La presente invenzione propone un tappo del tipo con filetto per la chiusura di bottiglie e flaconi realizzato in pezzo unico per stampaggio con materiale plastico comprendente una parte superiore, dotata di filetto per avvitarsi sulla bottiglia e chiuderla ermeticamente ed una parte inferiore costituita da un collarino di garanzia in cui è previsto almeno un elemento di raccordo tra detto collarino e la parte filettata del tappo atto a mantenere unito il tappo alla bottiglia quando questo viene svitato, essendo detto collarino inferiore impegnato contro un rilievo anulare presente sulla bottiglia e unito al tappo per mezzo di punti a resistenza limitata atti a rompersi durante lo svitamento del tappo. Come è noto le bottiglie od i flaconi in plastica, vengono immessi nel mercato dotati di tappi che garantiscono l'integrità del prodotto sino alla vendita. E' per questo motivo che alcuni tappi in plastica sono fissati mediante punti a resistenza limitata ad un collarino che a sua volta è vincolato alla bottiglia; svitando il tappo detto collarino va in impegno con un rilievo anulare previsto nel collo della bottiglia mettendo in tensione i punti a resistenza limitata che, al proseguire del movimento si rompono. Con l’apertura del tappo si compromette visivamente e definitivamente l'integrità della bottiglia, facendo decadere la garanzia del prodotto; se il collarino risulta staccato dal resto del tappo significa che la bottiglia è stata precedentemente aperta e quindi l'integrità del prodotto contenuto non è garantita. In detti tipi di tappi, mentre il collarino staccandosi dal tappo rimane fisso al collo della bottiglia, il tappo una volta svitato si stacca completamente dalla bottiglia con il rischio possa perdersi o che vada ad appoggiarsi su una superficie non igienicamente sicura. Ecco che la garanzia iniziale del prodotto appena venduto viene a mancare e con questo anche la sua sicurezza igienica. Capita spesso ad un utilizzatore che durante l’apertura della bottiglia il tappo gli scappi di mano andando a cadere per terra od in qualunque altro posto non pulito. Questi problemi sono molto sentiti e in alcuni casi solo parzialmente risolti realizzando tappi in cui la parte superiore, a volte filettata e a volte ad incastro, è dotata di un coperchio incernierato o ribaltabile e garantiscono la tenuta grazie ad una chiusura a scatto. Anche questi tappi possono essere realizzati in un pezzo unico mediante stampaggio di materiale plastico e sono anch’essi economici da realizzare; sono anche molto comodi da utilizzare perché non sussiste il pericolo di perdere o di far cadere il tappo. Detti tappi noti sono spesso utilizzati nei flaconi dei detersivi, nei tubetti dei dentifrici, nei contenitori di saponi liquidi e dei docciaschiuma, nelle bottigliette di schampoo ed in tutti quei prodotti dove, per via della densità e consistenza del contenuto è possibile, con detto tipo di chiusura a scatto del coperchio, realizzare una tenuta soddisfacente. Detti tappi non risultano però idonei alla chiusura di bottiglie in cui vi siano contenuti prodotti meno densi come l’acqua o altre sostanze molto liquide e magari aggiunte di anidride carbonica; in questo caso detto tipo di chiusura a scatto realizzata sul tappo non garantisce la tenuta ai gas ed alla pressione interna; come è noto, tutte le bottiglie in plastica di acqua o bevante molto frizzanti utilizzano solo tappi con chiusura a vite, essendo l’unico tipo di chiusura che permette di applicare una certa forza di serraggio a garanzia di una tenuta stagna, mentre non sono indicate ad essere chiuse con detti tappi con chiusura a scatto. Inoltre, i flaconi o le bottigliette che utilizzano detti tipi di tappi con chiusura a scatto, se trasportati in una borsa è facile che si aprano involontariamente se urtano o sfregano contro altri oggetti. Furthermore, the bottles or bottles that use said types of snap closure caps, if carried in a bag, are likely to open involuntarily if they hit or rub against other objects.

Sono noti anche tappi a vite per fustini o taniche dotati di un anello da fissarsi al collo del contenitore essendo detto anello collegato ad incastro od in altro modo alla parte superiore del tappo; questo impedisce al tappo di allontanarsi dal contenitore ma necessita, per la realizzazione, di più pezzi da stampare disgiuntamente l'uno dall’altro, aumentando cosi i costi di produzione e la semplicità d’uso. Inoltre non presentano il collarino con i punti a resistenza limitata, indispensabile per la garanzia del prodotto sino alla vendita. Alcuni problemi di chiusura con tappi a vite in unico pezzo di bottiglie o flaconi non sono quindi stati ancora risolti. Some problems of closing with one-piece screw caps of bottles or vials have therefore not yet been solved.

