Forma oggetto della presente invenzione un dispositivo applicabile sull'esterno del naso per dilatare i passaggi nasali, secondo la parte precaratterizzante della rivendicazione 1, ed un procedimento per la realizzazione dello stesso. Nel brevetto US1292083 è descritto un dilatatore nasale comprendente due dischi presentanti lungo una loro faccia una sostanza adesiva che permette l'applicazione dei dischi stessi sul naso in corrispondenza dei passaggi nasali. Il dilatatore comprende inoltre una barretta metallica flessibile, le cui estremità sono amovibilmente collegabili ai due dischi. Con riferimento alle citate figure un dispositivo secondo l'invenzione è costituito da solo tre parti: una prima parte costituita da un elemento elasticamente deformabile 1, una seconda parte costituita da una sottile striscia flessibile e morbida 2, ed una terza parte costituita da una sostanza adesiva 3.
