The invention relates to: a container for the transport and storage of electrical or electronic equipment to be demolished, i.e. a container suitable for the collection and stowage of electrical appliances such as refrigerators or other bulky appliances, or even obsolete electronic products such as computers, printers, videos monitors, copiers, etc. in order to facilitate their stowage in the collection parks, transport to the treatment places as well as stowage at the breakers, in order to be adequately separated into the recoverable and / or polluting components, which will then be sent to the subsequent processing stages.

Known art

The state of the art includes various types of containers for the collection, stowage and transport of products in the collection places and towards waste dumps, which also have very coarse conformations, i.e. very robust and large, or with specific conformations for the product. plastics, glass and metals to be conferred as paper-cardboard. From the above, the technological development of the electrical and electronic sector has made obsolete much of the material used until a few weapons ago, such as CRT video monitors, old-fashioned electronic computers, photocopiers, old television sets, as well as refrigerators, washing machines. household etc. which, being of general use, generate a large volume of material to be collected, demolished and separated into polluting components and / or recoverable materials.

Therefore, the types of boxes known so far, also integrated with boxes or pallets equipped with wire or metal mesh containment walls, also foldable, for example used in large-scale distribution of products or for specific low-density products, but not loose such as wool , yarns, fabrics or other semi-finished textile products and the like, were not suitable for solving the need to facilitate the transfer of the aforementioned electrical or electronic materials to be demolished, their transport from the collection areas to the treatment and separation plants of the components, as well as their stowage pending separation.

electronic devices requires measures relating to the stowage of CRT video monitors, for example, given the high mass of glass present in the screen, the dimensional difference between large devices delivered and small parts, which are often delivered in bulk, so as to make them unsuitable for use of large meshes in the containment nets of said equipped pallets.

Finally, the known equipped containers or pallets described above do not lend themselves to superimposed stowage to reduce the encumbrance surface of the material to be treated in the treatment plant, so as to allow a more flexible management of the flow of electrical and electronic material to be demolish inside the plant.

This state of the art is susceptible of considerable improvements with regard to the possibility of making a box suitable for easy delivery of electrical / electronic products, which allows easy transport both in the load condition and in the return condition, when empty, and also which facilitates internal management in the demolition plant both in the load condition and in the empty condition.

From the foregoing derives the need to solve the technical problem of finding a container for the transport and storage of electrical or electronic equipment to be demolished, which allows easy loading of the products either with the use of usual warehouse trolleys, or by hand in case of small-sized products.

high height, such as to expose the personnel assigned to the load to the risk of accidents of various kinds or excessive efforts and, therefore, can be easily loaded without running physical risks.

A further technical problem is that of realizing an easy and practical body in the handling and transport, when loaded, of the goods that can be used for materials of the most varied size, such as the electronic materials mentioned above, and also for cluttering larger objects, for example refrigerators.

Even more, a problem to be faced, for the definition of the container for transport and storage of electrical or electronic equipment, is to allow easy and practical stowage in the treatment plant for the demolition of the material delivered.

A further and not least problem to be faced in the use of the container for transport and storage is to allow an easy traceability of the products delivered for demolition and disposal, both in the stowage in the treatment plant and in the moment of the actual demolition of the material, so to distinguish for the entire time of collection, transport, stowage and treatment the material delivered by each customer of the demolition and disposal plant.

Summary of the invention

The invention solves the aforementioned technical problem by adopting a container for transport and storage, advantageously for electrical or electronic equipment to be demolished, comprising: at least one platform with sides; floor support feet shaped to allow REF002BIT Ing. stacking between caissons one on top of the other; characterized in that it has, advantageously, a rectangular plan with a length double the width; two contiguous fixed sides in an upright position and the two contiguous sides, remaining movable in opening up to the support surface of the feet and movable towards the inside of the box in a superimposed position on said platform; a mechanism for joining the sides is provided on each of the three corners of the body with at least one mobile side; finally, the sides have a smooth infill wall, which for the movable sides is turned towards the inside of the caisson.

