Abstract

The subject of the invention is a bottle closure means comprising a left-handed thread (1) on the neck (2) of the bottle, and an aluminium cap (3), whose skirt (4) engages by means of a left-handed thread (101) with the thread (1) on the neck (2) of the bottle and possesses a lid (5) having an internal leaktight seal and being separated from the skirt (4) by means of a line of predetermined tearing (7, 8). According to the invention, the line of predetermined tearing (7, 8) is situated as close as possible to the horizontal plane of the rim (102) of the mouth of the bottle, while the leaktight seal (6) is secured to the lid (5) by means of the bottom edge (105) of the lid, which edge is bent in and engages with the peripheral edge of the leaktight seal (6), securing it to the lid (5). Claims

CLAIMS 1) Capsule for closing bottles equipped with a guarantee seal, particularly for non-reclosable closures, characterized by the fact that it is made of aluminum and is applied to the mouth (2) of the bottle, provided with a left-hand screw thread (22); said capsule comprising: - an upper part (11) constituting the closing lid in which a sealing gasket (15) is arranged to be tightened on the edge (21) of the bottle and, - a substantially cylindrical lower part (12) intended to be applied by rolling onto the threaded mouth of the bottle; said parts being connected to each other by means of an annular pre-breaking band (13) made under the seal gasket and which is subject to partial or total breaking following a substantially axial stress caused by the anticlockwise rotation of the lower part (12) of the capsule, around the threaded mouth of the bottle.

2) Aluminum capsule according to claim 1, characterized in that the pre-breaking band (13) is made by means of an alternating succession of circumferential openings (18) and material bridges (19), the latter ensuring the connection of the upper to the lower part in conditions of intact capsule.

3) Aluminum capsule according to claim 2, characterized in that the pre-breaking band (13) has at least one further bridge (19A, 19B) of greater length than that of the other jumpers (19), capable of being able to resist the breaking stress transmitted to it by the capsule during the single opening operation and thus continue to maintain on one side the connection of the upper part (11) with the lower part (12) of the capsule.

4) Aluminum capsule according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the lower part (12), in condition of an integral capsule, has a circular groove (16) intended to improve the engagement of the shaping roller with the capsule during the final rolling operation.

5) Aluminum capsule according to the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the lower part (12) presents, in conditions of an intact capsule, a circular edge (17) intended to absorb the wrinkles or aesthetic defects that may occur on said part during the final rolling operation.
