DESCRIZIONE
Forma oggetto della presente invenzione un metodo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto in modo solidale nella produzione di articoli quali capi di abbigliamento o tappezzeria e simili. Inoltre, l'invenzione riguarda articoli confezionati mediante detto metodo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto quali capi di abbigliamento, tappezzeria e simili.
E' ormai da tempo prassi consolidata nel settore tessile che l'unione di due o più pezzi di stoffa per confezionare ad esempio un capo d'abbigliamento viene realizzata tramite cucitura.
La cucitura viene usualmente approntata tra lembi di stoffa con un filo di tessuto che viene fatto passare attraverso ciascun lembo in modo alternato e da entrambi i lati dei rispettivi lembi. Il filo può essere cucito più o meno ravvicinato per garantire una maggiore o minore tenuta tra i due lembi a seconda dell'articolo che si intende creare.
In ogni caso, le cuciture soprattutto per i capi d'abbigliamento sebbene garantiscano un'ottima tenuta e rappresentino il metodo convenzionale per unire pezzi di stoffa, possono creare alcuni inconvenienti.
Un importante inconveniente delle cuciture legato soprattutto ai capi d'abbigliamento è provocato dallo sfregamento che si crea a livello proprio delle cuciture. Infatti, per la natura stessa delle cuciture, il filo che viene fatto passare più volte attraverso la stoffa per esempio di un Pantalone da inevitabilmente origine ad una zona ruvida dovuta allo spessore del filo di cucitura che è necessariamente più grosso del tessuto circostante. In questo modo, la cucitura forma una serie di rilievi geometrici sulla superficie del tessuto. Inoltre, spesso le cuciture sono ricavate in zone del Pantalone in cui quando indossato avviene uno sfregamento con il corpo. E' evidente, quindi, che tale sfregamento provoca fastidio ed arrossamento.
Nel caso di abbigliamento per neonati o bambini, oltre al suddetto inconveniente dello sfregamento, si può aggiungere un problema legato alle allergie che alcuni tipi di fili usati per le cuciture possono creare. E' appurato, infatti, che in alcuni casi sono state riscontrate allergie quali dermatiti da contatto con fili impiegati per le cuciture che costringono gli individui a rinunciare ad indossare determinati capi d'abbigliamento.
Ulteriormente, vi è da notare che la realizzazione di una cucitura operazione apparentemente semplice, richiede comunque determinati tempi di esecuzione legati da un lato dal tipo di cucitura che deve essere realizzata e dall'altro lato dall'efficienza delle metodo impiegato. Infatti, quando ricavata a mano, richiede comunque tempi piuttosto lunghi indipendentemente se eseguita da personale esperto.
Il problema alla base delle presente invenzione è quindi quello di fornire un metodo per l'unione solidale di due o più pezzi di tessuto che sia in grado di risolvere gli inconvenienti ed i problemi lamentati in precedenza.
Tale problema è risolto da un metodo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto come coperto dalla rivendicazione principale di seguito allegata.
Un primo oggetto della presente invenzione è quindi un metodo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto in modo rapido, efficiente evitando nel contempo la presenza fili di cucitura che possono creare allergie o fastidi provocati da sfregamento.
Un secondo oggetto dell'invenzione è quello di mettere a disposizione articoli a base di tessuto, quali capi d'abbigliamento, in cui i pezzi che lo compongono sono uniti tramite il metodo suddetto.
Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi della presente invenzione diverranno più evidenti dalla seguente descrizione di una realizzazione data a titolo di esempio non limitativo con riferimento alle figure in cui:

L'idea alla base della presente invenzione è quella di sostituire completamente il filo da cucitura con un diverso mezzo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto pur mantenendo ottime caratteristiche di unione.
Per potere realizzare tale idea, è stato sorprendentemente trovato che due pezzi di tessuto possono essere uniti tra loro in modo molto efficiente impiegando un nastro biadesivo e sottoponendolo ad un procedimento di termosaldatura su detti lembi.
In particolare, il metodo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto comprende le seguenti fasi in successione :
mettere a disposizione due o più pezzi di tessuto in modo che i rispettivi bordi siano a contatto;
applicare un nastro biadesivo su detti bordi;
applicare pressione e riscaldamento a detto nastro in modo da formare una termosaldatura tra le fibre del tessuto e detto nastro.
Con riferimento alla figura 1, con il numero 1 viene generalmente indicato un primo pezzo di tessuto e con il numero 2 un secondo pezzo di tessuto.
E' da notare che nella presente descrizione con il termine di tessuto si intende sia un tessuto ottenuto tramite intreccio a trama e ordito sia un tessuto-non-tessuto in cui le fibre sono disposte in modo casuale ed allacciate tramite tecnologie quali agugliatura meccanica, idroagugliatura a pressione, termosaldatura .
Il primo pezzo 1 ed il secondo pezzo 2 di tessuto giacciono sullo stesso piano in modo che rispettivi bordi 3 e 4 siano affacciati.