By adopting, still more, in a further and preferred embodiment, between the intermediate feet and the respective corner feet, as well as between the corner feet themselves, there is an angular support profile on the upper edges of the sides of a caisson placed below.

Detailed description of a preferred embodiment Figure 1 shows the container 1 for transporting and storing electrical or electronic equipment to be demolished, equipped with fixed longitudinal 2 and transverse 3 sides and longitudinal 4 and transverse 5 movable sides; sides advantageously constituted by a metal section frame, advantageously tubular with trellis and longitudinal sides with longitudinal beams 6 and intermediate uprights 7, as well as two end uprights 8; similarly, the transverse sides with transverse currents 9 and uprights 10, intermediate, as well as two end uprights 11. Figure 3 also shows the rotation hinges of the sides 25, longitudinal, and 26, transversal, placed at different heights to allow the longitudinal side 4 to rest directly on the platform 16, as illustrated in Figure 5, and to rest on it. above the transverse wall 5 as illustrated in Figure 6. Furthermore, in Figure 7 two folded transport boxes are shown superimposed one inside the other. In the overlapping the boxes thus folded are lifted by a forklift truck with the forks placed under the platform 16 in the opening 27 between the intermediate feet 18, so as to lift the box 1 at a point very close to its center of gravity.

Once loaded, the box, for transport and storage of electrical or electronic equipment to be demolished, can be stacked within the maximum height of the sides, as shown in Figures 8 and 9: aligned, i.e. one box on top of the other, Figure 8 ; or even crossed, Figure 9, with greater stability due to the transverse arrangement of the caissons between them; this last method of overlapping allows to reach several superelevation floors, with the limit represented only by the performance of the means for moving the stack. In overlapping the feet 17, 18 and 17 of the caissons 1 penetrate between the sides of the lower caisson, aided in this by the centering effect of the lower inclined section 19 towards the inside of each foot. The corner section 21, which joins the feet 17 and 18 of a transverse side of the body, serves as a support on the upper beam 6, 9 both on the mobile sides 4 and 5 and on the fixed sides 2 and 3. The bodies 1 are, moreover, equipped with a center line reference permissible 28 on each upper chord 6 of the fixed 2 and mobile 4 longitudinal sides.

The caisson 1, in Figure 10, is superimposed on an identical caisson 1 to which corner columns 29 have been applied, which support the caisson. These columns comprise a body 30, advantageously, in angular profile provided at the lower end 31 with a small cap 32, intended to be coupled to a corresponding hole in the floor 16 of the lower body. The corner columns also have an angular shelf 33 for support in the junction between longitudinal, 2 or 4, and transverse, 3 or 5 sides; this shelf is equipped with flaps 34 to embrace the upper currents 6 and 9 in the corner between the two sides. At the upper end 35 of the column 29 there is an interlocking support 36, for housing the lower part of the foot 17 of each corner foot: the inclined invitation 19 facilitates the reintroduction of the foot of the upper box 1 into it. The support 36, more clearly visible in Figure 13, consists of a shelf with hook 37 and angled shoulders 38, fixed to the upper end 35 to guide the foot 17 of the upper body with the guide 19 during the support: the hook 37 prevents uncoupling due to shocks or vibrations between the resting foot and the upper end of the column.

Finally, Figure 15 shows the crossed overlap of two caissons 1 on two other caissons 1, arranged transversely and equipped with corner columns 29 and intermediate columns 39, the latter for supporting the upper caissons at the inner end of their transverse side. These intermediate columns are advantageously constituted by a tubular to which a shelf 40 is applied, for resting on the middle line of the upper current 6 of the opposite sides of the lower caissons; this shelf has a hole for inserting the pemetto 28, present on each upper beam 6, as well as REF002BIT Ing. At the upper end 42 the intermediate column 39 also has a longitudinal shoulder 43, to guide the feet 17 of the upper caissons with support 19 during support; in its end 42 there are, even if not shown, hooks to hold the respective foot, arranged similarly to the hooks 37 of the corner column 29, so that the intermediate column behaves as having a double support 36, already described for the column corner. At the lower end of said tubular, however not shown, there is a small cap, similar to the small 32 present in the lower end 31 of the corner column, for re-insertion into a hole in the platform 16, also not shown but provided for purpose, ensuring the vertical positioning during the support of the upper caissons 1.

