DESCRIZIONE dell'invenzione industriale avente per TITOLO: ISOLATORE SISMICO, NONCHÉ DISSIPATORE DI ENERGIA SISMICA, CHE SEPARA L'INVOLUCRO EDILIZIO DAL SUOLO. DESCRIPTION of the industrial invention having as TITLE: SEISMIC INSULATOR, AS WELL AS SEISMIC ENERGY SINK, THAT SEPARATES THE BUILDING ENCLOSURE FROM THE GROUND.
Il dispositivo è un isolatore sismico (fig. 1), separa l'involucro edilizio dal suolo evitando danneggiamenti all'edificio in caso di terremoto poiché funge da dissipatore di energia, l'elemento principe è una o più sfera/e in acciaio che libera di muoversi, libera l'edificio da danni da sisma. The device is a seismic isolator (fig. 1), it separates the building envelope from the ground avoiding damage to the building in the event of an earthquake since it acts as an energy dissipator, the main element is one or more steel sphere (s) that releases to move, frees the building from earthquake damage.
La sfera/e [5] viene interposta tra la fondazione [1] ed il telaio strutturale dell'edificio [6,7] essa/e in caso di sisma sono libere di roto-traslare consentendo così anche all'edificio di muoversi ma non causando danni alla struttura, inoltre le sfere sono rivestite con materiale gommoso che evita danni da terremoto di tipo sussultorio. La sfera/e [5] in acciaio pieno (numero, diametro e posizione da definire in base ai carichi agenti) viene posizionata tra la fondazione ed il telaio strutturale dell'edificio ma non è a contatto diretto con gli elementi strutturali bensì adiacenti ad essa ci sono delle piastre in acciaio [9] le quali vengono affogate nel calcestruzzo in caso di struttura in conglomerato cementizio o interconnessi ad essa tramite tirafondi o bulloni [3] anche qualora non sia in calcestruzzo armato. The sphere (s) [5] is interposed between the foundation [1] and the structural frame of the building [6,7] it / and in the event of an earthquake are free to roto-translate thus allowing the building to move but not causing damage to the structure, furthermore the spheres are coated with rubbery material which avoids shock-like earthquake damage. The solid steel sphere (s) [5] (number, diameter and position to be defined based on the loads acting) is positioned between the foundation and the structural frame of the building but is not in direct contact with the structural elements but adjacent to it there are steel plates [9] which are drowned in the concrete in the case of a concrete conglomerate structure or interconnected to it by means of log bolts or bolts [3] even if it is not in reinforced concrete.
