The invention refers to a series of profiles that can be combined with each other for the formation of doors and the like for the construction of sliding doors and / or folding doors on hinges for furniture in general, for the formation of structures and / or other similar elements. , in which the means for fastening the brackets and / or the joining means, and / or the auxiliary sliding or hinging elements do not require drilling on the external visible surfaces of the sections themselves.

The profiles comprise a visible front part, preferably shaped, which can be combined in aligned or angular coupling by means of inclined cuts; and comprise a rear part which, although having differentiated configurations, are equally combinable, according to the structures to be formed and / or the accessories to be adopted. The configurations of the rear parts of the profiles, which can be combined with each other, include containment grooves for the edges of central closing panels made of wood, glass or other suitable material, containment grooves for corner brackets or for linear joining means, possible self-tapping engagement grooves for screws for securing accessories relating to specific embodiments, such as for example wheels, skids, hinges and the like.

With the most varied configurations of metal, plastic or other material profiles, currently available on the market, it is possible to create frame structures for multiple applications: from doors and windows for homes, public places, shops, exhibition stands and so on, to structures for particular applications, such as greenhouses, furniture, protection cabins, shelters and the like. In any case, despite the wide range of choice among all the available products, it still happens that for some applications there are no profiles suitable for specific purposes, or those available can be used only after having been subjected to modifications and / or adaptations. .

These drawbacks occur, in particular, in the realization of targeted structures, such as for example those relating to panels for sliding and / or hinged doors of an economical and standardized type. In the specific case, in fact, all the profiles currently available do not have adequate configurations that include, as a whole and in a mutually combinable way, those peculiar characteristics necessary for the rapid, economical and valid realization of the aforementioned structures, without the need to operate with external interventions. of drilling, application of screws or other fastening means, applications of brackets or cover profiles and the like which, in addition to being the cause of time wasting and cost increases, are very often aesthetically unpleasant.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the aforementioned drawbacks. The invention, as it is characterized by the claims, solves the problem by means of a series of combinable sections, for the formation of doors and similar structures, by means of which the following results are obtained: the sectional components of the series are substantially three; their visible frontal configuration has an identical profiling that can also be combined with corner orientations, with suitable inclined cuts; their rear configuration, on the other hand, includes various compositions of profiling, however aligned and combinable with each other in juxtaposition, with or without alignment, and more precisely:

a) the first profile (X) has a rear configuration which includes a peripheral groove for containing panels, glass and the like, an opposite closed side wall combined with a groove for the seat for brackets and / or joints in general, separated from each other by a closed intermediate wall, flush;

b) the second profile (Y) has a rear configuration which includes a corresponding peripheral groove for containing panels, glass and the like, a corresponding opposite closed side wall combined with a corresponding seat groove for brackets and / or joints in general, separated between them by a lowered intermediate area in which there is a continuous self-tapping engagement slot for screws, aligned in proximity to said first peripheral groove,

c) the third section (Z) has a rear configuration substantially similar to that described for section Y, but with a continuous link for self-tapping engagement for screws aligned near the center of the lowered intermediate part.

All the aforesaid sections comprise, or do not include, protruding grooves aligned in the center of the grooves for containing the panels, glasses and the like, and for seats for brackets and / or joints in general. The advantages achieved by means of the present invention essentially consist in the fact that the sections making up the series in question can be combined with each other according to any desired configuration, can be mutually engaged with elementary means of easy application and constraint and can be equipped with the most varied accessories, specific for the different applications, by means of mechanical parts substantially with screw and / or pressure of simple and economic constitution, easy and quick to apply and which do not require work on the profiles themselves, leaving their surfaces intact, not damaged or defaced in any way view.

The invention is described in more detail below according to forms given purely by way of non-limiting example with reference to the attached drawings, in which:

The figures illustrate a series of combinable profiles, for the formation of doors and the like. This series is made up of three distinct profiles (X), (Y) and (Z) which, in their visible front part, are shaped in the same way, such as for example according to a mixed pattern, first straight (1) then joined (2).

In the rear part, the aforesaid sections are shaped with a groove (3), substantially adjacent to said fitting (2), and an opposite groove (4), rearward to the rectilinear shaping (1).

The groove (3) is proportioned to receive and engage the peripheral edges (5) of panels, or glasses, or the like (7), which constitute the central closing part of the doors, or the like. The grooves (3) are preferably provided with edges (8) facing the entrance (9) and are equipped, or are not provided, with protruding bottom ribs (10), on which said panels, or the like, (7) enter in relation of support and reference.

The opposite groove (4) instead includes two folded edges (11), on the sides of the entrance (12), and a protruding bottom rib (13), aligned with the entrance itself. In the groove (4) there are the brackets or joints (14) used for the fixed connection of the sections of sections which form said doors and the like. In particular, the brackets (14), made up of L-shaped metal plates, are used for the orthogonal connection of the profiles on which 45 ° inclined cuts have been made, placed side by side.