The use of the box described above takes place with the arrangement of the box as in Figure 3 or 4, that is, with one or two mobile sides open, including even only the transverse side 5, not shown lowered. The operator can thus transport heavy electronic objects such as video monitors, photocopiers, washing machines or even bulky or very tall items such as refrigerators with a warehouse trolley. Access is facilitated as the side or sides create a slide where the trolley can easily be introduced with appropriate movement. The operator can also deliver more minute material such as electronic cards, telephones or small printers or portable computers by pouring them directly from above the sides when closed as in Figure 1. The box 1, when filled, can be moved by lifting it with the usual forks of lift trucks, inserted in the opening 27, or possibly in the adjacent or lateral lights, or even raised by means of ropes or cables simultaneously gripping in the openings 14, located under the chords 6 of the fixed and mobile longitudinal sides.

The body 1 can thus be loaded on the floor of a truck also transversely, if made with longitudinal overall dimensions less than 2.5 meters of unified width of the truck beds. Furthermore, given the advantageous possibility of overlapping, with the transversal crossing of the upper caissons with respect to the lower ones, the transverse bulk, advantageously, will be half of the longitudinal bulk. Even more, each box can be equipped with indelible marking or even with a bar code recognition on one or more sides or sides, to allow the traceability of the box itself and, advantageously, of its contents both at collection, during transport and also in the stowage in the demolition plant and disposal of the materials delivered.

The transport and handling of the electrical or electronic equipment to be demolished are much easier as the electronic equipment can be transported and does not protrude from the sides: more bins, being stackable, allow you to load a truck, which has a platform longer than double the width, ie over 5 m, with even eight bins in groups of 4 as in Figure 9. Storage in the warehouse, on the other hand, can be carried out by stacking the boxes not only as in Figure 9, but also as in Figures 10 and 15, i.e. by raising the upper boxes with the corner columns 29 or even intermediate 39.

Finally, the internal handling of the treatment plant with the use of the bins, according to the present invention, is considerably simplified due to the possibility of easily moving the bins axes in the aforementioned ways, rationalizing the management of the demolition and / or disposal equipment, as well as of any lines in which they are organized within the plant.

The advantages obtained by this invention are: the waste material placed in the bins allows to maximize the filling degree of the means of transport, thus realizing considerable savings in the collection. In addition, the management of storage in the treatment and demolition plant with the adoption of them is significantly simplified, significantly reducing the operations required for handling in the plant itself. The use of these caissons is particularly flexible both for electrical and electronic materials, as seen above, and for materials resulting from demolition. The conformation of the caissons with movable sides allows the loaders or unloaders to work in ergonomic conditions. a smooth sliding and loading surface is obtained, without roughness and obstacles, while the fixed walls with a smooth surface towards the outside ensure the possibility of perfect adhesion of one box to the next in the stacking phase when empty.

Even more, the affixing of a barcode on the bin or on parts of it allows re-identification with its contents, thus realizing the complete tracing of the waste from the collection center to the processing lines; furthermore, given the complete cladding of the sides, even the materials resulting from the demolition can be traced, as even the small-sized materials can be transported in bulk.

With the adoption of the rectangular base in a 2: 1 ratio and with the use of columns 29 and 39, the boxes can be managed by overlapping even in the presence of bulky products, realizing considerable reductions in the surface occupied in the demolition treatment plant. with the same volume in storage.

In the practical implementation, the materials, the dimensions, the executive details may be different from those indicated, but technically equivalent to them, without thereby departing from the legal domain of the present invention. Thus the box, albeit less advantageously, can be made of non-ferrous material, fiberglass or other composite material, in whole or in part, but still equipped with the characteristics of constitution for practicality of use, identified by the characteristics expressed in the following claims.
