ZAINO MULTIFUNZIONALE MULTIFUNCTIONAL BACKPACK
Lo zaino ha una forma a sacco e le sue dimensioni sono di 47x36 cm anche se sono stati progettati modelli fino a 60x 40 cm e 35x30 cm (Fig.1 ). Ha una struttura a sacco che viene chiusa nel lato corto superiore da un fermanodo a molla in plastica 0 in metallo all’interno del quale viene latto passare un cordino. Questo viene cucilo a sua volta alfinterno dell’orlo dello zaino per permettergli di scorrere. Il materiale utilizzato per la parte esterna dello zaino e parte di quella interna è il tvvek. che rende il prodotto vintage e alia moda ma anche molto leggero e poco ingombrante (Fig.2). Questo c un tessuto-non tessuto di materiale sintetico simile alla carta, difficile da strappare ma facilmente tagliabile con forbici o coltello. E un materiale antistrappo, resistente a molti acidi, traspirante ma impermeabile all'acqua, non tossico e riciclabile. Questo è utilizzato molto in edilizia per coibentare i tetti e non è quasi mai stato utilizzato nell’abbigliamento e per accessori di moda se non per abbigliamento usa e getta in ospedale e cantieri. Le due cinghie che vengono fatte passare sulle spalle per indossare lo zaino (misure che vanno da 65x2 cm a 95x3cm a seconda del modello) sono state realizzate in materiale sintetico (altri esemplari in cotone) direttamente cucite sullo zaino su entrambi i lati con cucitura in puntura a macchina (Fig.3). Nella parte bassa del prospetto anteriore dello zaino è stata posizionata una tasca per contenere ogni tipo di oggetto, anche se sono state progettate varianti senza tasca per una linea più pulita. La tasca è stata pensata in due modi principalmente: in tyvek come il resto dello zaino, in modo che non si noti ed in tessuto o mensioni della tasca sono 19x16 cm e la cerniera di 14 cm. Una delle particolarità di questo manufatto è che all<'>interno dello stesso zaino nella parte in alto a due centimetri dalla chiusura è stato cucito a macchina un telo di tyvek ( una volta aperto le misure vanno da 130x130cm al 60xl 60cm in base al modello ) che svolgerà varie funzioni. Nel centro preciso di questo telo è stato fatto un taglio di 35cm con orli fatti a macchina e una cerniera molto leggera che permette di richiudere i due lembi. Questa è una delle caratteristiche più innovative del progetto infatti il telo potrà essere indossalo come poncho-impermeabile in caso di pioggia, semplicemente infilando la testa nella fessura dopo aver aperto la cerniera (Fig.4). Per una migliore indossabilità sono stati cuciti cinque bottoni automatici in metallo (variante anche in plastica) sotto ogni braccio in modo che in caso di vento il poncho sia sempre aderente al corpo. A<'>interno del telo, vicino alla cerniera centrale che serve a far passare la testa, è stato alloggiato un cappuccio, che grazie al tyvek è molto leggero e poco ingombrante. Questo potrà essere fisso oppure rimovibile e inserito nello zaino una volta chiuso. 11 tyvek rende il poncho e lo zaino completamente impermeabili all’acqua ma traspiranti per evitare la formazione di condensa. Un<'>altra caratteristica importante dello zaino è la capacità di diventare telo da mare. Infatti nella parte interna del poncho/telo viene cucito, delle stesse dimensioni, un telo in microfibra che sarà utilissimo in caso di improvvisate gite ai mare, lago o in campagna. Le cuciture anche in questo caso sono a macchina e quasi invisibili. Un'altra particolarità è data dalPaccoppiamento dei due materiali che permette di stendere il telo con la parte in microfibra verso Paltò per stendersi, e il tyvek verso il basso per proteggere dallo sporco della spiaggia, dei parchi o della città (Fig.5). il progetto prevede anche la possibilità di stendere il telo con il tyvek verso l’alto in modo tale che si possa lare un pic-nic al mare o in un parco. Questo grazie all’ impermeabilità del materiale che permette di mangiare e bere sopra al telo senza avere la paura che si sporchi (Fig.6). E stata inventata.anchc una variante con la possibilità di staccare la parte in microfìbra tramite bottoni in modo tale da utilizzarla solo quando necessario e di lasciare quindi lo zaino più capiente. Sono state anche ideate altre due varianti dello zaino, una con solo