Il presente trovato concerne un pannello per uso esterno, in particolare per l'uso in balconi e recinzioni o staccionate in montagna. The present invention relates to a panel for external use, in particular for use in balconies and fences or fences in the mountains.
E' noto da anni l'uso di stecche di legno per l'uso in esterno in tali applicazioni per molteplici ragioni tra cui il notevole risultato estetico. Malgrado guesto uso continuativo da anni del legno, esso richiede una continua manutenzione e ormai da anni si cerca di diminuirne l'uso per problematiche ambientali. Una valida alternativa sul mercato sono i prodotti in materia plastica. In particolare è noto l'uso del PVC rigido o PVC espanso o PVC riciclato che hanno sostituto i pannelli in legno benché a differenza di questi si siano dimostrati non solo esteticamente notevolmente inferiori, ma anche più fragili. Per ovviare a questi inconvenienti sono stati progettati pannelli multistrato. Per esempio nel documento JP 10180776 viene descritta una struttura multistrato, avente un nucleo di materiale interno di PVC e almeno uno strato poliuretanico in grado di migliorare l'estetica e le proprietà di resistenza alle intemperie di un tavolato. Questi pannelli se da una costituiscono una valida alternativa ai prodotti legnosi, essi si sono dimostrati poco adatti per l'ottenimento di pannelli con differenti sagomature tipiche di strutture abitative di montagna . Infatti al di sopra di 30mm i costi del PVC sono così alti da rendere non economica la produzione di tali pannelli e quindi la sostituzione con essi del prodotto legnoso, mentre al di sotto di 15 mm il nucleo di PVC è troppo flessibile. Il detto strato 14 è una pellicola di polimetilmetacrilato che permette protezione verso gli agenti atmosferici e che risulta inalterabile nei colori per almeno 10 anni. Essa è già prestampata con la caratteristica venatura del legno e quindi quando applicata sul nucleo interno 12 forma un pannello rassomigliante ad un pannello di legno. Al fine di permettere la sagomatura del pezzo senza dare origine a difetti esterni visivi di distacco, lo spessore dello strato 14 deve essere al massimo 0,2 mm.
