E' nota la utilizzazione di sacche reticolari in ostricoltura; dette sacche sono utilizzate per contenere le ostriche durante la crescita e sono conservate in mare in ostricari adeguati. Quando le ostriche sono nelle prime fasi di crescita, i fili formano una maglia serrata (dell'ordine di due o tre millimetri) e man mano che si effettua la crescita, le ostriche sono estratte da queste sacche di maglia serrata e sono collocate in altre sacche a maglie più larga (fino a dimensioni dell'ordine di circa 25 millimetri). Come sopra indicato la sacca reticolare per l’allevamento di ostriche oggetto della presente invenzione, è formata da un involucro 2, con fili 3 di materiale plastico ottenuti per estrusione realizzata in continuo mediante alcuni tagli trasversali appropriati alla lunghezza richiesta. Per mezzo di una saldatura e/o la eventuale unione di un rinforzo trasversale 4, si ottiene la configurazione del suo fondo 6 nel quale si uniscono le due facce principali della sacca che si formano quando l'involucro 2 è disposto in piano. La bocca 8 ovviamente è collocata al lato opposto al fondo 6. I fili 3 formano almeno due fasci in modo che ciascun fascio contenga dei fili paralleli e inclinati rispetto ai bordi della sacca; la presenza di un terzo fascio di fili 10 è desiderabile, l'orientamento di questi essendo essenzialmente parallelelo ai bordi longitudinali 12 della sacca e i fili 10 di questo terzo fascio si congiungono nei punti di intersezione degli altri due. Ciascun separatore (figg. da 3 a 5) presenta due estremità 16 ed è preferibile che tra le stesse il separatore sia sostanzialmente rettilineo, ogni estremità possiede una scanalatura 18 destinata a ricevere uno o due fili 3, 10. La bocca 20 di ciascuna scanalatura 18 presenta preferibilmente alcuni fianchi dentati 22 che consentono l'entrata dei fili 3, 10 nella scanalatura e ne rendono difficile l'uscita. Preferibilmente i due fianchi di una bocca 20 di scanalatura sono sostanzialmente uguali, restano stabilmente di fronte l'uno rispetto all'altro ed hanno una estremità 24 a forma di dente di sega; è pure preferibile che la superficie 26 di questa estremità 24 sia convessa. I separatori 14 si collocano in modo che si estendono tra le due facce principali dell'involucro 2 e ciascuna scanalatura 18 essendo circondata da per lo meno un filo 3, 10 preferibilmente intorno a un punto di intersezione di due o tre fasce che formano l'involucro reticolare. E' di grande importanza che i separatori si collochino nella immediatezza del fondo 6, affinchè la separazione tra le fasce principali intervenga ugualmente vicino al fondo al fine di aumentare la capacità dell'involucro; nel caso di utilizzazione classica di due altri separatori 14 per ciascun involucro è altrettanto preferibile collocare ciascun separatore 14 in prossimità di un bordo longitudinale 12 tale come mostrano le figure 1 e 2. Oltre ai separatori citati nel paragrafo precedente, l'aggiunta di due altri separatori a livello della apertura in prossimità immediata della apertura 8 è particolarmente desiderabile, uno dei due trovandosi nella immediatezza di un bordo longitudinale 12 della sacca e l'altro trovandosi nella immediatezza del restante bordo longitudinale 12. La rigidità della sacca ostacola la collocazione dei separatori 14 particolarmente tenendo in conto che questa collocazione non può aversi nei centri di produzione delle sacche, poiché, come già è stato detto, delle sacche dotate di facce principali separate aumenterebbero considerevolmente il costo di trasporto. Pertanto il citato collocamento dei detti separatori deve avvenire negli stessi parchi di allevamento dove ovviamente si dispone di mezzi limitati. Per risolvere questo inconveniente l'invenzione propone una intelaiatura 28 (figg. 6 e 7) in cui è possibile distinguere una base fissa 30, di preferenza dotata di guide verticali 32 circondate da molle 34. Preferibilmente si dispone una seconda base 36, munita di tubi 38 che possono essere montati sulle guide verticali in modo che detta seconda base 36 appoggi contro le molle 34 e pertanto possa abbassarsi elasticamente. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Reticular bag for oyster farming consisting of a substantially rigid tubular casing (2) obtained by means of threads (3, 10) of plastic material which form a mesh; said envelope (2) in flattened conditions, comprising two opposite main faces which join together along a transverse edge to form the bottom (6) of the bag while the edge (8) opposite to said bottom remains open, characterized by the fact that it comprises minus a substantially rigid separator (14) having two opposite end regions (16), each of which is provided with a groove (18) which receives at least one of said yarns (3,10) of the knitting; said separator (14) occupying the space within said two main faces and being in immediate proximity to said bottom (6).

2) Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that said groove (18) has an opening (20) with toothed sides (22) which allow the passage of at least one thread (3,10) of knitting in the groove (18) and they oppose the extraction of said thread.

3) Bag according to one of claims 1 or 2, in which said mesh is formed by three threads (3,10) so that said threads (3, 10) of each of the bundles are substantially parallel to each other, of the points of intersection of these wires (3, 10) existing between the three bundles characterized by what the said grooves (18) of the separators (14) surround the points of intersection of the wires (3, 10) of the three bundles.

4) Bag according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterized in that it comprises at least two separators (14) of which one is located in the immediate proximity of one of the longitudinal edges (12) of the bag and the other is located in the immediate proximity of the remaining longitudinal edge (12).

5) Bag according to claim 4 characterized by the fact that it comprises at least two separators (14) at the level of the opening of the bag in an antagonistic position with respect to each other and in the immediate proximity of said opening (8), one being in immediate proximity of one of the longitudinal edges (12) of the bag and the other in immediate proximity of the other longitudinal edge (12).

6) Separator for a bag according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterized in that it has a substantially rigid shape and has two opposite end regions (16) each of which is provided with a groove (18).

7) Separator according to claim 6 characterized by the fact that each of said grooves (13) has an opening (20) whose two sides (22) are substantially the same and each side (22) has an end area (24) with tooth of saw, and whose surface (26) of each extreme part (24) is convex and faces the other side (22).

8) Frame for facilitating the placement of a separator according to one of claims 6 or 7 in a bag according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises a fixed base (30); two columns (40) of equal height resting on said fixed base (30); and a horizontal structure (44) which connects the two upper ends of said columns (40), said frame being able to receive a pouch for rearing oysters so that the edges of the opening (8) of the pouch are in immediate proximity of or rest on said fixed base (30); the bottom (6) of the bag is positioned slightly above said horizontal structure (44); each longitudinal edge (12) of the bag is located in the immediate vicinity of a column (40); and each side of said horizontal structure (44) being in contact with a main face of the pouch.

9) Frame according to claim 7 characterized in that it has a second base (36) suitable to be placed above said fixed base (30) and some elastic means (34) intended to maintain a separation between the fixed base ( 30) and the second base (36) so that the edges of the opening (8) of the bag rest against said fixed base (30).

10) Frame according to one of claims 8 or 9 characterized in that the upper edges (42) of said columns constitute horizontal planes.