impermeabile e una solo telo mare. Un'altra idea del progetto è data dalla grafica che è parte del progetto stesso. Infatti è stalo stampato sul telo di tyvek la città di Firenze in quadricromia in modo tale che lo stesso zaino una volta aperto il telo al suo interno può essere utilizzato come mappa per orientarsi nelle città, grazie alPottima risoluzione del materiale. Gli zaini sono stati progettati per ogni città italiana, europea e del mondo ( compresa la città di Firenze) c le mappe soddisfano tutte le persone grazie alla loro dimensione a grande scala e quindi ben leggibile (Fig.7). Lo zaino avrà la stessa grafica del telo in modo da rendere il tutto omogeneo, quindi la mappa della città che viene stampata sul telo è la stessa dello zaino. La chiusura dello zaino è molto semplice, infatti il telo viene ripiegato quattro volle su un lato, successivamente viene rivoltato lo zaino, e infine inserita la parte rimanente del telo all<'>interno dello zaino che poi verrà chiuso e sarà nuovamente utilizzabile per contenere qualsiasi cosa al suo interno (Fig.8). 11 peso dello zaino a vuoto compreso di telo in microfìbra o spugna è di 1 kg. mentre senza telo da mare il peso dimezza. Nessuno zaino lino ad ora è mai stato dotato di tutte queste funzioni insieme, ed in più questo prodotto è dotato di un<'>ottima praticità d’uso, in oltre non era mai stato utilizzato come materiale il tyvek se non per abbigliamento usa e getta in ospedali e cantieri. Per quanto riguarda la grafica oltre allo zaino e il telo con le mappe delle città sono state progettate alcune varianti. Una con il giglio di Firenze viola con sfondo bianco, stampato sia sullo zaino che sul telo interno, e anche il contrario quindi il giglio di Firenze bianco e sfondo viola. Un'altra versione è caratterizzata dalle stampe dei monumenti delle città come nel caso della cupola del Brunelleschi con la sua lanterna che verrà stampata su tutto lo zaino in modo tale che la lanterna coincida con la chiusura dello zaino. Per la Sardegna è stato pensato di utilizzare i “quattro mori” su sfondo bianco e per ogni città i monumenti principali. Lo zaino anche una variante con un disegno della bandiera italiana ad immagine piena, con ['"Uomo Vitruviano”e con stampe antiche delle città. The backpack has a sack shape and its dimensions are 47x36 cm even if models up to 60x 40 cm and 35x30 cm have been designed (Fig. 1). It has a sack structure that is closed on the upper short side by a spring-loaded plastic or metal knot clip inside which a cord is passed. This in turn is sewn inside the hem of the backpack to allow it to slide. The material used for the external part of the backpack and part of the internal one is tvvek. which makes the product vintage and fashionable but also very light and space-saving (Fig. 2). This is a non-woven fabric of synthetic material similar to paper, difficult to tear but easily cut with scissors or a knife. It is a tear-resistant material, resistant to many acids, breathable but impermeable to water, non-toxic and recyclable. This is used a lot in construction to insulate roofs and has almost never been used in clothing and fashion accessories except for disposable clothing in hospitals and construction sites. The two straps that are passed over the shoulders to wear the backpack (sizes ranging from 65x2 cm to 95x3cm depending on the model) were made of synthetic material (other examples in cotton) directly sewn onto the backpack on both sides with stitching in machine puncture (Fig. 3). In the lower part of the front elevation of the backpack a pocket has been positioned to hold all kinds of objects, even if variants without a pocket have been designed for a cleaner line. The pocket has been designed in two main ways: in tyvek like the rest of the backpack, so that it does not stand out and in fabric or dimensions of the pocket are 19x16 cm and the zipper of 14 cm. One of the peculiarities of this artifact is that inside the same backpack in the upper part, two centimeters from the closure, a tyvek sheet was sewn by machine (once opened, the measures range from 130x130cm to 60xl 60cm depending on the model ) which will perform various functions. In the precise center of this sheet