lower surface of the new

modular element to form a series of feet or supports

intermediates distributed throughout the surface of the new element

modular.

The set of various small domes allows the new element

consequent linear hood with constant and defined thickness.

not limiting, a practical embodiment of the invention. In Figures 1 and 2 two views are proposed, respectively in

plan and side of the new modular element in which they are

the various domes (1) made up of one are clearly recognizable

flat top surface (1.1), from a curved surface

perimeter (1.2) and from common feet or support bases (1.3)

between the various domes, and extending to the lower surface of the new modular element.
