DESCRIZIONE: Il Dispositivo oggetto della presente Documentazione. rivolto al settore dell’Apicoltura e qui denominato “TECHNO ARNIA” (Fig. AS- 1 ), è composto da quattro Componenti, tra loro strettamente legati per caratteristiche comuni: ARNIA (Fig. AS-2) - CASSETTO DI BASE (Fig. AS-3) - COPRIFAVO ( fg AS-4) - PROTEZIONE SUPERIORE (Fig. AS-5). -ARNIA (Fig. AS-2) — L’ARNIA è composta da quattro Profilati verticali a L di Alluminio (Pari. 2.1) o materiale plastico, situati ai quattro angoli esterni dell’ ARNIA medesima, con la funzione di Struttura portante dell’intera ARNIA e di elemento di collegamento con gli altri Componenti qui successiavamente descritti.. Avvitate sui Profilati di Alluminio, ci sono una serie di Traverse di Legno (Pari. 2.2) o materiale plastico, con due funzioni : 1) di collegamento strutturale tra gli Angolari sopra citati, 2) di Cornice portante per le quattro Lastre esterne di materiale termicamente isolante (Pari. Sulle Traverse inferiori Anteriore e Posteriore, si trovano una serie di fori di accesso/uscita dall’ ARNIA con Portellini (Part. 2.8) di chiusura a scorrimento verticale. Sulla parte inferiore laterale dei quattro Angolari di Alluminio, sono avvitate due Traverse di Legno (Part. 2.4) che svolgono la funzione di appoggio sui terreno e/o sui cavalletti, oltre a consentire una provvidenziale aereazione dell’Alveare in caso di nomadismo. RIVENDICAZIONI: Il dispositivo “TECHNO ARNIA” (Fig. AS-1) oggetto della presente domanda di Brevetto, rivendica le seguenti innovative R1 - Dispositivo “TECHO ARNIA” (Fig. AS-1) rivolto al settore dell' Apicoltura, caratterizzato dall’adozione di materiali leggeri, riciclabili e termicamente isolanti, caratterizzato dalla possibilità di assemblaggio tramite viti e/o colle comunque rimovibili e quindi per tali ragioni, caratterizzato dalla possibilità di essere smontato in ogni suo Particolare, per eventuali sostituzioni di Particolari difettosi o non più utilizzabili per rotture avvenute durante il trasporto o altro. Caratterizzato inoltre da una Paratia mobile (Part, 2.5) inserita all’interno dell’ARNIA (fig. AS-02) che genera due camere all’interno dell’ ARNIA, indipendenti e caratterizzate da una serie di Fori agibili da Portellini mobili (Part. 2,8) , che consentono l’ingresso e l’uscita delle API nelle soluzioni ritenute più ottimali dall’Operatore. Caratterizzato da un CASSETTO DI BASE (Fig, AS-2) ideato per isolare anche lateralmente l’ntemo dell’ARNIA dal freddo e/o dal vento e per la possibilità di stendere sul piano superiore del CASSETTO medesimo, un foglio conta Varroa. Caratterizzata da un COPRFIFAVO (Fig. AS-3) leggerissimo, con due Fori passanti centrali per la nutrizione delle API e/o comunque qualsiasi altro trattamento ritenuto opportuno. Caratterizzato infine da una PROTEZIONE SUPERIORE (Fig. AS-5) studiata per una rapida messa in opera ee una sua totale sicurezza nelle fasi di uso della medesima dove due nastri di Velcro (Part. 5..2) la fissano stabilmente all’ARNIA sottostante. -R2- Dispositivo secondo la rivendicazione RI caratterizzato dalla possibilità di inserire una Paratia mobile centrale (Part.2.5), interna all’ARNIA con il compito di dividere esattamente in due camere indipendenti e ermetiche alle Api, l ARNIA medesima. LC2009A000003 CLAIMS: the "TECHNO ARNIA" device (Fig. AS-1) of the present Patent application claims the following new characteristics: R1 - "TECHO ARNIA" device (Fig. AS-1) intended for the Apiculture field characterized by the choice of recyclable light and thermally insulating materials, characterized by the possibility of assembling it by means of screws and / or anytime removable glues and therefore characterized by the possibility to be disassembled in all its elements in order to carry out possible replacements of defective elements or no longer usable elements due to breaking during transport or other reasons. Moreover it is characterized by a movable bulkhead (part.2.5) which