Abstract

Dato il gravissimo problema dello smaltimento dei rifiuti urbani, a me è venuta un'idea banalissima e cioè quella di collocare a pochi chilometri dalla diga forranea di una qualunque città portuale un inceneritore che bruci i rifiuti, trasformando il calore da essi ottenuto in elettricità., da vendere all'ENEL. Un impianto del genere sta funzionando presso Zurigo e brucia persino la spazzatura di Bergamo, inviata dentro vagoni ferroviari. La possibilità di collocare un inceneritore in alto mare é facile da realizzare, dal momento che sono già operanti piattaforme di trivellazione marine a 75 metri di profondità. Al posto delle trivelle si piazzerà un inceneritore i cui residui di combustione, ormai inerti, verrebbero impastati con il cemento e scaricati in mare. Col passare degli anni sorgerebbe una isola che si potrebbe coprire con terreno adatto per essere rimboscata e adibita a parco cittadino.Si rende noto che il suddetto inceneritore trans - marino sarebbe il primo al mondo.Given the serious problem of the disposal of urban waste, I came up with a very trivial idea, that is to place an incinerator that burns the waste a few kilometers from the breakwater of any port city, transforming the heat obtained from it into electricity. , to be sold to ENEL. La città di Bergamo , tanto per dirne una, carica la propria spazzatura su vagoni ferroviari, in attesa alla stazione ,per par= tire anche loro per Zurigo ! FUNZIONAMENTO DELL 'IMPIANTO TRANS-MARINO OPERATION OF THE TRANS-MARINE PLANT

Per creare quest'isolarvi si potranno scaricare senza problemi, ogni materiale di scarto sia industria le che edile, come macerie ,terre di scavo, rottami vari di metallo, auto abbandonate, impianti igienici, scorie siderurgiche e le ceneri delle centrali ENEL a carbàne.