E’ in questo ambito che si inserisce ora la presente invenzione, la quale propone un tappo a vite realizzato in unico pezzo, che risolve questi ed altri inconvenienti di detti tipi noti di tappi. Il tappo secondo la presente invenzione è realizzato in pezzo unico ed è dotato di un elemento di giunzione, atto a mantenere unito il tappo al collarino di garanzia e quindi anche alla bottiglia avendo almeno una estremità collegata al collarino di garanzia inferiore, incastrato sul collo della bottiglia, ed almeno una parte centrale fissata ad una parte del tappo svitabile. Con riferimento alle figure 2 e 3, con 1 si indica il tappo nel suo complesso composto da una parte superiore o tappo 4, filettato internamente per avvitarsi sul collo di una bottiglia e chiuderla ermeticamente, da un anello o collarino di garanzia inferiore 3 atto a rimanere agganciato alla bottiglia impegnando inferiormente per mezzo di almeno un dentello o anello 8 un rilievo praticato sulla bottiglia e infine, da almeno un elemento elastico di giunzione 5 tra il tappo 4 ed il collarino 3, interposto tra i bordi di questi ultimi, atto a mantenere il tappo 4 collegato al collarino 3 e quindi anche alla bottiglia. L’elemento 5 è elasticamente deformabile per consentire di svitare il tappo mantenendolo però collegato al collarino, detto elemento intermedio 5 essendo collegato al collarino e al tappo in corrispondenza di due punti la cui mutua distanza è non inferiore alla distanza fra tappo e collarino quando il tappo è completamente svitato. Aprendo la bottiglia, il tappo 4 si solleva trascinando verso l’alto anche il collarino 3 il quale però ad un certo punto rimane fermo a causa di un dentello 8 presente internamente al collarino 3 che impegna un apposito rilievo anulare previsto sulla bottiglia, non indicato nei disegni; continuando a svitare il tappo entrambe le sene di punti a resistenza limitata 6, sia quella che manteneva unito il tappo 4 direttamente al collarino 3 che quella che manteneva unito l'elemento elastico 5 sia al tappo 4 che al collarino 3, si rompono liberando il tappo nel suo movimento verso l’alto. In questa fase il tappo 1 assume la posizione di figura 3: il tappo 4 si distacca dal collarino 3 tranne che nel punto 10 in cui è collegato con l’elemento elastico di giunzione 5 che lo tiene unito e almeno una estremità 9 dell’elemento di giunzione 5 rimane fissata al collarino 3 (nei disegni si vedono due estremità 9 fissate al collarino 3). Claims

CLAIMS 1. Cap for bottles or flacons of the type made in a single piece (1) and comprising a threaded upper part (4) that can be screwed onto the neck of a bottle to close it hermetically and below a guarantee collar (3) equipped with one or more teeth ( 8) suitable for engaging a corresponding relief present on the neck of the bottle, characterized by the fact of providing at least one intermediate junction element (5), elastically deformable, able to keep the threaded upper part (4) bound to said collar (3), being at least one of the ends (9) of the joint element (5) firmly fixed to said collar (3) and a portion (10) of said joint element (5) fixed to the plug (4), also being said intermediate element connector 5 fixed both above the cap (4) and below the collar (3) with limited resistance points (6), called limited resistance points (6) breaking after unscrewing the cap.

2. Screwable cap (1) for bottles or flasks according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that said joining element (5) completes at least one portion of a turn along the edges of the cap, having a length not less than the distance between the cap and the collar when the cap is completely unscrewed.

3. Screwable cap (1) for bottles or flasks according to any preceding claim characterized in that the joints (9,10) of said joining element (5) have a tear resistance higher than the resistance of the junction points with limited resistance (6).

Cap for bottles or flacons of the type made in a single piece (1) and screwable to the neck of a bottle comprising an upper closing part (4) and a lower part or guarantee collar (3) able to engage under an annular relief provided on the neck of a bottle, characterized by the fact of providing elastically deformable means (5) suitable for fixing the part of the top cap (4) to the collar (3), with limited resistance points (6) which join the top ( 4) to the lower collar (3), called limited resistance points (6) breaking during the opening of the cap.