is inserted in the BEEHIVE (Fig. AS-02) creating two chambers inside the beehive independent of each other and characterized by a series of holes that can be reached through movable scuttles (part.2.8) allowing the entry and the exit of BEES according to the arrangements considered to be optimal by the operator. It is characterized by a BASE DRAWER (Fig. AS-2) designed for cold and wind insulation of the internal part of the BEEHIVE also sideways and by the possibility to stretch out on the top of the same DRAWER a Varroa count sheet. It is characterized by a very light HONEYCOMB COVER (Fig. AS-3) with two central through-holes for the feeding of bees and / or for any other appropriate treatment. Finally it is characterized by an UPPER COVER (Fig. AS-5) intended for a fast set-up and for its total safety in the phases of use of the same where two Velcro tapes (part. 5. 2) firmly fix it to the underlying BEEHIVE. R2- Device according to claim R1 characterized by the possibility to insert a central movable bulkhead (Part.2.5) in the BEEHIVE with the purpose of separating the same BEEHIVE exactly into two independent chambers which are impenetrable by the bees. Bulkhead characterized by a continuous peripheral frame allowing a perfect seal in both chambers. R3 - Device according to claims <R1> <R2> characterized by the basic possibility that the internal movable bulkhead (part.2.5) allows a seal which is impenetrable by the bees. R4 - Device according to claims <R1> <R2> <R3> characterized by being basic and important also in case a person wishes to raise a second Queen bee in a sector of the same BEEHIVE preventing the Queen of the mother family from passing into the breeding sector to kill the larva inside the Royal cell. R5 - Device according to claims <R1> <R2> <R3> <R4> characterized by the presence of the BASE DRAWER (Fig. AS-2) to be considered basic for Varroa control in different phases and for a complete perimeter air insulation that would otherwise assail the overlying base network (part. 2.9) of the BEEHIVE from outside, passing through it. R6 - Device according to claim <R1> characterized by a series of holes and movable scuttles (part. 2.8) allowing to make good use of the two internal chambers created by the movable bulkhead (part.2.5) offering the maximum elasticity to the operator to choose the entrance and the exit points of the bees according to the ongoing process. In fact, by acting on the closing and opening of the front and rear scuttles, it is possible to divert the pollen collecting bees to one side or the other as one likes. R7 - Device according to claim <R1> characterized by a fast and reliable maneuverability in the positioning of the UPPER COVER (Fig. AS-S), thanks to the fixing of the same to the underlying BEEHIVE by means of a double Velcro tape system (Part.5.2), a characteristic that also avoids the hypothetical and dangerous lifting of the beehive in presence of extreme weather conditions, such as storm, wind, etc. This device also guarantees the safety of the operator that would work near the TECHNO ARNIA. R8 - Device according to claim <R1> characterized by the assembly technique of the whole TECHNO ARNIA (Fig. AS-1) with screws or removable glues. This characteristic allows a small space for the storage of all the components coming from the various suppliers, a fast and rational assembly of the whole device and, once the TECHNO ARNIA has been sold, a rapid and cheap replacement of any of its defective and / or damaged components by the buyer by simply sending it to the latter by courier service, together with the related instructions. The reduced weight of the whole structure is of considerable importance for the manoeuvrability of the whole device with enormous advantages on its manoeuvrability, on the less handling effort on the means of transport and on the possibility of increasing the number of devices to be carried on a single means of transport.
