Descrizione del modello di utilità avente per titolo: Valvola a farfalla
DESCRIZIONE
Forma oggetto della presente innovazione una valvola a farfalla adatta all'impiego negli impianti dell'industria alimentare, enologica, chimica e farmaceutica.
Le note valvole a farfalla presentano l'inconveniente della difficile e laboriosa sostituzione delle guarnizioni di tenuta. Rispetto alle attuali valvole a farfalla in commercio, il presente modello, attraverso una chiusura di due semigusci con viti, permette la chiusura contemporanea delle due parti terminali, nonché il giusto alloggiamento della guarnizione di tenuta. Lo smontaggio di estrema facilità attraverso lo svitamento delle viti, permette l'eventuale sostituzione delle guarnizioni senza dover ricorrere allo smontaggio delle tubazioni .
Inoltre possono essere montate estremità a saldare o con estremità filettate.
Una valvola a farfalla secondo la presente innovazione viene ora descritta con riferimento al disegno.
La valvola a farfalla è composta da un semiguscio superiore (1) e da un semiguscio inferiore (2).
Il semiguscio superiore (1) viene reso solidale con il semiguscio inferiore (2) mediante due viti (7). Entrambi i semigusci contengono un foro . che permette l'alloggiamento del perno dell'otturatore (3).
I semigusci (1 e 2) hanno una speciale forma che permette l'accoppiamento ed il bloccaggio delle flange (5) con la guarnizione (4) interposta.
L'otturatore forgiato in acciaio inox è lavorato su due perni con inserimento di due bussole in teflon (6) . La guarnizione (4) può essere prodotta in diversi elastomeri ed in diverse forme, ma con due fori perpendicolari per l'alloggiamento del perno otturatore .

- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Valvola a farfalla, caratterizzata dal fatto che è composta da un semiguscio superiore (1) e da un semiguscio inferiore (2).
- 2. Valvola a farfalla, secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzata dal fatto che i due semigusci (1 e 2) sono resi solidali mediante due viti (7) .
- 3. Valvola a farfalla, secondo le rivendicazioni 1 e 2, caratterizzata dal fatto che l'otturatore è forgiato in acciaio inox lavorato su due perni con inserimento di due bussole in teflon (6).
- 4. Valvola a farfalla, secondo le rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzata dal fatto che le flange (5) hanno estremità a saldare o estremità filettate .
