DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

L’invenzione consiste in un laminato plastico composto da tre stati di Film il cui primo strato è costituito da una pellicola di POLIESTERE (PET) con spessore mediamente di 12 micron e grammatura di 16,6 per Mq su cui viene steso inchiostro PVB con grammatura di 2 per Mq ed un adesivi bicomponente poliuretanico con gammatura 2 per Mq eh unisce un’ulteriore pellicola di LDPE (Polietilene Lo\ Density) di spessore 35micron e grammatura 32,2 al Mq; i secondo strato, di spessore complessivo di 276micron grammatura di 300 al Mq, nasce dall’estrusione di du pellicole di LDPE (Polietilene Low Density) i quali termosaldano formando bolle d’aria circolari mediamente 30mm di diametro; il terzo strato si compone nuovamente una pellicola di POLIESTERE (PET) di spessore mediamente di 12micron e grammatura di 16,6 per Mq su cui viene steso inchiostro PVB con grammatura 2 per Mq ed un adesivo bicomponente poliuretanico con grammatura 2 per Mq che unisce un’ulteriore pellicola di LDPE (Polietilene Low Density) di spessore 35micron e grammatura 32,2 al Mq. MULTILAYER PLASTIC LAMINATE CLAIM 1) The multilayer plastic laminate arises from the union of three composite films: a) Colored polythene PET film b) LD Polyethylene film in circular air bubbles c) Colored polyethylene PET film. 2) Le caratteristiche del film in PET Politenato colorato d cui al punto a) e c) della rivendicazione 1 (rappresentante il primo e il terzo strato) di spessore par a 12 micron e grammature 16,6 al mq. su cui viene steso) inchiostro PVB con grammatura di 2 per mq. ed un adesivo bicomponente poliuretanico che unisce un’ulteriore pellicola di LDPE (Polietilene Low Density)di spessore 35 micron e grammatura 32,2 al mq. 3) Le caratteristiche del film in Polietilene LD in bolle d’aria circolari, di cui al punto b) della rivendicazione 1, (rappresentante il secondo strato) di spessore complessivo di 276 micron e grammatura complessiva di 300 al mq., nasce dall’ estrusione di due pellicole di LDPE ( Polietilene Low Density ) i quali si termosaldano formando ( mediante l’uso di rullo formatore ) bolle d’aria circolari da 30 mm di diametro. 4) Il film in PET Politenato colorato di cui alla rivendicazione 2 comprendono spessore superiore o inferiore a 12 micron e grammatura superiore o inferiore a 16,6 al mq. in relazione all’utilizzo del prodotto ,in quanto dette modifiche determinano variazioni nella rigidità dello stesso. 5) Il film in PET Politenato colorato di cui rivendicazione 2 comprende inchiostro PVB di 2 gr/Mq. di diverse colorazioni, sfumature, fantasie o accoppiato ad altri strati di inchiostro PVB di 2 gr./mq e/ accoppiato a stampe . 6) Il film in Polietilene LD in bolle d’aria circolari di cui alla rivendicazione 3, comprendono bolle d’aria di diametro inferiori o superiori a 30 mm ed a forme geometriche diverse ed a forme non geometriche diverse. 7) Il film in Polietilene LD in bolle d’aria di cui alla rivendicazione 3, comprendono spessore complessivo superiore o inferiore a 276 micron e grammatura superiore o inferiore a 300 al mq. 8) L’uso della rivendicazione 1, nella produzione di borse, borsoni, valigie, coperture per divani, sedie e mobili ed abbigliamento.