Preferibilmente, i bordi 3 e 4 sono dotati di una cucitura a cimosa per evitare eventuali sfilacciamenti delle fibre che compongono il pezzo di tessuto ed eventualmente fornire un pregio estetico. In particolare, la cucitura può essere "a sorfilo" (a tre fili) o "con catenella" (a cinque fili).
Una volta predisposti i pezzi di tessuto come specificato, un nastro biadesivo 5 viene appoggiato sui due pezzi 1 e 2 lungo i bordi 3 e 4 come rappresentato in figura 2.
Il nastro biadesivo 5 è una nastro disponibile sul mercato è composto da un supporto 6 sottile, termoresistente, di forma sostanzialmente piana e dotato di una prima faccia 7 ed una seconda faccia 8. Inoltre, dette prima 7 e seconda 8 facce sono ricoperte da un velo di sostanza termosaldante a sua volta protetto da una striscia 7', 8' termoresistente asportabile .
La sostanza termosaldante può essere una qualsiasi sostanza che sottoposta a riscaldamento e pressione consente di legare in modo solidale due superfici. Preferibilmente, tale sostanza è un polimero che reticola in seguito a riscaldamento in modo tale da imbrigliarsi nella trama del tessuto di ciascun pezzo e, quindi, unire solidalmente detti pezzi. Polimeri reticolabili al calore sono ampiamente noti per cui non verranno qui di seguito specificati .
Una delle due strisce protettive 7', 8' (in figura 2 la striscia T ) viene asportata per consentire di adagiare il nastro biadesivo 5 sui bordi 3, 4 in modo che il velo di sostanza termosaldante sulla superficie 7 di detto nastro ricopra completamente le cuciture.
Una volta adagiato il nastro 5 nel modo suddetto viene sottoposto ad pressione di schiacciamento e riscaldamento. La pressione è generalmente compresa tra 4 bar e 7 bar, mentre la temperatura è compresa tra190°Ce 220°C per un tempo compreso tra 18'' e 22''. Preferibilmente, la pressione è compresa tra 5,5 bar e 6,5 bar, più preferibilmente è 6 bar, mentre la temperatura è compresa tra 195°C e 205°C, più preferibilmente è 200°C ed il tempo è tra 19" e 21", più preferibilmente è 20''.
La termosaldatura può avvenire tramite metodiche ed apparecchiature convenzionali quali, ad esempio, pressatura a caldo con corrispondente pressa o, come rappresentato in modo schematico in figura 3, schiacciamento tra due rulli contrapposti surriscaldati tra i quali viene fatta passare la porzione di tessuto ricoperta con il nastro biadesivo 5 nella direzione indicata dalla freccia di figura 3.
Come detto in precedenza, per effetto della pressione e della temperatura, la sostanza termosaldante reticola tra le maglie del tessuto in prossimità di entrambi i pezzi 3, 4 con effetto di imbrigliarle e rendere così solidali, uniti detti pezzi .
Il metodo appena descritto può essere realizzato su una superficie dei due pezzi 3, 4 di tessuto, preferibilmente sulla superficie che verrà nascosta una volta completato l'articolo. Ad esempio, se si trattasse di confezionare un paio di pantaloni, come rappresentato in figura 6, l'applicazione del nastro 5 può essere prevista sul lato interno di una gamba del Pantalone. In questo modo, il nastro 5 verrebbe nascosto senza alterare le caratteristiche estetiche del modello del Pantalone stesso.
Inoltre, il metodo può comprendere una fase di applicazione di una fettuccia sul nastro biadesivo 5.
In particolare, il nastro biadesivo 5 potrebbe, se a contatto con il corpo, provocare a sua volta fastidi. A tal proposito, come riportato in figura 4, la striscia protettiva 8' può essere asportata dalla superficie libera 8 del nastro 5 per consentire l'applicazione di detta fettuccia. Infatti, con tale operazione, viene esposto un'ulteriore velo di sostanza termosaldante sul quale si appoggia una fettuccia 11 e successivamente si opera una termosaldatura tra la fettuccia ed il nastro in modo del tutto analogo a quanto descritto in precedenza.
La fettuccia 11 può essere un qualsiasi nastro pretagliato in modo da coprire il nastro 5. In particolare, la fettuccia 11 può essere di un tessuto morbido, confortevole e anallergico per consentire ad esempio un'ottima vestibilità del capo d'abbigliamento. Vantaggiosamente, la fettuccia svolge anche la funzione di aumentare la resistenza della saldatura dei due pezzi 1, 2 di tessuto.
In accordo con una variante dell'invenzione, il metodo può essere realizzato sulla superficie dei due pezzi 1, 2 di tessuto esposto alla vista. In questo caso, si opererà esattamente come descritto in precedenza con la differenza che la fettuccia 11 potrà essere decorativa e, quindi, dare la possibilità di personalizzare ad esempio un capo di abbigliamento quale un paio di pantaloni.
Una ulteriore variante dell'invenzione consiste nell 'applicare il nastro biadesivo 5 su entrambe le superfici dei pezzi 1, 2 di tessuto.
