The wet towels are rod-shaped when being supplied, but become lump-like when being collected. Conventionally, in order to supply or collect wet towels, they were stored in synthetic resin bags and transported. However, when the towels are stored in a synthetic resin bag in this way, it is not possible to check the quantity, and each time the towels have to be taken out of the plastic bag and checked, this confirmation process requires a lot of effort. It takes time. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, recently, a plurality of compartments are formed within the container body by partitions, and one partition forming each compartment is separated from the other partition, or a partial partition is formed toward the side of the container body. When supplying a bar-shaped towel, it is stored between the partition or the side of the container body and the partial partition, and when collecting a lump-shaped towel, it is stored on both sides of the partial partition. A container is provided.
Such conventional containers are only provided with partial partitions from only one side of the partitions as described above, and on the other hand, the rod-shaped wet towels are housed in synthetic resin bags with a small coefficient of friction. For this reason, when the protruding length of the partial partition is short, the distance between the partial protrusion and the partition or the partial protrusion and the container main body side becomes wide, and the rod-shaped wet towel stored in the compartment tends to slip off. In order to prevent this, if the protruding length of the partial protrusions is increased, there is a drawback that the partial protrusions are likely to be damaged when removing the wet towel.

The purpose of this invention is not only to make it easy and quick to check the number of towels, but also to prevent the stored stick-shaped towels from slipping off, and also to prevent damage to the partial partitions. To provide a wet towel container which can be adapted to wet towels having different sizes and thicknesses.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a plurality of rectangular compartments with partitions inside a container body with continuous sides on the bottom, and the side sides of the compartments are opposite to each other so as to divide each compartment equally. The device is characterized in that partial partitions are provided, and each of the opposing partial partitions is formed so that the space between these partitions gradually widens from the top to the bottom.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. The container of the present invention is made of synthetic resin, and has a rectangular bottom 1 formed in a lattice shape, plate-shaped sides 2 connected to the four circumferences, and an open top, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. A main body 3 is configured. The side 2 is inclined upwardly so that its bottom can be fitted into the open top of another container body 3 to allow stacking. A receiving edge 4 that protrudes laterally is connected to the upper edge of the container body 3, and a brim portion 5 is provided to protrude from the lower end of the side 2. When the flange-shaped portion 5 is fitted into the receiving edge 4, the flange-like portion 5 is placed on the receiving edge 4 and can be positioned. Container body 3
The inside is divided into two rows by a vertical partition 6 along the long side direction and a plurality of horizontal partitions 7 (nine in the illustrated example) along the short side direction.
A rectangular compartment 8 for 10 pieces is formed. The long side of each compartment 8, i.e. the vertical partition 6 and the side 2 in the long side direction.
The distance between the short side of each compartment 8 , that is, the horizontal partition 7 and the side 2 in the short side direction, and the distance between the horizontal partitions 7 is set to a length that can accommodate the rod-shaped wet towel A1. The depth of each compartment 8 is set to a length that is longer than the diameter of the wet towel A 2 in the form of a block, and the depth of each compartment 8 is set to accommodate a plurality of rod-shaped towels A 1 (two in the illustrated example).
They are set so that they can be placed in parallel horizontally. The compartment 8 is divided equally into the long side of each compartment 8, that is, the horizontal partition 7 and the short side 2 (in the illustrated example, it is divided into two equal parts)
Partial partitions 9 are protruded to face each other. Particularly, as is clear from FIG. 4, the partial partitions 9 of each set in each compartment 8 are arranged such that the width gradually becomes wider from the top to the bottom, that is, the space between these partial partitions 9 becomes gradually narrower from the top to the bottom. The interval between the upper parts of the partial partitions 9 is set to be approximately equal to the diameter of the wet towel A1 having the smallest diameter. A semicircular recess 10 is cut out in the long side of each compartment 8, that is, in the horizontal partition 7, on both sides of the partial partition 9, extending downward from the upper edge. A vertically elongated peephole 11 through which the interior of each compartment 8 can be seen from the side is formed in the long side 2 of the container body 3, and a handle 12 formed by an opening is formed in the center of the short side 2. It is formed.

In order to use the container of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, the towels A 1 packed in rod-shaped bags are stored between the partial partitions 9 in each compartment 8 in two upper and lower tiers, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. At this time, the space between the partial partitions 9 gradually narrows from the top to the bottom as described above, and the space at the top is the smallest between the towels A 1 and 9 .
Since it is set to be approximately equal to the diameter of
The center part of the wet towel A1 can be slightly deformed to be forcibly pushed in, and the wet towel A1 can be held between the partial partitions 9. After storing the wet towels A 1 in each compartment 8 in this way, they are transported. During this transportation, even if the container is tilted, each towel A 1 is held between the partial partitions 9 as described above. , to prevent it from slipping out of the container. After transporting the wet towel A 1 , if the recess 10 is cut out in the horizontal partition 7 as described above, the joint of the finger can be released through this recess 10 , and the wet towel A 1 held between the partial partitions 9 can be removed. It can be easily taken out from the container. The used wet towel A 2 can be stored on both sides of the partial partition 9 in each compartment 8 and recovered. By cutting out the recess 10 in the horizontal partition 7 as described above, the wet towel A 2 after collection can reduce the contact area with the horizontal partition 7, that is, the frictional resistance. You can easily drop it by just shaking it.
In addition to the above-mentioned means, the collected wet towel A 2 may be taken out with a finger, or may be dropped by moving the rod-shaped body forward using the hole in the bottom 1 in an inverted state.

In the embodiment described above, the rod-shaped wet towels A1 are stored in two levels, upper and lower, but more than that may be stored, and the number of partial partitions 9 may be increased accordingly. For example, when storing in three stages, two partial partitions 9 may be provided facing each other to divide each compartment 8 into three equal parts. In addition, the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from its basic technical concept.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, by providing a partial partition in the compartment, it is possible to match the quantity of bar-shaped towels and block-shaped towels stored, and therefore, the quantity can be confirmed with just a glance. This allows confirmation work to be performed easily and quickly. In addition, the partial partitions in each compartment are provided facing each other, and the distance between them is formed so that it gradually narrows from the top to the bottom, so that the widest part at the top can be matched with the diameter of the smallest towel. For example, the deformation of the wet towel can be used to securely hold the wet towel, and it is not only applicable to various sizes of wet towels, but also when transporting.
Even if the container is tilted, it can be prevented from slipping, and transportation work can be carried out easily and quickly. Furthermore, by providing the partial partitions facing each other in each compartment as described above, it is possible to shorten the protruding length of each partial partition when holding wet towels, thereby preventing damage to the partial partitions when putting in and taking out wet towels. There are advantages such as being able to prevent
