La presente invenzione concerne una cialda ed una camicia per macchine da bevande calde preferibilmente monouso i cui rispettivi lati di appoggio sono appositamente disegnati in modo da non consentire l’uso della macchina per altri tipi di cialde. E’ risaputo che le bevande calde, quali il caffè, il tè, le tisane, la camomilla, il latte in polvere ed altre, sono ottenute elevando a temperatura di ebollizione l acqua. Questo ed altri scopi vengono raggiunti dalla presente invenzione che concerne una cialda o capsula destinata a contenere frutti macinati da cui sono ricavabili bevande calde, come il caffè, il tè, la camomilla, le tisane, il latte in polvere ed altre la cui base di appoggio è appositamente disegnata in modo da poter scorrere sul fondo della camicia della macchina da bevanda calda appositamente disegnato in modo da formare un binario sul quale la cialda scorre per tutta la lunghezza della camicia e comunque tale da realizzare un’unica struttura operativa costituita dalla camicia e dalla cialda intese come accessori complementari ed inscindibili. La Fig. 1 rappresenta la cialda (1) la cui base (2) ha una forma tale da poterla fare scorrere sul fondo (5) della camicia (4) scavato da due binari (6) e (6/a) sui quali la cialda (1) si appoggia in perfetta aderenza. I rispettivi disegni della cialda (1) e della camicia (4) della macchina rendono i due elementi strettamente complementari ed inscindibili e tali comunque che la macchina da bevanda calda non possa essere utilizzata con le altre cialde la cui base, dal disegno diverso da quello oggetto della presente domanda, non consente loro di ottenere la giusta aderenza per permettere l’ingresso dell’acqua all’intemo della cialda.
