State of the art

As is well known, in the field of intimate hygiene there are a myriad of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products for daily use on the market.

It is also known that common pathologies - intimate inflammation, irritation, dryness, balanitis, balanoposthitis, etc. - at the level of the male and female genitals, are very frequent in all age groups; these are treated with specific and non-specific products depending on the severity of the pathology, but, regardless of the strictly therapeutic treatment, it is still important to sanitize the part through cleansing with non-aggressive solutions and subsequently moisturize and re-epithelialize the skin itself.

Normally the consumer is therefore led to purchase separate products that allow him to carry out hygiene and hydration. But with this he could use products that are incompatible with each other, or partially incompatible due to one or more of the active ingredients contained therein, and therefore not be able to fully satisfy his needs or even worsen the discomfort.

Therefore, the advantage of being able to have specific compositions for cleansing and hydration capable of acting in synergy with each other and therefore of a kit comprising said compositions is evident.

Detailed description of the invention

The present invention solves the aforementioned problem by providing a kit comprising a physiological pH detergent and a re-epithelizing, elasticizing cream with antioxidant action contained in a single package.

Furthermore, the presence of some substances allow a mild antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral action.

The kit according to the invention is therefore made up of a liquid cleanser with a cream comprising as active ingredients: Vitamin E Acetate, Aloe Vera (aloe barbadensis leaf juice), Evening Primrose Oil (oenothera biennis oil) and Lactoferrin in combination with excipients normally used for the preparation of detergents and creams intended for this use.

Among these excipients we can, for example, mention disinfectants (such as imidazolinyl urea), stabilizers and antioxidants (such as tetrasodium EDTA, sodium benzoate, tea lauryl sulfate, polysorbate, lauramidopropyl betaine, saccharin, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A)), flavoring (such as rose mosqueta oil, tea tree alternifolia leaf oil), emollients (such as glycerin, olive oil (olea europea oil)), thickeners (such as wax and rice starch).

For example, a detergent according to the invention consists of (quantity expressed as a percentage by weight of the total weight):

All the products used for the preparation of the creams or detergents according to the invention as indicated above are widely known and available on the market or, if necessary, can be prepared with known processes.

The preparation of the detergent and of the cream according to the invention takes place in accordance with the known techniques as reported in the illustrative examples given below.

Example 1

They are placed in a reactor:

water 18.00 gr

lactoferrin 0.02 gr

imidazolidinyl urea 0.18 gr

Tetrasodium EDTA 0.18 gr

sodium benzoate 0.21 gr

and it is heated in a bain-marie, under gentle stirring until complete mixing and homogenization of the various components.

They mix in a second reactor

glycerin 4.50 gr

aloe barbadensis juice of leaves 1,00 gr

water 43.0 gr

oenothera biennis oil 0.30 gr

tea lauryl sulfate 16.0 gr

and it is heated under stirring up to about 60 ° C.

The second compound is then gradually poured into the first, always keeping it under stirring (about 40 rpm, maximum value to limit the formation of foam), until a homogeneous product is obtained.

The following are added to the compound thus obtained:

retinyl palmitate 0,10 gr

rosa mosqueta oil 0.20 gr

Vitamin E acetate 0,10 gr

tea tree alternifolia leaf oil 0,10 gr

polysorbate 20 0.10 gr

in portions and under vigorous stirring.

Finally, the following are poured into the mixture thus obtained:

lauramidopropyl betaine 15,50 gr

The obtained mass is cooled under gentle stirring and, if necessary, any water loss due to evaporation is reintegrated with process water, again at room temperature.

The mixture thus obtained is divided into suitable containers with dropper caps (for example 30ml and 20ml).

Example 2

Preparation of the cream formulation

They melt in a water bath:

alba wax 10.0 gr

glycerin 5.50 gr

imidazolidinyl urea 0.25 gr

sodium benzoate 0.25 gr

saccharin 0.025 gr

European olea oil 2.00 gr

in 19 gr. of water

under gentle stirring, until the mass is completely melted (about 60 ° C).

In a second container they mix

aloe barbadensis leaf juice 1,50 gr

water 40.00 gr

and it is heated under stirring up to about 40 ° C; the second product is then gradually poured into the previously obtained product, always keeping it under stirring (about 40 rpm, maximum value to limit the formation of foam), until a homogeneous product is obtained;

They are added to the mixture thus obtained

rice starch 5,00 gr

lactoferrin 0.1 gr

in portions and under vigorous stirring or with the help of a turbine.

The mass thus obtained is cooled, under gentle stirring, to room temperature and added to it

Vitamin E acetate 16.0 gr

oenothera biennis oil 0,70 gr

vanillin 0.50 gr.

If necessary, any loss of water due to evaporation is reintegrated with process water, always at room temperature; The mixture thus obtained is divided into suitable containers with measuring caps (for example 30ml and 20ml).

Finally, kit packs are prepared containing a container with a dropper cap and a container with a dosing cap as described above.

Compositions according to claim 1 wherein said excipients are: disinfectants, stabilizers and antioxidants, flavoring, emollients. 3. Compositions according to claim 2 wherein said disinfectant is imidazolinyl urea, said stabilizers are selected from: EDTA tetrasodium, sodium benzoate, tea lauryl sulfate, polysorbate, lauramidopropyl betaine, saccharin, retinyl palmitate, said flavoring agents are selected from: musk rose oil, tea tree alternifolia leaf oil, said emollients are chosen from: glycerin and olive oil 4.
