DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

La presente innovazione riguarda il settore degli arredi da bagno, ed in particolare ha ad oggetto un nuovo modello di lavabo. This innovation concerns the bathroom furniture sector, and in particular concerns a new model of washbasin.

Attualmente i lavabo non sono più considerati oggetti puramente funzionali ma veri e propri elementi di arredo con un ruolo di primaria importanza nella valorizzazione soprattutto della stanza da bagno. Il cliente sente sempre più forte la necessità di un prodotto esteticamente pregevole e personalizzabile che possa essere facilmente modificabile a fronte di cambiamenti effettuati nell’arredo della stanza da bagno. Considerando la continua evoluzione del mercato e delle tendenze della moda, è inoltre molto attiva la ricerca di nuove soluzioni che offrano risultati suscettibili di particolare apprezzamento rispetto a quanto prodotto dagli arredi da bagno già in uso per soddisfare la richiesta di originalità del cliente. Per tali motivi, il settore degli arredi da bagno è affollato delle più svariate soluzioni, volte ad anticipare ed accontentare i desideri e i gusti del cliente in termini di design, personalizzazione senza rinunciare agli aspetti pratici e funzionali del prodotto. L'obiettivo, non facile da raggiungere, è quindi quello di soddisfare le esigenze di utilizzo attraverso soluzioni che siano anche pratiche nell’impiego e nella manutenzione, costruttivamente semplici ed esteticamente pregevoli. Secondo la presente innovazione, questo ed altri scopi sono raggiunti da un lavabo secondo l’innovazione comprendente un bacino di raccolta su un fondo del quale è predisposto uno scarico atto a far defluire esternamente al bacino di raccolta un liquido erogato da una sorgente posta esternamente al lavabo; il lavabo comprende inoltre una cornice disposta in modo rimovibile internamente al bacino di raccolta ed inoltre disposta in modo che almeno una porzione della cornice sporga parzialmente dal bacino di raccolta per definire una parete laterale del lavabo; inoltre lo scarico è occultato alla vista da un pianetto disposto in modo rimovibile internamente al bacino di raccolta ed in modo da definire con il fondo un’intercapedine posta in comunicazione idraulica con lo scarico; il pianetto definisce con la porzione superiore un bacino superiore; l’intercapedine ed il bacino superiore sono posti in comunicazione idraulica da almeno una fenditura realizzata tra il pianetto e la cornice in modo da consentire il defluire di detto liquido dalla sorgente allo scarico. Con riferimento a dette figure, il lavabo secondo l’innovazione comprende un bacino di raccolta 1 connesso, secondo l’arte nota, ad un supporto 2 quale ad esempio una mensola rappresentata schematicamente in figura da un piano 2. Il lavabo secondo l’innovazione presenta numerosi vantaggi: innanzitutto, con l’inserimento del pianetto 3, il fondo del bacino 11 ed in particolare lo scarico 10 risultano completamente occultati alla vista di un osservatore esterno. In tal modo il lavabo è di elevato pregio estetico in quanto appare come una continuazione del piano della mensola integrandosi perfettamente con il resto dell’arredo. Vantaggiosamente la cornice e il pianetto sono semplicemente appoggiati e non fissati in modo permanente per consentire il facile assemblaggio/disassemblaggio del sistema e permettere all’utilizzatore di modificare l’aspetto del lavabo e più in generale della stanza da bagno ogni qualvolta lo ritiene opportuno. La cornice ed il pianetto possono essere inoltre facilmente estratti per consentirne l’immediata sostituzione e/o riparazione in caso di difettosità oppure per agevolare le operazioni di pulizia del lavello. Il lavabo secondo l’innovazione può essere realizzato in ogni materiale comunemente impiegato per gli arredi bagno secondo la tecnica nota quali ad esempio, ma non limitativamente, legno, ceramica, metallo, pietra, plastica o composti plastici come ad esempio Corean® (materiale composto all’incirca da un terzo di resine acriliche e da due terzi di minerali naturali come composti di alluminio). Claims

CLAIMS 1. A washbasin comprising a collection basin (1), on a bottom (11) of said collection basin (1) a drain (10) being arranged to allow a dispensed liquid to flow externally to said collection basin (1) from a source located externally to said basin, said basin being characterized in that it further comprises a frame (6) disposed in a removable way inside said collection basin (1) so that at least a portion (62) of said frame (6 ) partially protrudes from said collection basin (1) in order to define a side wall of said basin, said drain being hidden from view by a shelf (3) removably arranged inside said collection basin (1) defining with said bottom (11) an interspace (4) in hydraulic communication with said outlet (10), said shelf (3) further defining with said upper portion (62) of said frame an upper basin (8), said interspace (4) and said upper pelvis ( 8) being placed in hydraulic communication by at least one slit (7) made between said shelf (3) and said frame (6) so as to allow said liquid to flow from said source to said discharge (10).

The washbasin according to claim 1, wherein said shelf (3) comprises a plate (30) and supports (31) connected to a lower surface of said plate (30), said supports being able to rest on said bottom (11 ) of said collection basin (1).

The washbasin according to claim 2, in which said shelf (3) and in particular said slab (30) has a surface extension lower than that of said base (11) so that when said shelf (3) is inserted internally to said collection basin (1) between a perimeter edge (12) of said collection basin and a perimeter border (30c) of said slab (30) a groove (5) is created which is suitable for inserting a base (61 ) of said frame (6) leaving sufficient space for the formation of said slit (7) between said base (61) and a perimeter edge (30a) of said plate (30).

The washbasin according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said plate (30) and said base (11) are parallel to each other.

The washbasin according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein said base (11) of said collection basin (1), said plate (30) of said shelf (3) and said frame (6) have the same shape .

The washbasin according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein said bottom (11) of said collection basin (1), said plate (30) of said shelf (3) and said frame (6) have a rectangular shape , circular or oval.

The washbasin according to any one of claims 2 to 6, in which, in order to favor a correct positioning of said shelf (3), on the bottom (11) of said basin (1), invitations suitable for receiving said supports (31) are made.