Il vantaggio di applicare il nastro biadesivo 5 su dette superfici consiste nell'alimentare la robustezza della saldatura tra i due pezzi 1, 2 soprattutto quando si tratta di capi di abbigliamento che devono soddisfare esigenze particolari. Ad esempio, nel caso di indumenti da lavoro o per bambini, spesso una maggiore robustezza a livello delle tradizionali cuciture viene richiesta. Una tale predisposizione consente di ottenere la robustezza desiderata pur evitando gli inconvenienti suddetti legati alle cuciture tradizionali.
In accordo con un ulteriore oggetto dell'invenzione, viene fornito un articolo in tessuto comprendente uno o più pezzi di tessuto uniti secondo il metodo descritto in precedenza.
In particolare, l'articolo comprende due o più pezzi di tessuto uniti tramite termosaldatura. Detti pezzi sono termosaldati tra loro ad esempio a livello dei rispettivi bordi liberi. Preferibilmente, i bordi liberi sono cuciti "a cimosa". Più preferibilmente, i bordi termosaldati sono ricoperti con fettucce di materiale anallergico e/o morbido e/o di rinforzo eventualmente con scritte e/o disegni decorativi. Inoltre, le fettucce possono essere applicate su una o entrambe le superfici contrapposte dell'articolo.
Preferibilmente, detto articolo comprende capi d'abbigllamento, tappezzerie e simili. In particolare, il capo d'abbigliamento è scelto tra pantaloni, jeans, camicie, cappotti, giacche, maglie, maglioni .
I tessuti dei capi di abbigliamento possono essere i convenzionali tessuti di cotone, lana, poliestere, denim e loro misti.
Ovviamente, al metodo ed all'articolo secondo la presente invenzione, un tecnico del ramo, allo scopo di soddisfare esigenze contingenti e specifiche, potrà apportare ulteriori modifiche e varianti, tutte peraltro contenute nell'ambito di protezione dell'invenzione, quale definito dalle rivendicazioni allegate .

Claims (15)

  1. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Metodo per unire due o più pezzi di tessuto comprendente le seguenti fasi in successione: a)mettere a disposizione due (1, 2) o più pezzi di tessuto in modo che i rispettivi bordi (3, 4) siano a contatto; b) applicare un nastro biadesivo (5) su detti bordi ; c) applicare pressione e riscaldamento a detto nastro in modo da formare una termosaldatura tra le fibre del tessuto e detto nastro.
  2. 2. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui la fase a) avviene tramite posizionamento sullo stesso piano di detti almeno due pezzi (1, 2) in modo che i rispettivi bordi (3, 4) siano affacciati.
  3. 3. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui i bordi (3, 4) sono dotati di cucitura preferibilmente a cimosa, a sorfilo o con catenella.
  4. 4. Metodo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 3, in cui la fase b) viene realizzata tramite l'appoggio sui detti pezzi (1, 2) lungo i bordi (3, 4) del nastro biadesivo (5).
  5. 5. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 4, in cui detto nastro biadesivo (5) comprende un supporto (6) termoresistente avente una prima faccia (7) ed una seconda faccia (8) ricoperte da un velo di sostanza termosaldante a sua volta protetto da una striscia (7', 8') termoresistente asportabile.
  6. 6. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 5, in cui detta sostanza termosaldante è un polimero che reticola in seguito a riscaldamento in modo tale da imbrigliarsi nelle fibre del tessuto di ciascun pezzo.
  7. 7. Metodo secondo la rivendicazione 5, in cui una delle due strisce protettive (7', 8') viene asportata per consentire di adagiare il nastro biadesivo sulle cuciture (3, 4).
  8. 8. Metodo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 7, in cui la fase c) avviene ad una pressione di schiacciamento compresa tra 4 e 7 bar, ad una temperatura compresa tra 195°C e 205°C e per un tempo compreso tra 18'' e 22''.
  9. 9. Metodo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 8, in cui la fase c) avviene tramite passaggio in pressa a caldo o tra due rulli surriscaldati.
  10. 10. Metodo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 9, in cui detto metodo viene realizzato su una o entrambe le superiici di detti almeno due (1, 2) pezzi di tessuto.
  11. 11. Metodo secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 10, comprendente inoltre una fase di applicazione di una fettuccia (11) a. copertura di detto nastro biadesivo (5) in modo identico alla suddetta fase c).
  12. 12. Articolo in tessuto o tessuto-non-tessuto ottenibile secondo il metodo in accordo con una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 11.
  13. 13. Articolo secondo la rivendicazione 12, comprendente due o più pezzi di tessuto o tessutonon-tessuto in cui le cuciture sono sostituite da termosaldature .
  14. 14. Articolo secondo la rivendicazione 11 o 12 comprendente capi d'abbigliamento, tendaggi e simili.
  15. 15. Articolo secondo la rivendicazione 14 in cui detti capi d'abbigliamento comprendono pantaloni, camicie, cappotti, jeans, giacche.
