Il trovato si riferisce a certe scaffalature metalliche che comprendono componenti di base sviluppati con struttura scatolare e sagomati per incastrare montanti che vi sono innestati e che servono per sostenere ripiani per lo più a mensola; strutture di questo genere possono essere disposte contro una parete di appoggio o addirittura possono essere accoppiate per costituire le cosiddette gondole negli arredamenti di negozi od altro per offrire due fronti per la sistemazione di oggetti per lo più da porre in mostra. Queste scaffalature debbono rispettare esigenze di resistenza ed anche esigenze di estetica oltre che di economia di realizzazione. In particolare il presente trovato si riferisce ad una scaffalatura secondo la precedente domanda di brevetto per modello industriale a nome della richiedente N° FI91 U4 del 7/1/91, nella quale ad elementi base sono collegati montanti per mezzo di incastri per sopportare scaffalature metalliche con ripiani a sbalzo, per arredamento di negozi ed altro. Allo scopo di aumentare la stabilità della scaffalatura, secondo il trovato è prevista l'applicazione di un elemento di rinforzo e di unione fra la base ed il montante, detto elemento di unione essendo conformato per lo più come uno spezzone di profilato metallico ad U atto ad accogliere al suo interno almeno una base e l'estremità inferiore di un montante, ed essendo fissato alla od alle basi ed al montante mediante bulloni, viti o simili. Nel disegno con 1 sono indicati componenti di base scatolari di scaffalature del tipo suddetto, atti ad impegnare montanti 3 di profilato metallico, i quali sono provvisti di sfinestrature atte ad incastrare e sostenere ripiani 5 opportunamente distanziati fra loro in altezza e che si estendono per lo più a mensola lungo il fronte della scaffalatura. Un componente di base 1 (Fig.1) viene realizzato sostanzialmente con un elemento di lamiera metallica continuo sagomato ad U nella parte inferiore, e chiuso superiormente mediante piegature IX verso l'interno delle fiancate in prossimità della loro parte superiore, dove queste sono fra loro collegate mediante saldatura. L'accoppiamento fra gli elementi di base ed i montanti è tuttavia soggetto ad allentamenti ed a giochi, dovuti alle inevitabili imprecisioni di costruzione, o possibili cedimenti ed altro. Per ovviare a tali inconvenienti, secondo il trovato un elemento di unione 7 viene fissato mediante bulloni 7A, 7B rispettivamente all'elemento di base 1 ed al montante 3. Claims

CLAIMS 1. A joining element between basic components (1) and uprights (3) of metal shelving, especially for shop furnishings and more, the basic components having interlocking connecting appendages (1A) for the uprights, characterized by made to be mostly shaped like a piece of U-shaped metal profile (7) able to accommodate inside one end of at least one basic component (1) and the lower end of an upright (3), said elements of union (7) being fixed to the base component (s) and to the upright by means of bolts (7A, 7B) or the like.

2. A joining element as per claim 1, characterized in that the upright (3) is fixed to it in an approximately central position of the joining element, and that on opposite sides of the upright (3) to the joining element ( 7) two basic components (1) are received and fixed for a gondola-type shelving.

3. A joining element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has in the lower part of the U one or more openings (7C) for the passage of support and adjustment feet fixed to the base element or elements.

4. An element according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that a support and adjustment foot (9) is fixed to it, below the lower part of the U.

5. An element of union between basic elements and uprights of metal shelving for furniture; all as described above and represented in the attached drawing.
