E'conosciuto il grave e diffuso problema del furto i Ciolomotori,esaminando la legge sulla Targa ai Ciclomotori ho riflettuto su queste nuove situazioni: 1)Il rischio che le nuove targhe siano loro stesse suggette a furto.