a 35cm cut has been made with machine-made hems and a very light zipper that allows you to close the two flaps. This is one of the most innovative features of the project, in fact the cloth can be worn as a waterproof poncho in case of rain, simply by inserting the head in the slot after opening the zipper (Fig. 4). For better wearability, five metal snaps (also variant in plastic) have been sewn under each arm so that in case of wind the poncho is always adherent to the body. Inside the cloth, near the central zip that serves to pass the head, a hood has been housed, which thanks to the tyvek is very light and not bulky. This can be fixed or removable and inserted in the backpack once closed. 11 tyvek makes the poncho and backpack completely waterproof but breathable to avoid condensation. Another important feature of the backpack is the ability to become a beach towel. In fact, in the inner part of the poncho / towel, a microfiber towel of the same size is sewn which will be very useful in case of improvised trips to the sea, lake or in the countryside. The seams also in this case are machine-made and almost invisible. Another peculiarity is given by the coupling of the two materials that allows you to spread the cloth with the microfibre part towards Paltò to lie down, and the tyvek downwards to protect from the dirt of the beach, parks or the city (Fig. 5). the project also provides for the possibility of spreading the sheet with the tyvek upwards so that you can have a picnic by the sea or in a park. This is thanks to the impermeability of the material that allows you to eat and drink on top of the cloth without being afraid of it getting dirty (Fig. 6). A variant has also been invented with the possibility of detaching the microfibre part by means of buttons in such a way as to use it only when necessary and therefore to leave the backpack larger. Two other variants of the backpack have also been designed, one with only a waterproof and one only beach towel. Another idea of the project is given by the graphics which are part of the project itself. In fact, the city of Florence was printed on the tyvek sheet in four-color process so that the same backpack, once the sheet inside is opened, can be used as a map to orientate oneself in the cities, thanks to the excellent resolution of the material. The backpacks have been designed for every Italian, European and world city (including the city of Florence) and the maps satisfy all people thanks to their large-scale and therefore easily legible size (Fig. 7). The backpack will have the same graphics as the sheet in order to make everything homogeneous, so the city map that is printed on the sheet is the same as the backpack. The closure of the backpack is very simple, in fact the cloth is folded four times on one side, then the backpack is turned over, and finally the remaining part of the cloth is inserted inside the backpack which will then be closed and can be used again to contain anything inside it (Fig. 8). The weight of the empty backpack including the microfibre or sponge cloth is 1 kg. while without a beach towel the weight is halved. Up to now, no linen backpack has ever been equipped with all these functions together, and in addition this product has an excellent practicality of use, in addition, tyvek had never been used as a material except for disposable clothing. casts in hospitals and construction sites. As for the graphics, in addition to the backpack and the towel with the maps of the cities, some variations have been designed. One with the purple lily of Florence on a white background, printed both on the backpack and on the inner sheet, and also the opposite so the white lily of Florence on a purple background. Another version is characterized by the prints of the monuments of the cities as in the case of Brunelleschi's dome with its lantern that will be printed on the whole backpack so that the lantern coincides with the closure of the backpack. For Sardinia it was decided to use the "four Moors" on a white background and for each city the main monuments. The backpack also has a variant with a full-image design of the Italian flag, with ['"Vitruvian Man" and with ancient city prints.
