CLAIM 1) Container for aircraft that can be reduced in height, of the type making use of a rigid bearing structure buffered with sheet metal sheets (L) and consisting of a pair of side members (3a) fixed above a base (2) to which they are fixed to the two rectangular frames (3), inclined outwards on opposite sides, also thanks to the respective inverted "L" brackets (3b), and also using pairs of frames for closing the front and rear openings rectangular (12) arranged in the direction of the height above the horizontal wings of the aforementioned inverted "L" brackets (3b) and of sheets (13), capable of sliding towards the inside of the container itself, hung by means of respective trolleys (17 ) to a suitable overlying tubular support and guide crosspiece (8), characterized in that it adopts a folding structure consisting of two identical opposing rectangular frames (4), also padded with sheet metal (L), whose sleepers lower (4a) are pivoted at the ends, with respect to pairs of horizontal pins (5), to suitable angular plates (6) fixed to the sides of the upper crosspiece of both the aforementioned underlying inclined frames U (3) O; it being provided that the upper ends of the uprights (4b) of these opposite frames (4) are pivoted to the beams (7a) of a top horizontal frame (7), also buffered with sheet metal (L), by means of suitable means to allow the progressive downward descent of said frame (7) during the inward rotation of said side frames (4); it being provided that within the crosspieces (7c) of this horizontal frame (7) there are uprights, two by two, four horizontal axis bolts, whose pointed ends are able to come out of the relative crosspieces (7c) through suitable end holes to settle within conformal holes (7d) made on the external face of the beams (7a) or alternatively, when the downward descent of the top frame (7) is completed, within the appropriate holes (6a) provided on the aforementioned corner plates (6).

2) Container for aircraft which can be reduced in height, according to claim 1, characterized in that the means which allow the pivoting between the upper ends of the uprights (4b) of the side frames (4) and the beams (7a) of the horizontal frame top (7) consist of four parallelepiped sliders (9), each of which is inserted and sliding within one of the end sections of the beams (7a) of the horizontal frame (7) and has a lower ear (9a) projecting towards the bottom through a longitudinal median notch (7b) provided on the lower face of each of the same beams (7a), so that the upper end of a of the uprights (4b) of the side frames (4); the presence of a transversal hole (7b) capable of being crossed by the pointed end of one of the aforesaid latches (11) being provided on each slider (9); finally, provision is made for the interposition of a spring (19) between each slider (9) and a respective plate 19a) mounted, in the innermost position, within the same current (7a) of the frame (7).
