La presente invenzione si riferisce a una spallina universale del tipo adattabile a qualsiasi tipo di capo di abbigliamento e al relativo procedimento di realizzazione. The present invention refers to a universal shoulder strap of the type adaptable to any type of garment and to the related manufacturing process.

Con il termine â€œspallinaâ€ si vuole intendere un accessorio dâ€™abbigliamento, solitamente imbottito, indossabile in corrispondenza delle spalle per dare a queste ultime un particolare aspetto desiderato. The term â € œshoulderâ € means a clothing accessory, usually padded, that can be worn on the shoulders to give the latter a particular desired appearance.

Nell'abbigliamento maschile le spalline sono normalmente usate nelle giacche e nei cappotti, e giÃ incorporate all'interno del capo stesso. In men's clothing, shoulder pads are normally used in jackets and coats, and are already incorporated into the garment itself.

Nella moda femminile, le spalline sono considerabili anche accessori indipendenti e acquistabili a parte rispetto al capo sotto il quale saranno indossate. In women's fashion, shoulder straps are also considered independent accessories and can be purchased separately from the garment under which they will be worn.

Sebbene tali accessori siano stati oggetto di studi e sviluppi per molto tempo, sia per quanto riguarda la forma, e con forma si intende anche il peso, sia per i materiali utilizzati, tutte le spalline oggi in commercio presentano grossi limiti. In pratica, i materiali utilizzati, nonchÃ© le loro dimensioni, potranno essere di qualsiasi tipo a seconda delle esigenze tecniche. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Shoulder pad of the type comprising an upper outer layer, a lower inner layer and an intermediate core enclosed between said eternal and inner layers, in which: - the coupling of said external and internal layers is carried out by means of a heat-sealing process of said layers to achieve a joint without seams; - the shaping of said shoulder is achieved by means of a thermoforming process by making said shoulder still hot adhere with a counter-shaped mold; - the junction edge of said layers is finished by means of an ultrasonic treatment to generate the fall of the heat-sealing trimmings; said shoulder strap further comprising a bridge connection element between two facing portions of said inner layer, said bridge connection being configured in such a way that, with the shoulder worn, at least a portion of said shoulder strap remains suspended spaced apart, creating an empty gap between the shoulder of the € ™ user and said shoulder pad.

2) Shoulder strap according to claim 1 characterized in that said inner and outer layers are made of natural textile material or synthetic material.

3) Shoulder strap according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said connecting element is an elastic type tape.

4) Shoulder strap according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said connecting element is a tape and is connected to said internal layer by means of said heat-sealing process or by means of sewing.

5) Procedure for the realization of a heat-sealed, thermoformed and ultrasound-finished shoulder strap, said procedure comprising the steps of: a) coupling the upper and lower containment layers of an internal core by heat sealing; b) shaping said shoulder by means of thermoforming making said shoulder still hot adhere to a counter-shaped mold; c) finish the joint edge by means of an ultrasonic cut d) binding a bridge connection element to said inner layer in such a way that, when the shoulder strap is worn, at least a portion of said shoulder strap remains suspended at a distance, creating a gap between the user's shoulder and said shoulder strap.

6) Process according to claim 5 characterized in that said step of binding a bridge connection element to said inner layer is carried out by means of heat sealing.