The orthogonal arms of the plates (14) are introduced into the adjacent grooves (4) of the pairs of profile thicknesses, after which they are made to adhere with pressure engagement on the internal surfaces of the folded edges (11) by means of threaded grains (15) which, coupled to corresponding holes on the plates themselves, exert their action by gripping the central protruding ribs (13).

In the rear part comprised between said grooves (3) and (4) the sections in question differ from each other in conformation, although they can still be approached and combined, and are designed to adequately perform the functions of containment and / or alley of particular accessories to be apply to the frames formed in the aforesaid way, to form sliding doors (16) or folding doors (17), on hinges (18).

For these reasons, the profile (X), in its rear part comprised between the aforementioned grooves (3) and (4), has a closed intermediate part (20) flush with the inner edge of the aforementioned groove (3), and comprises a closed lateral external wall (19) which extends beyond the limit edge of said groove (4).

The profile (X) is therefore particularly suitable for forming the lower and upper edges of the doors (17) that can be opened like a hinge (18), for forming the free orthogonal front edge of the same doors, and for the front and rear edges. vertical of the sliding doors (16).

The profile (Y) on the other hand, in its rear part between the aforementioned grooves (3) and (4), is equipped with a lowered area (21) on which, near the groove (3), there is a continuous notch ( 22) of self-tapping engagement for screws (23). Aligned with the outer edge of the groove (4) there is, also in this profile, a closed external side wall (19 ').

The profile (Y) can therefore advantageously be used for forming the vertical rear upright of doors (17) which can be opened hbro on hinges (18).

The cups (24) of the hinges (18) are aligned in the desired position, along the lowered area (21), then they are fixed to the profile (Y) by means of the self-tapping screws (23), which engage in the aforementioned notch (22 ).

As can be seen from figures 5 and 7, the doors (17) that can be opened like a book on the hinge (18) are substantially formed by three sections of section (X) which make up the upper, lower and front edges and a section of section (Y ) which makes up the rear edge on which the hinges are constrained (18). The four sections of profiles (X) (Y) composed orthogonally to each other, are mutually constrained by the "L" angular plates, clamped by pressure by the threaded grains (15), and constitute the peripheral edge of the panel, or glass, or similar (7). The closed intermediate walls (20), flush with the internal edges of the grooves (3) of the profiles (X), and the closed external side walls (19), (19 ') of both the profiles (X) and those (Y) , constitute a continuous internal finishing and abutment edge of the doors (17), towards the edges (26) of the bodies (25) on which they are applied.

In a substantially similar way, the sliding doors (16) can be made, shown by way of example in Figures 4 and 6.

In the specific case, the doors are substantially formed by two sections of profile (X) which make up the front and rear vertical edges, and by two sections of section (Z) which make up the top and rear horizontal edges.

Unlike the sections (X) and (Y) already described, the section (Z) that can be used for sliding doors comprises, in its rear part between said grooves (3) and (4), a lowered area (27), on the central part of which there is a continuous notch (28) for engagement for self-tapping screws (23).

The limit end of the groove (4) is instead devoid of the extreme lateral part (19) or (19 '); the resulting free edge (29) has the specific purpose of creating a free lane (30) along which the guide ends (31), equipped with rollers (32), or the ends (33), equipped with skids, are freely protruding sliding (34), of traditional trolleys (35) normally usable on the opening and sliding doors (16).

In the specific case, along the edges (26 '), upper and lower, of the bodies (25'), traditional rail profiles are applied (36).

The carriages (35) are constrained to the profiles (Z), in the desired position, by means of self-tapping screws (23) which engage along the notch (28). Also for the sliding doors (16), the two sections of profile (X) and the two sections of profile (Y) are composed orthogonally and are mutually constrained by the "L" -shaped corner plates (14), clamped under pressure by the grains (15), and constitute the peripheral border of the panel, or glass, or the like (7). The closed external side walls (19) of the two profiles (X) used for forming the vertical uprights of the panels constitute visible finishing edges.

According to what has been described and illustrated, and in the end of the use for which the profiles are intended, they can be made in metal materials, such as aluminum, brass and the like, in plastic materials such as PVC and the like, or in other materials that still have adequate characteristics.

While the present invention has been described and illustrated with specific reference to the construction of panels for sliding doors or folding doors on hinges, according to configurations given purely by way of non-limiting example, it will be evident to those skilled in the art that the constituent profiles the series of the invention can be used for forming any structures, with orthogonal or non-orthogonal configurations, with the use of any accessories for mutual engagement and for particularly targeted purposes of use and / or application without thereby abandoning the specific scope and purpose and with particular reference to the peculiar characteristic that all the aforementioned reciprocal means of engagement and / or accessories can be combined with the profiles themselves, committed to them by means that do not require external processing interventions, and do not affect or disfigure with holes or other the external visible surfaces of the profiles themselves.

It is also understood that the visible front part of the profiles may have any configuration.
