4. Decorative device, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that the wings, applied thereto, describe a series of alternating oscillatory movements, with respect to the body, and that the same wings are applied by pressure to the ends of the aforesaid springs.

5. Decorative device, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that the aforesaid springs can be spiral-shaped or leaf-shaped or of another type.

6. Decorative device, according to one or more preceding claims, characterized in that it can be provided with clips or safety pins, all as more fully described and illustrated and for the specified purposes.
