Abstract

Spazzolino per la pulizia dei denti, comprendente un manico di supporto ed una testa porta-setole, uniti attraverso una cerniera elastica, il cui asse è disposto in un piano essenzialmente parallelo al piano della testa ed è orientato perpendicolare all'asse longitudinale dello spazzolino. Questa cerniera è realizzata dall'insieme di due sottili ponticelli laterali, flessibili, realizzati in un sol pezzo con il manico e la testa e costituenti elemento principale di unione e collegamento reciproco di questi, e di una massa di materiale di riempimento elastomerico, iniettata nello spazio tra detti ponticelli. Il manico, la testa ed i ponticelli sono realizzati in un materiale relativamente (per esempio polipropilene) avente affinità chimica con il materiale (per esempio un elastomero a pase poliolefinica) costituente la massa di riempimento. La durezza di questa massa determina la rigidità della cerniera, in funzione dell'impiego previsto per lo spazzolino (morbido, medio o duro; per adulti o per bambini).
