The cabin thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the inventive concept; moreover, all the details can be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.

Claims

1. Cabin (1) with variable structure, usable as a screen, changing room, shower cubicle, toilet, characterized by the fact that it comprises a body of the cabin (2) that can be deformed by an attitude of use, in which it has a substantially cylindrical or truncated cone shape and it delimits a compartment (3) able to contain at least partially a person, to a rest position, in which the bases of said cabin body (2) are close together, and vice versa; the lateral surface (4) of said booth body (2) being composed of foldable sheet material connected to at least one elastic element (5) which can be compressed along the axis of said booth body (2) to carry out the passage of said body of the cabin (2) from said position of use to said position of rest and extendable, by elastic reaction, to bring said body of the cabin (2) back into said position of use.

Cabin (1), according to claim 1, characterized in that said elastic element (5) is shaped like a cylindrical or conical helix and is connected to the internal face of said lateral surface (4) of said cabin body (2) .

Cabin (1), according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that said elastic element (5) has, at each of its axial ends, a complete loop (5a, 5b) arranged in a substantially perpendicular plane to the helix axis described by the elastic element (5).

Cabin (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means for retaining said cabin body (2) in said rest position in contrast to the action of said elastic element (5 ).

Cab (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said retaining means (7) comprise hooks (8) associated with said elastic element (5) in proximity to one of the bases said cabin body ( 2) and teachable with areas of said elastic element (5) arranged in proximity to the other base of said cabin body (2).

Cabin (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a closing element (10) of at least one of the bases of said cabin body (2).

Cabin (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said closing element (10) is removably connected to one of the bases of said cabin body (2).

Cab (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said closing element (10) comprises a discoidal element (11) having, in plan, a conformation corresponding to the conformation of the relative base of the cabin body (2) and a perimeter border (12) extending from said base of the closing element (10) and overlapping a portion of the lateral surface (4) of said cabin body (2) in proximity to the relative base.

Cabin (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises support feet (8) for said cabin body (2) associated with said cabin body (2) at its lower base.

Cabin (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said cabin body (2) has a substantially cylindrical shape with a circular base.
